Third time here and love it every time! Such a beautiful spot, in the woods but also so close to town if you wanted to head into Fredricton! We have another weekend booked for October already☺️ . It’s our new family tradition!!

This was a beautiful setting overlooking the lake. The apartment was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Looking forward to returning.

Our stay at Marie and Harry’s River Valley Escape was incredible! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly as described. The hot tub and sauna were a dream, offering ultimate relaxation. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for restful nights. The hosts were kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Beautiful peaceful place on the Miramichi! The main living area & primary bedroom are very spacious & comfortable. We loved the indoor & outdoor fireplace! The place is immaculate, & well equipped, dry firewood on hand, beds are comfortable, lots of linens & pillows + fans in the bedrooms! Nice to be able to bring the dog as well. The porch was our favourite place despite the wind :) We will be back, perhaps with snowmobiles since it’s so close to the trails.

Carolyn was incredibly helpful and responded to our questions super promptly. The accommodation was beautifully decorated with a keen attention to detail—every curated object and antique was a delight to discover. The hot tub and pizza oven added a unique touch to our stay, allowing us to enjoy wood-fired pizzas, and the peaceful wooded trail was a perfect escape. Small touches like fresh donuts on arrival, a cozy fireplace, and fresh flowers throughout made our visit truly memorable. This is definitely a gem of an accomodation, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again, and would recommend this rental to anyone. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We were looking for a quiet getaway and we got it, a very nice quiet place to sit back and relax. We managed to visit some of the surrounding areas including St. Andrews, McAdam and Harvey. The home was a perfect size for us and the view of the river was amazing, everything was beautiful and we highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay and enjoy. Thanks

We were looking to host a family Boxing Day dinner for 14 people and then stay and relax for a couple days afterwards. Tania was receptive to our plans. She let us know there may not be enough seating for that many people to sit down so we came prepared with an extra table and some folding chairs. We had tons of room. The living room was very spacious with comfortable chairs and couch. The wood stove made it very cozy. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. We couldn’t have found a better place for our get together. I highly recommend this place and Tania as a host. Happy New Year everyone. Dean & Cindy Magarvey and Zola.

Had a wonderful stay at Lynn’s. Very convenient for skiing at Crabbe. Could go back and forth, only 90 secs to drive. Ideal when you aren’t sure who wants to ski and when. Would stay here again and will recommend to friends who want to ski Crabbe.
