We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Nikki was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth, and the little touches really made it feel like home. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. I would definitely book again!

This was my first time in Jacksonville Florida. I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It wasn’t that far from the beach also most of the night clubs were only like 8 minutes away for those who love to go out at night like me. My kids absolutely loved the pool that’s where they spent majority of their time. They were also able to swim at night as well while I was in the jacuzzi because of the lights in the pool. All of the main essentials were provided that were needed for my stay. This was my first Airbnb stay and it was a really smooth process. The property owners were very responsive and polite. I’ll definitely be back when I visit Jacksonville again..

We had an amazing time at this house! It efficiently accommodated all 8 of us in our party. A beautiful home that exceeded our expectations. We were easily able to relax and make great memories. The hosts were great too. Very responsive and did so in a short/reasonable time. Will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area and it’s available. Highly recommend this house and the hosts!

Lovely home, comfortable beds, beautiful pool (it rained so we didn't enjoy it as much as we could have). Really nice neighborhood (with a resident police officer) very clean. neat and safe environment.

Jessicas place was nice and great for family. perfect layout, calm serene environment, clean and thoughtful. The host was very communicative and helpful. we will stay again! place definitely met expectations.

Spectacular! This was our second extended visit to Davids awesome place! We spent 5 weeks and enjoyed every day! The house is so ver clean and cozy! I enjoyed taking a walk each day, shopping at Avondale shops, Five Points and mall....explored different local markets/ festivals each weekend, relaxed out by pool or river, and checked out local restaurants. Because we were there for so long, we cooked a lot!! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed! After our visit last year, I didnt see how it could be any better, but Davids landscaping additions added even more beauty and privacy to the outdoor area...already looking forward to a 3rd visit next year!

Dusty has an incredibly beautiful home.Easy to get to, accessible to lots of beach entertainment. Well worth the money to stay here. Thank you Dusty for another wonderful stay. See ya in the summer

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Great view of the pond as well. Vera was very responsive, and it was refreshing to stay somewhere that truly matched the advertised photos. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The washer and dryer were also very spacious, which was a nice bonus. My only suggestion would be to add curtains in the living room. While there’s no neighbor directly behind the house…just the pond—in today’s world with drones and other tech, it felt a bit exposed. Because of that, we avoided using the living room at night. Maybe it was just an “us thing”…Otherwise, everything was great! The big ole TV in the bedroom made up for it. And that bed was extremely comfortable. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer.

Everything was great! From check in to check out there were clear instructions on what was expected of us. Property matched description and pictures.

Just what we needed and great space for the price. a good mid point between Jacksonville and the coast. Easy to get to restaurants and shops nearby. The fenced backyard and screened porch was perfect for our pup traveling with us for the week. Thomas was super responsive and had good recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend!

We were so thrilled with the home! It is well decorated and appointed and had absolutely everything we needed! The beds were VERY comfortable and our stay was amazing. We are so happy we booked with Chandler! Highly recommend this property!

It was new and spacious and lovely. Close to beach. (3 min walk accross main drag) It’s very nice would have loved to see TV’s in all the rooms. It only had one in the living room.

The house was good for a group of 5. Plenty of space.

The house was spacious and beautiful. The area was very quiet and depending on when you stay the location has a lot of events and activities including a pool and jacuzzi on site. The neighbors were friendly also. It’s close to restaurants and shopping and not too far from downtown. Marcel and Angela were awesome hosts and I would love to stay again whenever I’m in town.

It was an amazing stay the neighbors where very nice a respectful everything was just like the pictures I do really recommend this place and it was a great price for how many nights we got.

This is a great place to stay! So affordable and with a pool! ( Also, great water pressure in the shower for those who care!) Sarah responded within 10 minutes for any questions we had. Definitely will be back! Almost any food you want is within either walking distance or a short drive there. Check out was too easy! Thank you Sarah for your quick responses and great place!

Frankie was a top notch host from the start. She made everything very easy during our stay. The house was such a great space for our friend group with kids. The outdoor patio and pool was everything we wanted. The house is so cozy with a well stocked kitchen. Frankie was so sweet to add her own personal touches like some treats in the fridge and we were able to check in early. We would love to come back again!!

Place was exactly as described, clean and well worth the cost. Very accessible of the highway. Loved the amenities - AC, hot water and space. Would definitely go back.

My family and I stayed at Alex’s house and it was an absolutely amazing vacation! We grilled out by the pool daily and ended our night on the big comfy couch watching movies together as a family. 100% recommend staying here

Rustic cabin with everything you need , perfect location to get away from it all. extremely quiet and peaceful .

I loved Jacksonville beach and the home is a quick bike ride to the beach and great coffee shops and restaurants. Ralph and Corey were friendly hosts.

We had a great time at Kristie's place, it had everything we needed for our stay including a well equipped kitchen and amenities. We appreciated the fenced in yard for our dogs, and enjoyed walks to the park and the beach.
