Absolutely beautiful. The pictures online did no justice for how beautiful it really was. The hospitality ,thought and care that was put into it was completely phenomenal. Couldn't ask for a better place to go . 10 out of 10 , would highly recommend to any one else

Beautiful piece of property, very cute cabin ( we had the upstairs unit), cozy, and extremely comfortable. It is a little further away, but for that, the price was very affordable enabled us to stay a few weeks without breaking the bank. If you are looking for some peaceful and quiet, loads of nature and a cosy place to stay. The property has loads of pretty spots to take in a good book. I beautiful peacock and a cute dog that both regularly came for visits!!!

This is our second time staying here. We absolutely love the property. It is so relaxing to eat our meals outside and listen to the river. We will be back!

The place was perfect! Everything was exactly as described. It was easy to get into Hot Springs. It is super close to Garvin Woodland Gardens. The shower was amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the view.

It’s a very nice place.. but could have been a little less but we needed something right a way. Mason was very nice a helpful.

Our stay 320B was exactly what we were looking for as our base in Hot Springs. It was a short drive to Hot Springs National Park but we enjoyed the views and privacy in this location. We never once heard or saw the owners. They are respectful of your space and gracious about sharing their beautiful outdoor space. The home was very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend!

there are a ton of skylights and beautiful windows. The ceilings are incredibly unique and it was overall just a beautiful property.

Clint and his space get 5 stars all the way around! He’s the most king and generous host who truly enjoys opening his suave for guests. Always very communicative. We’d stay here or recommend it to anyone!!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The place was clean, quiet, and cozy. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need for a short stay, and i absolutely love a covered parking space. The bed was comfy, and the pillows were so so soft. Like staying in a more private hotel. I would definitely recommend this place, and stay again!

Loved our stay here! Barry and Kathryn responded quickly when we couldn’t find the pots and pans and got us some. The views were great and we were happy with how open the space was.

Had a one night stop in Sherevport to do some gambling. Miss. Annie made me felt right at home. This location was very peaceful and private. Thanks again, for hosting me. Definitely, a place I will stay again if in the area.

I can't say enough good things about King's Cottage. They property was beautiful and every possible amenity was provided. The decor was extraordinary--I felt like I had walked into the pages of Traditional Home. Lovely antiques and repurposed items with interesting stories behind them, all so tastefully arranged. Added to that were the thoughtful little extras like freshly baked cake, an amazing array of coffees and teas, fresh fruit, and even chocolate Easter eggs! (It was near Easter). And if that were not enough, Missy and Tony are so welcoming and are great hosts. Loved visiting with them and particularly appreciated Missy's help with my local research project. And last but definitely not least, Ruby the pup is a charmer!

This is a one room stay, with a bathroom right next to the room. Really huge shower. You park on the street, so small car works best. If the driveway is open, it's just 1 car spot. Good place to stay

Nice property close to town. Communication with the host was good. Will plan to book again.

Rhonda was very kind, accommodating, and responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the home was just right for my boy and I. I would stay here again without question.

Fabulous cozy stay! Very cute part of town central to everything, clean, comfy bed, I appreciate all the extra towels and blankets as well as a working washer and dryer. Fabulous!
