Our experience was lovely and the hosts were great to deal with. Our family relaxed and enjoyed each others company. The house is wonderful - great bedrooms, air con, bathrooms, and outdoor area with all Amentities and thought behind what you need for your stay. Would recommend it to anyone. Please be mindful if bringing young children there is no fence leading to the canal. Wonderful Pool and spa with very nice clear and safe fencing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a family break here and everyone had a great time. Lots of room for the 9 of us with lots of separate areas large and small to relax. Everyone got to enjoy kayaking and swimming in the pools and ocean. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. Thank you for sharing your lovely home

Aaron was a great host, super responsive and extremely helpful. Everything is clean and modern plus the hot tub was a great bonus. There is a 7/11 and Woolies within a 5 minute walk and the beach is about a 15 minute walk and less than a 5 minute drive

Every detail, from the thoughtfully designed interiors to the tranquil outdoor spaces, showcases her impeccable taste and commitment to guest comfort. The peaceful surroundings, enriched by the melodies of bird songs and the presence of local wildlife, make it the perfect retreat. I can’t wait to return again!

Loved our stay! Had heaps of room for a group of 9. Lots of space to spread out and easy parking for lots of cars.

If you are looking for a peaceful and large home with a stunning view, this is the place for you. The multiple refrigerators would enable you to not have to leave the grounds for a week. Luxurious bedding on sturdy beds, multiple comfortable and welcoming sitting areas and every thoughtful convenience have been provided. Bluetooth speakers, feminine hygiene products, makeup removal wipes and beach towels are provided. It’s very obvious that Jayne is a Foodie. Beautiful recipe books and cooking and baking supplies are provided. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, Jayne. 😊

We had a fabulous time at Kym and Amy's place. It was a perfect space for 4 adults and 2 children (3 & 1), everything we needed for our 5 night stay was available. We loved there were toys for the kids for both inside and the pool. Great location, very quiet, close to local shops, easy drive to Main beach and Noosaville.

We really enjoyed our fantastic stay in No 10 Sandy Beach Resort & are eager to return!! John & staff were extremely helpful & friendly, we walked just a few metres from our apartment to the lovely pool/ bbq area & felt so comfortable throughout our holiday. John was very chatty & offered great tips Re cafes & restaurants. He was incredibly accommodating when I requested that some Sparkling wine 🍾be left in the fridge as a surprise (following a late arrival!) The apartment was spotless & very comfortable & tastefully decorated. Location on Gympie Tce was perfect for lovely river walks, a stones throw to catch the ferry plus so close to great cafes, restaurants & shops. The 2 bedrooms & main bathroom are upstairs whilst a well appointed shower room/ laundry are downstairs. We highly recommended a stay here with John & Tess, you won’t be disappointed.

The perfect place to escape the bustle of the city - with rainforest right to the doorstep, a hammock to laze away the hours, rainforest views from the spa, & the sounds of the creek as background noise. There’s also basically no need to leave as the cottages are so well appointed & there’s so much food provided as standard. Love the extra attention with fresh croissants each morning.

Our family (including our 2 fur-kids) just spent a lovely, long weekend at Prudences Coolum home. The location is amazing - park your the car and walk to shops, cafes and beach. The house is well appointed and beautifully presented. 10/10 - we’ll be back! Wonderful hosts!

This is a lovely, well-equipped villa with beautiful ocean views. We enjoyed exploring the Coolum Beach area and viewing migrating whales from the patio.

Great base for a busy weekend in Noosa. Nice location for a walk along the river and easy access to the ferry.

Roomy comfortable town house with all the essentials. Walking distance to Noosa River, playground, restaurants, cafes and Woolies. Family friendly. Kids loved the pool right outside our back doorstep.

Definitively would recommend John's place. Location is fantastic with the river across the road and an easy walk to many restaurants and cafes. Ferry stop to Hastings St/Main Beach is also across the road and the bus stop is a very short walk (don't drive to Noosa Main beach as you won't find a carpark - bus takes less than 10 minutes). Apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Airconditioning throughout was a blessing. John was great to deal with, friendly and responsive.

Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! Kate was so accommodating as our stay coincided with a Tropical Cyclone (yay) and was so flexible with our check in time and was always sure to check in on us. The cabin was absolutely amazing, cannot put into words how beautiful and peaceful the space is. Will absolutely be back for another stay. I know Andy may not be allowed too much sugar, but I hope he enjoyed a cookie! Thanks again Kate, we loved our time at the cabin. ☺️❤️

This place is so beautiful and peaceful. Just what we were looking for. The home was really nice with all the amenities required for a great stay. Felt like a million miles from anywhere which is what we needed for our weekend but in reality it is quite close to so many things to do. It was easy to find with good instructions from the host. We had such a relaxing stay to recharge our batteries. Thank you Dave and Persia, our stay was perfect.

Private, cosy and peaceful. Beautiful and comfortable cabin with a back deck overlooking the surrounds and creek. A walkway is also offered down to the creek. The sounds of nature add a beautiful ambience to the overall experience.

a lovely place to stay in an amazing location! was a beautiful spot to unplug and relax for the weekend. the roaming kangaroos were an added bonus. a few dusty corners and cobwebs but didn’t bother us at all.

Offering everything you need and more, this homestead does not disappoint! Numerous spaces thoughtfully decorated for you to relax and enjoy. The little extras, of local gourmet food & treats from Sabina were well appreciated!

the villa was beautiful, it was setup with sourdough bread, some spreads and some flowers with a sign saying happy Valentine’s Day for my girlfriend and I. an amazing stay would certainly recommend
