My husband, dog, and I stayed at Melanie's place for 6 weeks while we were waiting to close on our new home. The house was incredible, very clean, and fully stocked with anything that you could need during your stay. The property was quiet and wonderful for our dog to enjoy her outside time. Melanie was very communicative during our stay - she had her cleaning crew come twice and was on top of any necessary snow removal while we were there. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be to stay there in the nicer months of the year! The location was fantastic as well, close to the main road but not too close that the noise of the cars would be bothersome. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Melanie's place if they are coming to the area. Truly a home away from home!

Yellow Door House was a fantastic stay, paired with an even more incredible host. The house itself was well-furnished and clean, with plenty of extra house supplies for us to use. Kathleen was also impeccable as a host, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience; one of our party left behind a water bottle, and she was so accommodating as to ship it back to us. I could not recommend this place more!

Laurie is a wonderful and generous host. Though we did not take advantage of it, she let us know that early check-in was possible on our arrival date. When we did arrive, we were greeted with a lovely care package of treats, including excellent treats for our dog. Really nice touches, and much appreciated. The space is clean and spacious, free of clutter, with a nice kitchen. We are especially grateful for pet-friendly hosts, and Laurie's place was truly excellent. Even non-pet people should find the space very suitable. There are no signs that other dogs had stayed there, the space, furniture and linens are all very clean. Great host, great place!

We loved our weekend at Karen's place! The house was cozy and clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (including treats for our pup)! The yard and deck were nice and private, and the house was conveniently located to many restaurants, shops, and not far from the water. Karen made us feel right at home!

We had a wonderful girl's trip staying in Diana's house! We walked to the beach and to Scratch bakery (twice). The house was perfect for the five of us with a great sitting area to hang out and chat. The house was clean and the instructions for cleaning up were easy to follow.

This stunning getaway was a true 5-star experience for us—and our pup! It was our first vacation with our dog, and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to unwind for a week. The house is thoughtfully designed to showcase the gorgeous wooded views, with cozy chairs by the windows and a wood stove that made our morning coffee feel extra special. We were lucky enough to visit during a snowstorm, which transformed the landscape into a winter wonderland. Despite the heavy snowfall, the driveway was promptly cleared, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Tomo was an exceptional host—always available and quick to respond to any questions. We fell in love with this beautiful space and are already talking about returning in the summer to experience it in a whole new way!

Beautiful, clean property! Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub while the snow fell...its a perfect weekend getaway house. I wish I could come back in the summer to enjoy the pool. AJ was very responsive and provided easy instructions for easy check-in.

The place is great, low key neighborhood. The unit was clean and cozy. The hot tub was awesome and I would imagine the pool would be just as nice if our visit was not during February! Will definitely think about going again when a night or two away is wanted.

We had a wonderful stay at Peter's home. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and a quick drive to Springs. Access to the private clearwater beach was a plus! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

Nice little getaway during the cold season. The hot tub was excellent and about 100 degrees so perfect even with the cold temperature. It was still possible to put together a meal with the propane grill and warm things up in the microwave or store them away in the fridge. The heat was excellent in the space. Seems like it would be a great place to stay in the summer as well!

My friends and I had a great time at Stephen’s place. Stephen responded to any inquiries we had almost instantaneously and plowed the driveway for us in the morning when it snowed. The house was very cozy but it did get a bit cold in some of the rooms at night even with the thermostat increased but the weather outside was also unnaturally cold in the days we stayed so it wasn’t that huge of an issue. We also had a bit of an issue with ants in one of the rooms but getting rid of them wasn’t that hard. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay and would love to come back in the summer to get use out of the pool and beautiful backyard!!

My wife and I stayed at Ron’s place for five nights for a winter getaway. We had a great stay, highlights include a comfortable king bed, a quiet setting, a cozy fireplace, and the large ground floor bathroom that feels like your own spa- we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, huge bathtub, and rain shower. Ron was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. We spent many hours watching TV on the screen and projector set up, we grabbed more pillows from upstairs to add some more cushion to the leather couch downstairs.

House was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and bed was super comfortable and cosy. Everything was there in the house- kitchen, bathroom, hot water. Well styled decor. Spotless. Felt very private and peaceful. Location was not as picturesque as I prefer, but fairly close to sight seeing.

We would definitely recommend Deb’s and Sharon’s cottage as a place to stay. The location is great, as it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water, but is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood so it still also offers plenty of privacy. They were wonderful and responsive hosts and checked on us throughout our stay, though we didn’t end up needing a thing. They were gracious enough to allow our dog Bella join for the weekend too, which we appreciated very much as she goes everywhere with us. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely look to book again if we make our way back to the beautiful island!

The cottage is cozy and comfortable, including the beds. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet very accessible to hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, and shops. Fiona was extremely friendly and helpful. She is definitely a Super Host! We would happy have stayed longer if we could have! For those who like to ride your bike: Rt. 127, the main road that goes around Cape Ann, is very narrow and has no shoulder, so I don't recommend planning to bike there.

This house is exactly as described and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We could tell that Tracy and Patrick have clearly been doing this for a long time because they thought of everything. There were detailed instructions for everything, the kitchen had everything needed for our brunch and late night snacks. Downstairs is perfect to gather together- but everyone had enough space upstairs for privacy. We had 8 adults (4 couples) and to be honest, the only concern was the 10pm noise ordinance. We are 8 professional adults but we love to have fun- and we are all late night people. On our first night we sat outside, used the hot-tub and had cocktails till 12am and there wasn’t a problem at all. I feel that as long as you are respectful and don’t make excessive noise a you should be fine. The worst part of the trip was leaving because we all loved it so much. We all would come back and I would definitely recommend this home to everyone.

We did a Valentines weekend to P-town and Jason’s place is beautiful!! We couldn’t stop obsessing over the views and easy access to coffee, groceries, restaurants and the dog beach. Perfect location to where we wanted to go to and new spots to see. Mind we did come in the off season so not as busy as it would be in the summer but definitely a wonderful place to stay in the summer if you can snag it. Would definitely recommend!

Based on the condo alone, I would give James 10 stars! The amenities were as listed and there were many extras (linens, towels, toilet paper). Heat and AC in EACH bedroom and the living area. It was clean and the appliances/dishes/silverware looked brand new. It was in a great location within walking and driving distance to shopping and restaurants. There has been a negative review regarding the neighbors who also live in this 4 unit building. These neighbors are not excessively loud or doing anything beyond normal living. However, from the 2nd bedroom, you can hear them walking, talking, vacuuming, entering/leaving their condo. James has been proactive about this concern and has included a noise machine and large fan in this bedroom. I wanted to address this in my review to say that I was still able to get a great night’s sleep and the noise was not late in the night or early morning. My sister and I enjoyed our stay here very much!!

My wife and I loved our stay in Amy’s guesthouse. Amy reached out ahead of time to clarify directions to the property, and they were very clear to follow. We also downloaded a map of the area ahead of time. It was a snowy weekend in Vermont, but the long driveway to Amy’s was plowed and ready for our arrival! The guesthouse was unlocked and the heat was on. A partially finished puzzle was on the coffee table, beckoning our attention. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. The entire property was very cute and exactly what we were looking for to decompress in the outdoors. We travel with our dog and cat, and were grateful for Amy to allow us all to enjoy her guesthouse for a long weekend. Thank you!

We could not have found a better place to stay while having renovations done at our own home. We packed up our gaggle of golden retrievers and one beagle and felt welcomed the moment we stepped into the house. There were treats for the dogs, blankets to put on the couch, verrrry comfortable twin-sized memory foam dog beds and endless amounts of toys for our pups to enjoy. There was also a treat station as well as lickit mats and doggie painting to keep these retrievers happy and busy. This house is so dog friendly. It’s a perfect balance of a beautiful home for the humans that is also perfect for the dogs. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen large and well-stocked with necessities, such as paper towels, dish soap, dishes, pots and pans and that stove…. Beautiful! The bed was very comfortable and cozy. If the dogs hadn’t wanted to get up so early, we may have slept part of the day away. Having the availability to do laundry was also very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We loved staying at this lakeside cabin for thanksgiving with family. Beautiful sunsets, great location, charming house. Loved it!
