Mont Blanc: soggiorni in chalet

Overall: Came for a winter skiing week with 3 adults and 2 children. Everyone was very satisfied with this very nice chalet -- but prepare yourself for some low ceilings. Pros: Larger than we were expecting. Split toilet and shower helps with larger group. Lots of places to dry your wet items. Area outside for kids to play in snow with toys and sled(ge)s available. Sheltered picnic table just outside the front door. Able to borrow a variety of cooking equipment for making local delicacies. Extremely helpful host. Beautiful interior and exterior. Cons: You WILL bump your head on the large ceiling joist over the beds in the 3-bed room. No matter how much you think you have learned where it is, you haven't. On the last day while packing achieved concussion level impact with this joist, despite a week of experience. Other low areas such as over stairs could be an issue for a taller person. Garage has limited space for accessing vehicle and we parked only half into the garage.

Un chalet fantastique, aménagé avec soin et goût. Les pièces sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. La cuisine comporte tous les ustensiles dont on peut en avoir besoin. Jean-Luc était très gentil, disponible et flexible. C'est une magnifique location, très bien localisée pour profiter de toutes les activités environnantes.

Nous étions 5 couples et avons loué les 2 appartements, du coup nous étions bien à l aise. Les logements sont très bien équipés au niveau vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Ceci étant très rare lors des locations, c est vraiment très agréable pour nous qui cuisinons. Une navette gratuite pile en face du chalet est apprécié puisque sinon il faut aller à Valmorel ou sur les pistes en voiture. Les logements sont simples et pratiques, bien chauffés, lumineux.... Le prix nous a semblé un petit peu élevé, mais nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour. Une bonne location à garder en mémoire.

Unser Aufenthalt im Chalet von Ursula war einfach unvergesslich. Das Chalet ist ein wahres Juwel – modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich, mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und das malerische Tal. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, sodass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Chalet nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank, liebe Ursula, für diese wundervolle Erfahrung!

Marlene est une très bonne hôte, très réactive et très sympathique ! Le logement est très bien située, bien équipé et très agréable, rendant le séjour parfait ! Centre-ville accessible à pied, de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité et de nombreuses à visiter sans trop de trajet. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Nous avons passé un week-end dans ce superbe logement idéalement situé dans un bel écrin de verdure. L’arrivée flexible était très appréciable, et l’accueil chaleureux par Philippe est à souligner ! Logement très fonctionnel, plein de charme, bel extérieur apprécié par notre chien. Nous ne pouvons que recommander et n’hésiterons pas à y retourner si nous repassons dans la région.

Fijn huisje met prachtig uitzicht over de vallei. Het huisje heeft twee douches en een toilet. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is ook een hoitkachel! Alles was netjes schoon toen we kwamen. Voor snowboarden, kan je naar les Menuires op 5 min rijden, of naar de lift van le Bettex, die is nog iets dichterbij. Je zit relatief dichtbij de hoofdweg. En deze kan je ook soms ern beetje horen in het huisje.

Nous avons profité de plusieurs jours. Le paysage de la montagne est à chaque moment de la journée un tableau différent ce qui est très agréable. Il est vrai qu avec notre petite d 1 an et demi les escaliers peuvent faire peur. Avec la barrière fournie et les chaises fauteuils on arrive à sécuriser ceux ci tout de même. Juste au niveau du jacuzzi l odeur n était pas très agréable et bulles à pression moyenne. Mis à part ce léger bémol logement superbe! A recommander

L’appartamento all’interno dello chalet è splendido: arredato con stile, funzionale e accessoriato. Il giardino di inverno offre una vista sulle montagne circostanti e la vasca idromassaggio e la sauna sono di facile utilizzo e offrono un’alternativa rilassante allo sci o alle passeggiate che si possono fare nei dintorni - entrambe sono in condivisione con il secondo appartamento all’interno del medesimo chalet: se si è in 5/6 persone consiglio di prenotare anche quello. Dallo chalet si possono raggiungere in 10 min circa gli impianti di risalita di Veysonnaz, che offrono anche possibilità di passeggiate in estate. Check-in e check-out sono super semplici e flessibili in quanto non richiedono il coinvolgimento diretto dell’host, che è comunque sempre raggiungibile e offre un supporto eccellente

Jon’s place was beautiful — great views and all of us were very comfortable. The sweet town of Argentière was very walkable, which was super nice as well. I believe it may actually be a ski in/ski out if there was more snow snow once you get to the trails, but we found ourselves walking about 20 minutes to the closest lift. We didn’t get the catered package, which is what they prefer and encourage. We did have a bespoke meal from one of their chefs which was absolutely delicious and would recommend. I loved waking up with I our amazing view of Grand Montet and felt like the chalet was a very special find. Many thanks Jon and team!

Excellent logement pour un grand groupe. Bien aménagé, bien équipé, chaleureux et propre. A 20 minutes des stations de ski dans un environnement calme. La communication avec Cassie était facile et réactive.

What a lovely villa - perfectly located, gorgeous view, modern and spacious. Great host with easy instructions. Would 100% recommend and stay here again!

Top séjour pour un team building avec notre team ! Situation idéale proche du pied des pistes des houches. Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bains.

Just got back from great trip to Chamonix. Steven's place was perfect, lots of room for us all. The hot tub was a great addition for relaxing after long days in the mountains. Iwona, the host is a superstar and was able to answer questions throughout our stay. House is a 30 mins walk to town or very short ride, we caught the train in and walked home one night was was very doable. thanks for a great stay

By splitting the costs and visiting offseason it‘s a really good deal and the host was super friendly! Feedback was immediately received and the house has amazing views and the rooms are clean and as described.

Séjour très agréable pour les adultes et encore plus, pour les enfants. L’espace autour du chalet est exceptionnel : calme ( au bout d’une impasse) , sécurisé, vert. Les enfants ont découvert plein de jeux ( trampoline, voitures à pédales par exemple) auxquels ils ne s’attendaient pas et en ont largement profité. Les meubles de jardin ont été spécialement apprécié par les adultes pour prendre l’apéro.

Emplacement idéal ! Le logement est superbe ! c'était idéal pour un couple avec un enfant. Hélène et Quentin était trés réactif pour répondre à nos demandes. Merci encore pour ce séjour !

We really enjoyed staying at the Chalet. We went skiing at Portes du Soleil which is a very large skiable area connecting 10 ski villages including 4 in Switzerland. The Ardent lift is just a few minutes drive down the road and you can buy lift tickets at the lift. If you don’t have a car or if you don’t want to drive it, there are free shuttle buses (at least in winter) that go around the area. And for sure to the Ardent lift(gondola). Lake Montroid is beautiful and the views don’t get old! The Chalet has great views. I used the sauna and even did a cold plunge in the fountain. It makes you feel alive. We ate at the restaurant at Hotel du Lac and had a delicious dinner. and we recommend going into Morzine and trying the French pastries at La Bonbonniere (a highly rated bakery) The hike up the mountain to the chalet does take effort, but it is worth it. I wasn’t looking forward to that hike after the second day of skiing, but other times were fine. A small waterfall is on the path.

Es war wunderschön! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war vorhanden. Garten und Terrasse sind sehr groß und der See in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. C'était merveilleux! Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise, tout était là. Le jardin et la terrasse sont très grands et le lac est accessible en quelques minutes

This is an amazing place to stay for a large family. Isabelle was great to deal with and replied to messages very quickly. The rooms are spacious and well thought out. The outside area is great for dining etc. The house has everything you need. thanks for having us.

Chalet idéalement placé à val claret avec de grandes ouvertures qui donnent sur la montagne, en pleine nature et à deux pas du centre ville. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour à 9personnes!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this chalet in Tignes. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking mountain and lake views and easy access to everything you need. The property itself is beautiful: spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Also the kitchen is equipped for 17 people. One minor note for future guests: we noticed that the local foxes were quite active and managed to break into the trash bags we left outside, causing a bit of a mess. This wasn’t an issue with the property or the hosts at all, just something to keep in mind and perhaps secure the trash more tightly or store it indoors until collection day. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this chalet to anyone visiting Tignes. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for such a memorable stay!
