Marlborough District: soggiorni in baite

We spent a lovely night at the Nest after cycling part of the Tasman Great Taste Trail. It was great to relax in the hut tub looking up at the stars. Lloyd was really clear in his directions and very friendly and helpful when we arrived. Highly recommend the nest for some relaxing off grid downtime.

Lisa was such a wonderful host, she was lovely, helpful with recommendations and just great to chat too. She showed us around and the place was amazing. Not only was the room cosy and sweet, she showed us the lounge area with lots of games, a guitar and the spa pool. This is such a nice addition to somewhere! We would highly recommend if you are visiting Picton ☺️

This is such a great find and well worth the money. A little slice of heaven that is still close to lots of other areas, wish we could have stayed longer. Jude was very welcoming and we appreciated them letting us stay at the creekside cabin when it is normally only for one person.

Annemieke und Andrew waren sehr gastfreundlich und wir hatten viele interessante Gespräche über ihre Bewirtschaftung der 8ha Land und dir Herstellung zahlreicher Produkte. Für naturverbundene Leute, welche mehr über die Selbstversorgung wissen möchten ist dies der optimale Ort inspiriert zu werden. Mir hat es gefallen und ich empfehle diesen Ort gerne weiter.

All the simple comforts of home in a convenient location! Great price point and just down the road from the main street, easy to get to and had all the little things one might need- especially the fully equipped kitchen.

Great place to stay overnight before getting the Picton ferry. Easy check in, great hospitality and really convenient location for what we needed!

Tamara była bardzo elastyczna i mogliśmy zameldować się późno w nocy, co było dla nas bardzo wygodne. We wspólnej kuchni czekał na nas ekspres i pyszna kawa. Nocleg na pewno warty swojej ceny!

Very special place, everything was just amazing. The garden around the gorgeous little house is fantastic. Loved my stay here. The hosts Peter and Heather was so friendly and warm. They told me all about the wonderful house, recommended lovely vineyards to visit and I was lucky to have to opportunity to go and see Heather perform with her band one night too! Big bonus. Thank you for everything!

Caroline's retreat was the best accomodation we have stayed in over our road trip. We wanted something different that wasn't a hotel and this was so perfect. Great views of Nelson. A real luxury glamping experience. I have told all my friends about this it was so relaxed and beautiful.

Angie’s place is absolutely beautiful, and a great spot to stay when visiting Abel Tasman. The cabin is brand new, surrounded by nature and a totally peaceful environment. Above all, Angie is a very responsive, respectful, and kind host.

The location for this place is everything! Walking distance to the start of the coastal track, two cafe/bars and kayak rentals. The views from the veranda are stunning! Also has a washing machine and outside drying rack which we found very useful.

An iconic kiwi bach.Lovely new bathroom. Fifty metre walk to the beach with golden sands.Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Rose’s place was idylic and very peaceful. The river is a bonus for swimming and fishing. Also a short 1km walk to an interesting pub River haven, which is well worth a visit. Check opening times though, it’s a bit haphazard. I’m sure we’ll be back again

Beautiful hideout for getaway trip with partner or family. Remember to carry your own food for the whole duration of your stay. All amenities are as listed. Scotty the property manager & karen were incredibly helpful. There are phone network issues so keep that in mind

I stayed at Sarah’s place as a solo traveller whilst in town mountain biking. I appreciated the provided breakfast. It had all I needed for a 2 night stay.

Marsha's place was delightful. Absolutely perfect for my stay in Nelson. it was private, quiet, very comfortable and had everything I needed. I didn't get to meet Marsha, but did met her mother Ava, who was so sweet and hospitable. she made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this sweet little hideaway.

Jane was responsive and nice. Place is as it’s listed.

THE MOST PERFECT LOCATION AND HOSTS!!! Hi Jayne and William. I've had the most fantastic time at your beautiful cabin. The Kayak was special, to be out there alone was beautiful! Sorry I had to leave so quick, I couldn't chance missing the boat. I couldn't book last night as the service had closed. However, as I turned up this morning a boat was just about to leave and I've jumped on! I left a puncture plug on the side. It's for punctures that won't seal. Insert from the inside and snip the excess off. It has a sticky side (remove tape) and use a bit of rubber sealant for a perfect seal. Thank you so much. The best location I've stayed in (34 locations!) I hope to see you again.
