We really enjoyed our one week stay at Rosanna and Gaetano's 'ranch-style' house, which is low slung and sits in a generous olive tree grove, with a wrap-around terrace that offers shady seating areas. The house accommodates up to six people, and could accommodate a family of four very generously, though we were only two, so the place space felt huge. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower after a morning at the sandy beach, about 1 mile from the house. The surrounding countryside is arid (July) and evocative. Rosanna and Gaetano were perfect hosts, extremely welcoming and responsive throughout. We speak hardly any Italian and we speak hardly any English but we managed to communicate fine. They twice dropped off fresh pastries, were very helpful with local restaurant recommendations and when our return flight was cancelled they were flexible about letting us stay for a couple more nights. A great place with great hosts!

Giuseppe e sua moglie sono stati cordiali e gentilissimi. Pulizia impeccabile . L'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto: la cucina è super attrezzata, la veranda il top, il clima è l'ideale per agosto e siamo stati in pace e tranquillità . Essendo casa di campagna la strada è un po' stretta e sterrata. La sera se siete troppo stanchi la veranda è un toccasana e se siete mattinieri, la mattina dopo il caffè... un libro e attendete che si svegli tutta la famiglia. Giuseppe ha l'orto e mi ha lasciato dei pomodori buonissimi. Il posto è collegato benissimo ai paesi limitrofi e la spiaggia di Bovo Marina è stupenda ...c'è un parcheggio gratuito appena dietro quello a pagamento ( dritta di Giuseppe) c'è una pineta stupenda e spiaggia libera e lidi vi consiglio HAKUNA MATATA ( tt nuovo ,sono gentilissimi e super organizzati). A PRESTO!

Appartement parfait pour un couple. Vue magnifique sur la plage et à quelques pas de la Scala dei Turchi. Je recommande fortement !

Die Unterkunft in Caltabellotta ist super schön, man hat sehr viel Platz und der Ausblick vom Balkon aus ist einfach unglaublich!! Die Unterkunft ist gut zu erreichen, jedoch sehr weit oben auf einem Berg, um ans Meer oder an größere Städte zu kommen, ist eine etwas holprigere Fahrt von mindestens 30 min. nötig, jedoch auch mit überragender Aussicht! Das kleine Dorf hat an sich leider nicht so viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen, Restaurants gibt es leider auch nicht viele. Es ist dennoch sehr ruhig und für 1-2 Nächte zum entspannen, kann ich es auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Die Küche ist sehr klein, hat keine Arbeitsfläche, somit ist sie zum groß etwas kochen leider nicht geeignet. Kleinigkeiten können ohne Probleme zubereitet werden. Vito ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, wir haben sogar eine Flasche von seinem eigenen Olivenöl geschenkt bekommen. Alles in einem kann ich einen Besuch in der Unterkunft unbedingt empfehlen! Ein Mietwagen ist aber ein Muss!!

Thomas war ein sehr herzlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt, was den Start unseres Aufenthalts besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Seine Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung waren hervorragend. Thomas war für Rückfragen immer kurzfristig erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus selbst ist modern und umfangreich ausgestattet, dazu kommt der wunderschöne Meeresblick. Die Lage ist ideal um die umliegenden Ortschaften und Strände zu erkunden. Das Haus hat einen kleinen, sehr gepflegten Garten mit frischen Kräutern und Gemüse. Insgesamt ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, wir können uns gut vorstellen in Zukunft zurückzukommen.

We have traveled to Porto Empedocle more than six times. We have family there. This was our first time staying with Gianluca and we hope to be able to book his Great place every time we return!

Nous avons passé deux nuits avec nos 3 enfants dans un endroit paradisiaque. La vue sur la mer est extraordinaire et l’accueil a été chaleureux. La vallée des temples est à 40 minutes de la maison. La mer est accessible à 15 minutes à pied. Cet endroit est un petit bijou. Nous recommandons à 100%💕

Notre hôte a été super! Très serviable, super réactive et très attentionnée. Nous avons été très touchés par l’œuf de Pâques laissé à notre intention (nous y étions pour le week-end de Pâques). Excellente communication. La maison est très belle, la plage accessible à pied est très agréable et calme. Depuis ce logement nous avons rayonné facilement vers la punta Bianca, la vallée des temples, la villa romaine, caltagirone. La maison et le jardin sont dans l’ensemble superbes. Un petit rafraichissement de la salle de bain pourrait rendre cette maison vraiment superbe! Nous garderons un super souvenir de cette maison et de son hôte accueillants et disponible. Merci pour tout!! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
