Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Strand, Bars, Restaurants und Haltestellen zum ÖPNV. Sie ist wie beschrieben, sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung bietet auch alles, was man zum Selbstversorgen benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war perfekt und man bekommt proaktiv alle wichtigen Informationen und gute Tipps für die Umgebung.

Fantastic Stay ! Fully Equipped & Spacious! We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Marina’s Airbnb. The apartment was bright, spacious, and incredibly well-equipped , everything from kitchen essentials to extra touches that made it feel like home. The location was great for exploring Valencia, and Marina was a thoughtful, responsive host. Highly recommend for a comfortable and stress free stay!

The apartment is a perfect base for a stay in València, right on the sea front and with great tram and bus connections into the centre of the city. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was a pleasant place to hang out. Luis is a fantastic host, meeting is to get us checked in, and proactively sending recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. He is very responsive, and during our time there Valencia experienced terrible flooding, during which time he checked in on us and gave us advice about staying safe. We couldn’t have been in better hands. Thanks Luis!

Es war ein Traum und Ellen die perfekte Host. Sie war freundlich, hat sehr schnell geantwortet und war für alles verständnisvoll. Für unseren Kleinen (2J) hatte sie alles liebevoll bereitgestellt. Wir hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft vorstellen können. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, der Blick auf den Pool wunderschön, man fühlt sich einfach wohl

Amazing place. Comfortable bed and quiet area. You will have everything you need in this flat, and the area is well connected to the beach and city center. The host is professional, kind, and thinks outside the box to make the stay even more pleasant.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Liz und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Lage ist super: man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und mit dem Bus in 25 Minuten in der Stadt. Alles was man gerne sehen möchte ist schnell zu erreichen: Bioparc, Ciudad de las Artes, Turia Park etc. Wir waren schon oft in Valencia und lieben die Stadt und das Lebensgefühl in Cabanyal. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt!

Villa espaciosa y modernizada, con muchos servicios y detalles. Hemos estado en familia muy a gusto. Seguro que en otras fechas la piscina habríamos utilizado la piscina todos los días, pero en Navidades no era importante. Gracias a Frederic y Nadine que han estado muy atentos y flexibles.

Angela is a great host. The apartment is very nice and large. It easily accommodated our family. Beach is very close as well (however for more sandy one it is worth to take 5 mins extra walk)

Appartement situé à deux pas de plage, au rez de chaussée, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. J’y ai séjourné une semaine avec mes deux enfants et la proximité des transports publics était un plus. De plus, L’hôte est très réactive et de bon conseils. Elle avait laissé des jeux pour les enfants et ils ont adoré. Je recommande vivement. Juste petit bémol, l’insonorisation de l’immeuble n’est pas optimal.
