This was a great place. It was close to Downtown, and it had good privacy. Additionally, Joshua was very nice, kind, and communicative. I’d love to come again. Thank you Joshua for the comfortable accommodation.

The studio apartment we stayed in, was so cozy with all types of beautiful in laid woods, a beautiful glass back drop in the kitchen. Crystal blue bowl in the bathroom and the best is they had a bidet with multi adjustments. Would recommend it to anyone very down to earth couple

Perfect size! Close to gunstock perfect for people who ski! Highly recommend beautiful view off the balcony! Had an amazing binder with clear instructions and lots of great choices for things to do in the area!

Nancy’s place was spotless and nicely renovated! The linens were clean and the beds very comfortable. And only a 6 min uber to Elm Street, Manchester’s main strip with great restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

This is the second time we've stayed here and we love it. Nancy's place is warm and inviting and has everything you need. We love that it's more than just a hotel room. You can spread out, relax in the living room and even cook a meal if you don't feel like heading out. The apt is super clean and Nancy is very kind and accommodating. We will be back.

A very cute basement apartment below a family home with plenty of space to explore. We had only stayed one night but would’ve felt comfortable staying longer in this lovely space. The hosts provided many snacks in a little welcome basket as well as ingredients to make breakfast sandwiches. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice retreat with a lovely space around them.

We had a great stay. Place was clean and very cozy. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful lake view. The host was very responsive and professional. We will definitely be back, the kids LOVED the place and watching the beautiful ducks.

We have stayed at Sharon’s condo a few other times. We love it! Very nicely decorated and peaceful. Love looking out at the lake to watch the sun rise. Sharon is very responsive to her guests and leaves lots of treats for my young grandson. It’s the perfect space for us!

If we could give more stars to this Airbnb, we absolutely would! Illdiko has put so much thought and care into designing the space, and it truly shows. The check-in process was seamless, and the apartment was spotless. The bed was super soft and we had such a great sleep! The bathroom products were high quality, and although we only made microwaveable dinners, the kitchenette met all our needs. The backyard was beautiful, especially in the fall, with a peaceful creek and festive Halloween decorations. The chickens wandering around gave it a charming countryside feel. Do take caution when driving down the driveway, especially with a full-size SUV (she has mentioned this in the listing), but it wasn’t too difficult to manage. We’d love to return next time we’re in New Hampshire!

I have now stayed at Mark and Jan’s place at least 5 times, and it has been perfect every time! Mark and Jan are flexible, kind, responsive, and proactive. The one or two times where they have been out of town when I stayed they gave me notice well in advance, told me to to still reach out with anything I may need, and made sure I had all of the information I might need to easily get into the carriage house. The carriage house feels like a home away from home. I cannot say enough about how nice it has been to stay here over the last few years. If you are staying in the Concord area, I cannot recommend staying here enough!

Dave and Donna just have a level of excellence in everything they do. It is as if every comfort I didn’t even think of was there! Along with special touches. Keurig with coffee pods, places to eat and places to hike listed out for us, water bottles and their specialty “bog berries” upon arrival. When bad weather was coming, they reached out to us to let us know their plan, including when the generator would kick in if the electricity went out. Their place is absolutely pristine! Great communicators and so respectful of our privacy. They really did think of everything - I felt so spoiled and cared for. They are just a delightful couple - so much fun to talk to on top of all that too! Definitely coming again.

Fantastic stay all around. There were a couple of things that were needed for our stay. Quality appliances (my wife wanted to bake for our daughter that we were visiting and fast, stable wifi (work meetings). The kitchen had everything we expected and after the first day the wifi settled down and was stable throughout the rest of the stay. We would definitely stay here again but would pay more attention to the surroundings. Most of the restaurants were closed because we went after summer and before winter, not much going on. However, it was very peaceful. Also, it should be noted that the ceilings are slanted (I assume this is the converted attic of the building), so taller persons may have an issue. I am 6' and my wife 5'7", we bumped into the ceiling in a couple of places but quickly learned. Not something I would deduct a star but a feature that is nice to know going in.

Great little place to stay for a few nights if you’re looking to go skiing in the area! A bit further from the interstate than I expected from the map (my mistake) which made getting in after dark a bit more difficult. Comfortable furniture and a nice array of board games made spending the evening with friends a blast.

We had a great stay! It was a useful location for our trip to Pat's Peak. Pro-tip: if it sounds like the heat is super loud, turn off the knob in the kitchen.

Amazing view, close to everything.. Very responsive and clean..Plenty of extra parking on the lower level if you’re pulling a camper or trailer..Was my first time renting a airbnb and it was a great experience..

This is the perfect place to have your vacation! A very beautiful and clean place! I went in the summer season and now I went in winter! And I have had a very beautiful stay with my friends! A recommended place! I hope to come back soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at this location! So many fun games and puzzles to enjoy during our stay. Large variety of things to do for a rainy/indoor day. We thoroughly enjoyed using the pool table, dart board and hot tub! Very cozy furniture and plenty of privacy with blackout curtains for a good morning sleep-in! Jude was a fantastic host and left detailed instructions for guest accommodations. Would recommend to any young couples looking for a cozy weekend getaway.

Modern and cozy condo stay in the mountains of New Hampshire just a stones throw from many restaurants and activities. The room was well appointed with quality linens, comfortable (brand new?) beds, and minimal-modern furnishings. We had a great stay and enjoyed many of the onsite amenities including the hot tub, game room, and community lounge.

We really enjoyed staying at James's place. The hot tub was closed due to the season, which was disappointing but not comoletely unexpected. Beautiful surroundings and a sunrise that cant be beat. Perfect location for ecploring nearby meredith, wineries, and bars.

Sofia is an excellent host and her place is clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We had a great stay!
