Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen, die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und perfekt, um tolle Restaurants zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super und wir haben tolle Tipps erhalten. Vielleicht ist zu erwähnen, dass die Straße bei offenem Fenster etwas laut werden kann, besonders in den Morgenstunden. Aber wenn man eh früh aufsteht, ist das kein Problem! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Je recommande vivement le logement proposé par Delia Nous étions à proximité de tout. Le marché à deux pas. La visite de Syracuse a été facilité par la situation de l’appartement, il donnait sur Une super jolie placette ensoleillée mais également à l’ombre des oliviers ☺️

A very nice and pleasant apartment in the historical part of Noto. It is cutely decorated, and has a realy nice atmsphere. It has a small balcony with a great view over the city and the sea. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Comminication with Livia was excellent! She was very helpful, and when I forgot some things in the apartment she sent them to me abraod and did not want me to pay for them.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und liegt zentral in Siracusa. Man kann in ca. 15 Minuten auf die „Insel“ gelangen. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt.

Great apartment in a very walkable location. Had everything we need. Also have to call out how incredible the amazing pillow setup is (there are many different kinds to choose from) -- better than even many 5 star hotels! Only knock would be the TV setup - but was not a problem for us. Would definitely recommend!

We chose Salvatore’s very comfortable unit for the convenience of easy access to the roads leading to the nearby cities. A perfect place for all our needs

Modica is a fun foodie city, a real gem of Sicily. However, it is hard to navigate your GPS may fail and public transportation may not be reliable. This three room apartment was a nice base for exploring the city. It was close to the upper town and several minute walk downstairs to downtown. The space was comfortable and clean. The host was very responsive to questions which is important given the navigation challenges. Recommend you research your travel and food options carefully in preparation for this stay - the host can provide some helpful hints but doing your own homeward will be important. Get a good map and memorize your main walking paths. Beautiful views from the apartment of Modica!

숙소는 번화가에 있으며 찾아가기 매우 쉬워요. 건물에 엘레베이터가 있고 - 엘레베이터까지 계단 약 7개 있음. 객실로 향하는 통로가 안뜰을 사이에 두고 있어 아주 조용합니다. 내부 외부 모두 소음이 없었어요. 전망은 2개의 테라스에서 via dione 가 내려다보입니다. 욕실과 객실 주방 모두 아주 청결해서 쾌적하게 잘 지냈습니다. 세탁기 사용시 추가요금이 있고 (1주일 10유로) 잘 작동합니다. 체크인할때 객실관련, 주변 즐길거리 관련 상세하게 안내해주셨고 마실 물도 넉넉하게 제공받았습니다. 숙소 바로앞에 쇼핑거리이고 수산시장도 아주 가깝습니다 바로 앞에는 까페가 있어서 30초내에 도착 가능합니다. 대성당까지 도보 10분거리. 오르티지아 내에서 어디를가도 가까워요. 저는 성수기를 지나서 여행했기때문에 주차도 큰 문제가 없었습니다 talete 주차장에 주차하고 easy park 어플로 주차비를 결제했어요 주차 자리도 많았고 오가는 사람들도 많아서 무섭지 않았습니다. 호스트가 주차와 ZTL 관련 친절하게 설명해주었기 때문에 주차장소에 대한 걱정이 많았던 저에게 매우 큰 도움이 되었습니다 깨끗하고 좋은위치에 있는 숙소덕분에 시라쿠사 여행이 아주 즐거웠습니다 ^^

Good value for money apartment only 2-3 minutes walk from the main square of Avola. 20 minutes walk to the beach.

Appartamento davvero grazioso, molto curato e pulitissimo. La terrazza è stata molto utile in quanto ne abbiamo approfittato per rilassarci all'aria aperta dato che le temperature lo permettevano. Anche la zona è molto comada e non abbiamo avuto mai difficolatà a trovare parcheggio. Silvia è stata molto precisa con le indicazione e sempre disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Pobyt u Pani Eleonory był niesamowity. Wszystko co jest w opisie i na zdjęciach znajduję się w mieszkaniu. Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste i przyjemnie spędza się w nim czas. Kontakt z Panią Eleonorą oceniam na 10/10 na wszystkie pytania odpowiada szybko i jest bardzo pomocny. Największym plusem tego mieszkania było właśnie to, że mogłem poznać tak świetną osobę. Jest to najlepszy gospodarz u jakiego byłem. Zdecydowanie polecam jeśli ktoś szuka wspaniałego mieszkania w dobrej cenie, ciekawym miejscu i ze wspaniałymi sąsiadami. Une très bonne adresse. Un logement joliment décoré, très spacieux pour deux, et très propre. Maria et son mari sont charmants et très réactifs. Le logement est bien situé pour les visites. Nous recommandons !

The apt is very clean, surprisingly quiet and functional in all respects. We would rent again for sure but beware: the second bedtoom really isn’t a bedroom except in the most technical sense. It is a sofa bed with a divider to the real master. However, there is a second muchbetter sofabed in the living foom area which we used and it worked great so just depends on your sleeping arrangements. As others have noted, apt does not provide amenities like soap, shampoo but kitchen is stocked with basics.

Superschöne Wohnung nahe am Zentrum/Ortigia. Gut zu Fuss erreichbar, gleichzeitig nicht direkt im Touristenrummel. Direkt unter der Wohnung liegt ein nettes Café mit leckeren Croissants, Keksen und natürlich Kaffee. Die Wohnung ist extrem schön, blitzsauber und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Zu Anfang gab es auch ein paar Kapseln Kaffee, Tee, leckere Kekse, Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer, etwas Marmelade und Nutella. Vielen Dank hierfür. Wir haben eine tolle Woche dort verbracht und würden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher zurückkommen. Parken kann man einfach an der Straße (kostenlos). Wir hatten nie lange Mühe einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Originallyour group of 5 would like to book the larger apartment of Rudia but it wasn't available. So we came up using two smaller apartments which were fitted with all the necessities in a stylish way. The location of the complex was convenient to most sightseeing places in Modica, except that it was quite humid due to the geographical nature of Modica. The problem was eased out by the use of a dehumidifier. Rudia sent me all the related and information beforehand and they are useful for planning our daily schedule. She and her helper Liliana were very accommodative in letting us check in when we arrived earlier. It was a very pleasant stay and I recommend her apartment to other users.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very beautiful apartment and was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The garden was amazing with a nice view of the church and we enjoyed our time outside. Lorenzo was very helpful and gave us great instructions and local recommendations. The beds were super comfortable too. The location was great for walking into town and we walked everywhere. Lots of convenient parking nearby on the main road. A superb Airbnb.

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

We had an outstanding experience here. Was excellent. Giuseppe was so welcoming and oriented us to the area and gave us recommendations. He really took pride in his and had a great personal touch. The space is very large and airy, I would say here without hesitation in the future.

It was a great, quiet, and safe location within walking distance of the Archaeological Park (30 mins) and the city center (10 mins). Public paid parking was 2 min walk. Easy and clear instructions for self-check-in and flexible check-in and check-out. We needed an extra key, and Mauro brought it straight away. They even offered us a homemade meal, but we were not going to be around for dinner to receive it.The hosts were super warm and attentive. We would stay here again! Thank you again!

Le gîte est à 15min en voiture de Syracuse. Nous avons apprécié les recommandations de Roberto et nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi à tout moment de la journée.

Marta jest wspaniałym gospodarzem! Bardzo dobry kontakt zarówno przed przyjazdem jak i w trakcie. Mieszkanie jest bardzo komfortowe, ciepłe i posiada mnóstwo sprzętów codziennego uzytku i wszelkie udogodnienia dla małych i większych dzieci (nawet zabawki!). Wspaniały widok z okna, lokalizacja w centrum, idealne miejsce dla rodzin! Dziękujemy za gościnność, czuliśmy się jak w domu! Napewno wrócimy.

La casa de Alverio es increible! Las vistas frente al mar, la luz, tiene todo lo que necesitas! Alverio fue muy majo, nos recibió en persona y dio algunas recomendaciones de Siracusa, muy útiles ya que era nuestra primera vez y nos sirvió para ubicarnos. Levantarse todos los días mirando al puerto con los barcos en el mar... ojalá pudiera quedarme más! Si puedo, volveré sin duda!

Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zentrum ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt in alle Richtungen. Die Bushaltestelle/der Busbahnhof befindet sich unmittelbar an dem Haus und von der Terrasse aus zu hören. Grundsätzlich hat Sizilien ein massives Problem mit Müllentsorgung, was in manchen Vierteln leider deutlich zu sehen ist.
