This stay was perfect, the home was exactly as described, with plenty of room for our group. The river view was great! Everything was clean and accessible. Our host was fantastic. Was extremely responsive(even before booking). Made sure we had everything we needed and was very polite. This is probably one of the best host(s)/stay experiences I have had in years as far as value, quality, expectation, and host communications. We look forward to many more stays here! Was just what we needed for our little get away, beautiful view from the cabin as well as all the trail riding!

Kevin and Ashley were very helpful before arriving and attentive to our needs while we were there! The cabin was small and cozy, yet had the necessary amenities! The perfect retreat!

We truly enjoyed our stay! We appreciated the feeling like this is a place we could stay over and over, actually we could live here! :) The decor, style, open concept and views were amazing. The kitchen is truly stocked for cooking as described with great appliances and cookware. Overall you know the owners care about their condo inside and out and make it a comfortable place for all. We loved the furniture, kitchen table and big comfy king bed! Thank you so much and hope to return soon!

This was our second time staying at this location and just like the previous stay, everything about it felt like home and matched or exceeded our expectations.

We loved David’s place! There was plenty of space for our large family to spread out. The pool, pickle ball courts, playground, and golf course were all very nice and within walking distance. David got back to us very quickly every time we needed to message him and was very accommodating. Branson was a fun place to visit and most of the attractions were just a short drive away.

Clean, well appointed condo as advertised. Looks better than the pictures. Fantastic view and spacious deck. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Easy entry up a couple flights of stairs. Spent most of the time on a boat on the water, but was very comfortable to relax in the evenings. The three other guests reported the beds were firm.

Lovely little condo, that was centrally located. The kids loved the bunk beds and the game closet. The master bed was really big and comfy. Checkin was easy and host responded quickly with our last minute check-in. Would highly recommend and stay again :).

We had the best 4 night stay here! The location is in the middle of everything, we were able to rent a boat slip, the little beach was a fantastic perk, and the beds were incredibly comfortable!! Of all the vacation rentals we have done at the Lake, this has by far been our favorite!!

We had one of the most relaxing vacations here. The condo is gorgeous, the amenities impeccable, the view spectacular. What a gem of a find!

This place was great for our family. The bunkbeds were great for the little ones and the older one had a room all to himself. The master bedroom is huge and bed was comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. And the views were amazing. Loved drinking my coffee in the morning on the deck. Great location and close to many activities.

Perfect place to stay for our family of 11. Plenty of room for everyone, ranging in age from 11 months( pack and play and highchair provided) to 72. Lots of bathrooms, all with tubs! Great trip and a WONDERFUL place to stay for a multi-generation family. Lake views from the living area and decks were a delight.

This is a professionally managed property with well stocked amenities. The coffee appliances offer a variety of options for whatever coffee/tea you prefer. The family entertainment options are great. The arcade has dozens of games, and the electronic dart board is a blast. There are also traditional games as well as television with easy access to all of the streaming services. Outside there is plenty of wood for a fire, and a hot tub perfect for two. There is also fishing and kayaking available. The location is close to nearby attractions such as Dogwood Canyon and Cosmic Carverns. Ken is a great host and we felt right at home. We highly recommend this lake house, and hope to come back again!

This was such a beautiful, perfect home to stay in for our large, multiple family lake trip! We were able to get in an hour before check in and there was plenty of room for all of the kids! The screened in area was stunning and it was so convenient to walk straight down to the lake with all the kids. The only thing I would suggest is to bring water shoes as it is a little rocky down by the water. Other than that, we LOVED this place! Will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, spacious, and well appointed accomodations in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Plenty of space to spread out while super cozy. Jayson was very helpful and friendly, very responsive. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer! We hope to return soon!

Mike and his wife place is beautiful. the picture on the web site doesn't do it justice. if you want a place that is peaceful, relaxing, and only a few miles from town this is it. the house has everything you would have in your home. don't worry if you forget a tooth brush, soap, deodorant, etc. because they have it all. I will definitely be staying here again. thank you Mike for sharing your home Lorraine

Love the Thomas Hill lake House. I grew up near here and loved visiting THL and have always believed it’s the best secret in Missouri. Lake is never crowded, great fishing, Moberly and Macon have good restaurants. The house is nice for a family or medium size group. Lots of open floor space. We will be using again.
