The property is very well designed with private spaces for each unit as well as shared space for all units to use. The pool is fantastic with unobstructed views of the waterway that the back of the property borders. Unit 4 was quite spacious, clean, had all the advertised amenities, and a very comfortable bed. The bonus of this unit is that it is the only one that has a waterfront deck with lounge chairs and a cabana. We had a few minor hiccups with the entry code upon arrival and the Internet going down briefly during our stay. The host was very responsive and issues resolved quickly. The only comment I would share to inform future renters is that there was really nowhere to unpack our things as the closet is fairly full so we lived out of suitcases on the floor. Be prepared for that if you have an extended stay. This was very minor for us and I would 100% recommend this place and look forward to another stay in my future!

Great location- SUPER easy parking. The beach is an easy walk away! We walked up to the lighthouse which only took about 20 minutes or less and we highly recommend. Kitchen was stocked well and plenty of pillows and towels! Do plan to bring your own soap and shampoo.

Aviram's place was perfect for our weekend stay. Close to all the places we needed to go and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the balcony the best!

One of the few Airbnbs that are ACTUALLY walking distance to the beach and Atlantic ave. Book this place if you are staying local and want a truly unique experience.

Robyn was definitely the best host we have had so far on Air bnb! She was a proactive communicator, and was very flexible with our check in situation, as we showed up earlier than expected. She made us feel right at home and had a lot of infant supplies for our little one. We will definitely be staying at one of Robyn’s properties again next time we are in the area.

This Airbnb was perfect size and great location, only 10 mins from the beach. Had a big backyard fenced in great for pets. Was perfect size for my weekend visit with my son.

I had the best time at Josh's place, neat little hideaway,lots of plants beautiful warm pool and walking distance to the beach very short walking distance to the beach 😀 didn't have to look for parking loved it.

Backyard and pool were great, and the neighborhood was very nice. Specifically, the pool has a nice bench seat which made it great for hanging out in. Inside the house was clean and had everything you need. Garage was a nice feature and helped with loading and unloading the car. I would definitely stay again.

Bianca was an exceptional host for our family throughout our stay but her communication started even before our arrival. So professional and organized, it was clear she has experience with rental homes. The house was immaculate upon arrival and equipped with everything we needed as if it was our own home. We loved the view and our kids enjoyed the pool. We were in town visiting friends and attending the Miami Open (35-40 min away and worth the easy drive). We will definitely rent from Bianca again knowing she will take good care of us!

The house is beautiful, everything was clean and looked just like the photos. Checking in and out was very easy. The beds are very comfortable, which is so important. Your basic necessities are also provided. the dock was such a nice addition when spending time at home. The pool is very nice, and very warm but it’s not as private as I thought it was based on the pictures. Still had a great time swimming though. I would agree with another review that stated that the pool area could use some TLC. Adding some personal touches, making it feel and look more cozy would make a huge difference. The house is close to the beach and restaurants. 7/11 was down the street, which made it convenient for quick last minute items. The area is quiet, and everyone keeps to themselves. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice view with some tranquility.

Amazing place! Clean, stocked kitchen, amazing waterfront views, comfortable bed and huge walk in closet. Parking right in front of the unit and great location a few blocks to the beach! We loved the location and the apartment! We initially had trouble getting the air conditioning to work and our hosts sent someone to look at it and then called a repair person to fix it within a few hours. Very responsive! It does not have a work table/station or kitchen table to work from, so if looking to work remotely, this may not work comfortably.

Nous avons eu un séjour très agréable, tout était si bien expliqué pour les clients que nous n'avons eu aucunement besoin de demander quelque information à Greg. Il avait répondu à toutes nos interrogations avant notre arrivée. L'appartement est très bien situé face à la piscine et avec une vue magnifique sur le Inlet et le magnifique phare de Pompano. Le logement est fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, il ne manque absolument rien pour répondre aux besoins usuels. Merci Greg .

We had a great time. I loved the condo amenities like the fully stocked kitchen. Beds were soft. Wished there were more beach amenities available like a beach cart and umbrella. You do have a ten or so min walk to the beach which with kids isn't easy when you need their stuff. The parking at Carlin is free so that is helpful if you don't mind just driving to the beach. Advertisement says sleeps 6 which I'd say is not correct. There is only bedding for 4 people and the couch doesn't pull out so one person could fit on the couch (a child or teen). I'd recommend a pull out couch if the ad is for 6 people. Very friendly people at the condo. Come prepared with your Netflix sign in etc. beautiful place and great location and we would def stay there again.
