Morciano di Leuca: soggiorni in case vacanze

Wir (7 Pers.) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sara. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Ensuite Badezimmer. Die großzügige überdachte Veranda gibt ausreichend Schatten bei Sonne bzw. ermöglicht es, auch bei leichtem Regen Outdoor zu sein. Der Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool mit Meerblick und die Outdoor Küche mit Gas- und Holzkohle-Grill sind ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir für Yoga Sessions genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem Villenviertel. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Tuffstein-Garten. Santa Maria de Leuca ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es kleinere Geschäfte und ein paar Bars/Restaurants. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Okt) war einiges jedoch geschlossen. Wochenmärkte, größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten zw. 5-8km entfernt. Sara und Sergio (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. We had a wonderful stay, both Angelo and Giorgio were helpful and responsive and gave great recommendations! The apartment fit the 4 of us perfectly, and wow what a stunning view! We could see the huge cliffs of Albania on a clear day! Close enough to walk into Castro which has some great restaurants and also short walk to the little cove of Aquaviva which was brilliant to swim. We had a lovely stay, wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to others! Grazie Mille

Great communication, very nice quiet location, close to amazing beaches and historical cities, it's a pearl of Puglia, you can go to Marina Di Pescoluse and enjoy amazing beach and you can go swim in both Adriatic and Ionian seas, if you drive a little to west of Italy you can enjoy Tyrrhenian sea as well! You will be very happy with place, it's amenities like jacuzzi and amazing swimming pool with inflatable toys, nice gazebo with chairs and great Bluetooth Sony speaker, bikes to ride around and explore the local area, great kitchen, big fridge, nice living room with HD TV, sparkling washroom, great bedrooms and amazing garden surrounding all this beauty! Our son loved to play with cats that were rescued and quietly live in the garden. this place is so cool that both of us me and my spouse thought about one thing the first evening while enjoying the jacuzzi after supper - would be great to buy this place and come and live here.. you remember how to dream again here, find peace and joy

My stay in Parabita was truly unforgettable. The location is absolutely stunning, offering beautiful surroundings and a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the charm of Puglia. The house itself is spectacular—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Massimo, the host, was exceptional—always attentive and incredibly kind, making sure every detail was taken care of. His hospitality made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of southern Italy in a gorgeous home with a wonderful host.

A lovely villa in a quiet location. 5 minutes drive away from restaurants and shops. The villa is a little rustic internally and lacks some home comforts. The outside area is stunning with lovely sea views. We had a restful stay and would recommend the accommodation.

Beautifully and tastefully designed property, with very large and very comfortable beds - all Super Kings with own TV and ensuite, and private access to the courtyard. Spacious kitchen with all amenities required for a short or long stay. Great beer and pizza restaurant 2mins walk away and two grocery stores close by too. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed at - would come back again!

Really nice, spacious villa in a lovely location - rural and quiet but within 6 minutes' drive of a fantastic beach, which was uncrowded in late October. Comfy beds, and lots of indoor and outdoor space. Guido and Laura were both helpful and quick to respond to texts. They provided a second set of towels for the beach at a small extra charge, and a late check out for no charge, which was very helpful. There were a lot of mosquitoes and other biting insects in the area, but there are insect screens on bedroom windows, so you just need to put on insect repellent when outside. The pool is nice and big, although it was cold in late October - I'm sure it would be lovely earlier in the summer. Sea was easily warm enough to swim in, even in early November. We had a really enjoyable stay and would happily come back!

Il soggiorno presso l’alloggio di Federico è stato perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista. L’alloggio era perfettamente pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario (ed oltre). Federico è stato sempre gentilissimo, molto disponibile e ci ha fornito preziosi consigli in merito a ristoranti, spiagge ed attività nei dintorni. La casa è bellissima e l’ambiente circostante è silenzioso e permette totale privacy, il che consente di passare il soggiorno in completo relax. In ultimo, la proprietà è interamente recintata, e quindi perfetta per chi come noi viaggia insieme al proprio animale domestico. La consigliamo vivamente!

Excelente experiencia. A nuestra llegada se nos ofreció sin cargo extra un departamento con camas matrimoniales ( ya que el reservado no las tenia). El departamento es muy amplio, bien espacioso, bien equipado. Notamos la falta de una tostadora y una pava eléctrica para nuestra mayor comodidad. Me comunique por chat con Domenico y compró esos elementos al instante para nuestra estadia. Muy atento a todas nuestras consultas y de excelente predisposición. El estacionamiento en el segundo subsuelo es algo complicado de encontrar, pero las instrucciones que se nos entregaron eran claras y precisas. Buena señal de WIFI en todo el departamento. Salvo lo arriba comentado el resto del equipamiento de primera calidad. Se nos ofreció café, galletas, azúcar, edulcorante, jugo de fruta, agua, todos los elemento de limpieza de cocina y para lavar ropa. Un lujo para el viajero. Gracias Domenico!

Wij kwamen pas heel laat aan, 24.00 uur, en daar stond Cinzia ons op te wachten. Het huis ligt hoog, zodat je een schitterend uitzicht hebt over de zee. Een mooie supermarkt is lopend te bereiken op 15 minuten en 4 minuten met de auto. Er zijn zelfs 4 terrassen, zodat je altijd in de zon of in de schaduw kunt zitten. Het zwembad was klein maar zeer schoon en redelijk warm. Het huis is ruim, en alle ramen hebben horren tegen de muggen. Royale slaapkamer, grote badkamer met wasmachine, complete keuken. Wij hebben genoten van Alberobello, Lecce, Gallipoli en Ostuni. Daar heb je wel een auto voor nodig. Paolo is zeer hulpvaardig en zorgt voor alles en regelt ook het afval!

Vi hade en väldigt härlig vecka I Francesco’s hus. Vi satt och tittade på solnedgången vid havet precis utanför köket. Man behöver bara gå några meter för att bada. Kan verkligen rekommendera.

Cercate un posto tranquillo dove tornare dopo essere stati in spiaggia ( e si sa che in Salento d'estate il mare è preso d'assedio),una casina piccola ma con tutto il necessario per una comoda permanenza, con giardino, lettini, doccia calda anche all'esterno, patio dove poter mangiare? Vi piace avere una "base" dalla quale poter facilmente raggiungere alcune delle più belle città del Salento e pure i tanti piccoli ed inaspettati paesi sparsi nella campagna? Beh ,allora dovete venire a Casa Assunta perché vi offrirà tutto questo ,unito alla gentilezza di Tania che è riuscita a non irritarsi neppure quando l'abbiamo cercata per rimediare alla nostra sbadataggine ( ci eravamo chiusi fuori casa). Insomma, che dire ancora? Che in Salento si sta bene e che c'è tanto da scoprire, oltre ad un mare splendido che fuori stagione regala il meglio di sé.

Wir waren im Oktober in Luigis Wohnung in Porto Cesareo und wir fanden alles vor, was die Fotos zeigten und wie es beschrieben war. Luigi war ein toller Gadtgeber, der stets schnell erreichbar war. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und zu Fuß konnten wir den Hafen und die Restaurants dort, sowie den Strand gut erreichen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, der im Hof sicher geparkt werden durfte und haben so von Porto Cesareo aus die ganze Gegend erkundet. Die Küche war top ausgestattet und wir konnten uns so auch mal etwas kochen. Diese Reise war unsere erste Reise über airbnb und es war wunderbar bei Luigi Gast zu sein! Grazie

Bel appartement bien situé proche de la plage et des commerces. Terrasse appréciable et place de parking. Cependant la salle de bain est étroite et il manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine.

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Super ausgestattet, wunderschöne riesige Terrasse. Auch wenn es keinen Meerblick hat, so ist die Lage in unmittelbarer Lage zum Meer einfach gut. Antonio war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber mit tollen Tipps für Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für regionale Produkte. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und uns super wohl gefühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

host disponibilissimo e aperto al cambio di check-in/check-out. Casa bellissima, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort, in foto non rende assolutamente, letti comodissimi e la doccia esterna è una chicca veramente da non sottovalutare con queste temperature estive, straconsigliato! ❤️

Stefania and Giorgio were amazing. Despite arriving late at night, they still met us and brought us to our accommodation. Gave us great advice for restaurants and amazing locations to visit, that we would not have found on our own. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely return. Shelia and Michael

Alles vorgefunden wie es beschrieben ist. Die Einheit ist zwar klein (kleines Schlafzimmer, Küche und eine große Terrasse) aber hier im Süden bei schönem Wetter ist man eben den ganzen Tag draußen. Wir waren sechs Wochen hier und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alessandro antwortet immer schnell auf alle Anfragen und ist auch während des Aufenthaltes immer per mail whats app oder Telefon erreichbar. Der sympathische und hilfsbereite Vater von Alessandro schaut ab und zu vorbei und ist Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Allerdings kann er kein deutsch und nur sehr wenig englisch, aber irgendwie ging es immer. Die Unterkunft ist in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig und man ist meistens allein. Besonders gut hat uns der gemauerte Grill gefallen den wir auch viel für BBQ benutzen. Super ist auch die Außendusche. Schnorcheln am felsigen Strand direkt ein paar Stufen unterhalb der Unterkunft war sehr schön. Fischschwärme, Muränen, Sepias und Hornhechte waren immer zu sehen. Auto ist ein muss! Der nächste Supermarkt ist mindestens 3 km entfernt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank Alessandro.

Beautiful villa with a large garden in a peaceful area close to the sea, with the beach at walking distance. Everything was great - definitely recommended for anyone wanting to spend a nice relaxing time.

L’appartamento si trova al centro di Specchia, molto ampio e comodo, tutti i servizi a due passi. Bagno e cucina moderni a funzionali, ben accessoriati. Francesco è estremamente gentile e disponibile, ottima soluzione.

Logement impeccable avec toutes les commodités. La situation de ce logement est un réel atout pour se rendre à Lecce, Gallipoli, ou Otrante et même Santa Maria di leuca. Un petit plus Gabriele avait tout prévu pour le petit déjeuner.

Abbiamo passato (purtroppo) solo una settimana in questa splendida location che ne sarebbe valse altre cento. Posizione comodissima per visitare il Salento con tutte le sue principali bellezze, appartamento stupendo con tutto il necessario (e anche di più), giardino bellissimo e un'atmosfera impagabile di serenità e ristoro. Un plauso particolare a Evelina, sempre super attenta e disponibile con utili consigli e graditissime cortesie. Insomma, la soluzione definitiva per godersi il Salento.

Appartemento Pulito, accessoriato nei minimi particolari, ci si sente assolutamente a suo agio. La spiaggia e Il Centro di Porto Cesareo raggiungibili in poco minuti a piedi. Il Sign. Raffaele e il suoTeam Gentilissimi e siempre disponibili. Per una vacanza nel bellissimo Salento é l'allogio ideale.
