New York: appartamenti vacanze

This place was an ideal spot for us, close by to relatives in Fort Lee, clean and easy stay with our two young kids. They loved the bunk beds, and the curtains were room-darkening, so they slept well. Thank you for the nice stay!

Merelene and her husband were supreme in their hospitality. They went extra mile to help us t reserve the parking lot on the first day we arrive as parking was a little difficult to find in that area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

Appartement très bien situé, conforme à la description et vraiment charmant. L'arrêt de bus pour se rendre à New York est tout proche, et plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité. La propriétaire et son mari sont des personnes respectueuses, discrets mais très réactifs en cas de besoin. Ils nous ont même gentiment arrangé une sortie tardive. Je les recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Perfect spot for our 6 week stay! Lovely apartment in quiet residential area of Livingston. Easy check-in and plenty of parking space behind the building. Clean, comfortable and well-furnished with reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. Highly recommend this place, especially if you are planning a lengthy stay.

Everything was great. We didn’t have any issues or complaints. The host is wonderful & responsive when you reach out to her. The place was very beautiful and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Wie fühlten uns schnell wie zu Hause. Im besten Fall ist man mit dem Auto unterwegs, falls nicht empfehlen wir die bergenline Avenue für die Fahrt nach New York, da die Busse nicht mit Google Maps synchronisiert sind

A great location for those visiting Jersey City, especially if the intention is to head to Manhattan at any point. The apartment was clean and the building was safe - one of the new builds in the area.

We stayed at this little place right where Chinatown meets the entrance to Little Italy, which was a perfect location for our one night in New York City! Amazing Osso Bucco, and fabulous Aperol spritzes everywhere, with a little park nearby to walk to with our toddler ! This lovely little space (with an elevator!!) was an excellent place to escape the bustle on the streets below. It worked great for our little family.

The beautiful apartment Damian offers is a fabulous alternative to a hotel stay. It's immaculate and very well maintained. Having a full, working kitchen was a major plus factor. Although there are many wonderful restaurants throughout Long Island, it was great to be able to prepare breakfast daily and enjoy a meal or two in. We felt extremely comfortable and right at home. Communication with Damian was exceptional and nice that we developed a friendly rapport via email/app chats. The beautiful apartment met and exceeded expectations.

This locations was central and easy to find. Street parking was great, there was many spots and I had no issues. Safe and quiet neighborhood. I came for a short weekend stay and I had no issues, would recommend for a quiet get away. I didn't stay in the airbnb much, as I was busy with other activities and came late. But I did feel safe there. It is downstairs with someone living above but I had no issue. The accommodation inside were great; tea, coffee, sugar, etc. I would definitely stay again, especially because of the peach of mind with parking and safety.

Clean, newly renovated, and easily accessible. Stayed here with my family for Spring Break. We all felt right at home. It was a safe area for me and my family no matter what time we returned we felt safe. The hostess was responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend and will return. Thanks for keeping us safe!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Everything was nice, clean, and smelling good! We even had snacks, chocolate, and water which was very thoughtful. The kitchen was well stocked. Location felt safe and was walkable to transportation to get us to Manhattan. Adamylka responded quickly with any questions I had about parking and the transportation options. She even made sure to let me know about the street sweeping. We cannot recommend Adamylka and her property highly enough and will definitely stay again!

Very cozy and well set up basement apartment! Hospitable host, nice hot showers, parking in the area, and a backyard for my dog was all great!

Very quiet and peaceful apartment. We stayed for a week and we felt very much at home. Lots to watch on the tv, the loveseat is very comfortable, great shower and had all the amenities as described. Perfect for 2 people. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in town.

This felt like you were just at home. Between the amazing host and their hospitality from beginning to end you would think you’re just visiting your aunt and cousins! Everyone was very pleasant and the house was the most beautify thing I’ve ever seen. I would absolutely recommend anyone who wants luxury in Brooklyn to stay here!

The house was really good and we were a large group who enjoyed our time there. We had some missing toiletries and kitchen items but Ed was very responsive to get it sorted for us.

This place was fantastic! So beautiful, so organized, so stress-free! Shaquannah was so helpful and responded very quickly. I will be coming back!
