Metropolitan City of Florence: appartamenti vacanze

Sonia’s place made us feel right at home! She was flexible with check in and was sure to provide us with detailed instructions and directions to reach the location. Sonia provided many local recommendations from attractions to restaurants and she was so knowledgeable which was very helpful. She was always available and helpful for random questions that we had throughout our stay. Sonia knows the bus system very well and assisted us with this as well which was amazing! The place was cozy and unique and she helped with the heat when it had gotten colder than expected! A great stay for our short trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo's apartment. It was very clean, the towels and bed linen were clean and soft. He also included a guide to places and restaurants to visit. It was close to the city center in a very quiet neighborhood. The parking was a wonderful extra. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful view, very warm, very comfortable. The location is fantastic, close to everything, but surprisingly peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement au charme italien. Il est idéalement placé, car très proche des monuments emblématiques de la région et des restaurants et autres commerces de proximité. Tout se fait à pied!!! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, et rassurants (c'était ma première fois en Italie) et répondent rapidement aux messages. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour sa fonctionnalité, sa proximité et surtout pour le contact bienveillant des propriétaires. Si nous revenons à Florence, nous re prendrons cet appartement!

We had a great time, although we did not spend much time in the apartment! Everything was clean, well presented, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped - although the quantities seemed a bit random with lots of plates but just two mugs; We also had to search quite hard to find various items - but it had everything we needed. Lucia who met us was friendly and helpful. We did feel it was a little expensive, but appreciate that in a tourist area like Florence prices are going to be inflated. We also felt that a 200€ cleaning fee, when we were there for only 4 days, was also steep. Having said that, the apartment was spotless.

We had a fantastic stay at Tami's property. The apartment is quiet but as soon as you step out on the street and walk one block away you are in the hustle and bustle of Florence. The perfect mix of privacy and relaxation but also in the center of town. The apartment was in a fantastic location with a beautiful balcony, we had dinner on it a few times and it was very relaxing. The apartment itself is wonderful, very spacious with up-to-date and modern furnishings. It has everything we needed for our month-long stay. As we were working remotely we needed fast and reliable internet which was also excellent throughout our stay. Lastly, Tami was such a kind and thoughtful host, always made sure we had what we needed, provided us with local recommendations, and always got back to our questions quickly. We would highly recommend staying at her property.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here

El lugar es ASOMBROSO! Lo amamos con locura, es tranquilo, es callado, lo más ideal para pasar unos ideas relax. El lugar es exactamente como se muestra, pero Bruno, el host del lugar es lo más top de la experiencia sin duda, es un hombre muy amable y muy servicial, siempre pendiente, te hace sentir como parte de su familia. Desayunamos croissants y capuchino con una vista asombrosa y con un amiguito que nos visitó 🐈‍⬛. Definitivamente necesitas un coche para llegar, eso sí, pero está muy cerca de San Gimignano. Es un lugar inolvidable, y Paolo, el dueño es súper amable y nos dio mil recomendaciones sobre que hacer en nuestros días ahí. Gracias a ambos por todo!!! De verdad, de los mejores lugares en los que me he quedado en todo el mundo, la vista vale cada euro. ¡Esperamos con ansias volver algún día!

Great location, easy 10-15 minute walk to the center! Clean, comfortable, and spacious house! House was supplied with everything you may need! As well as easy check-in and access into the home! Host was very friendly and accommodating! Very helpful being on the ground level and not having to lug suitcases up and down flights of stairs! Overall great place!

Appartamento molto curato, in una zona comoda e tranquilla. Ho apprezzato molto la sensazione di spazio e la luce naturale che entra durante il giorno. Anche se si è vicini al centro, si dorme bene e senza rumori. Gli ambienti sono puliti, ordinati e ben arredati. Le camere sono grandi e il soggiorno è davvero ampio, ideale anche per lavorare o rilassarsi. La terrazza è un bel plus, soprattutto quando si ha voglia di stare un po’ all’aperto senza uscire. Tutto funzionava perfettamente e l’host è stato molto disponibile e gentile per qualsiasi necessità. Esperienza molto positiva, tornerei volentieri.

Via Vigna Nuova 17 exceeded our expectations as all of the areas in the survey. We could not have been happier with the apartments. Having washing machines was perfect for our needs. We easily walked to everything we wanted to do in Florence, to include several great restaurants. Gaia & Pietro's instructions (to include pictures) were extremely helpful. Our time in Florence was so memorable and a lot of that had to do with the wonderful accommodations.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

An incredible place, efficient service and luxury emotions!

The apartment is in a very old house constructed over 800 years ago. I loved the old style of the apartment, which reminded me of the old history of Florence. Sandro is a great host, they kept a wine bottle as a welcome gift, which is not something many hosts would do. There are really good restaurants around the apartment and close to public commute. We were having trouble finding a taxi to the station as it was a busy time, Sandro and his wife tried helping us to find a taxi by calling them.

You can tell this place is loved. Elena grew up there. There are so many nice touches you don't usually see. Very comfortable. The only, and I mean only, drawback is the intermittent internet connection. Resetting the router fixes this most of the time, but not always. Unless you must have wifi all the time, absolutely stay here.

The apartment is lovely, spacious and clean. Though located in a busy place, the moment you step inside, it is very calm, quiet & peaceful. Beautiful views of buildings and the Duomo is right down the street. Very spacious and clean.

Beaucoup de + dans cet appart : très bien placé pour visiter le centre de Florence. Plus grand que ce qu’il n’y paraît sur les photos. Petite terrasse charmante. Et Rosella très aidante et arrangeante sur l’arrivée/depart. Lits confort. Les petits - : Pas de vue sur l’extérieur en dehors de la terrasse. Le chauffage met un peu de temps à faire effet. Nous avons étés ravis de ce séjour et nous recommandons vivement 🙂🇮🇹

Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, der Jacuzzi im Garten mit tollem Blick herrlich gelegen, lediglich das Schlafsofa ist unbequem (Sprungfedern) und bestenfalls für kleine Kinder geeignet.

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Luciano’s place was fabulous! A wonderful experience from start to finish. Gorgeous, welcoming space easy walking distance to all attractions. Perfect for our family holiday. Felt like a home way from home.

A dream location. Beautiful view and plenty of space for our family of five. Clean and just as described. My only regret is staying for such a short time. Would love to return.
