Agréable séjour passé à deux pas de la mer, le Logement est très propre bien équipé et entouré d'un beau jardin bien entretenu, Konstantinos est un hôte très à l'écoute et de bons conseils pour nous faire passer un agréable séjour à Corfou.

We were an extended family group and stayed for one week. Maria (online)and her father Leo (in person) were impeccable in their care during our stay, even permitted us to stay an extra half day to await our flights as the villa wasn't booked until the following day. It's a lovely spacious traditional family home that warranted respect, set in a very peaceful location that had strict local quiet time rules . Conversely the overhead planes can be noisy as the villa does sit under the direct flight take-off path depending on the wind direction, but this didn't keep us awake at night . We were able to get taxis into the old town for approx 15-20 euros as it was mostly too hot for the 35min walk but we managed a daily 8min dander to the nearest supermarket and bakeries etc. I would probably hire a car if I were to stay longer next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend familia estates. Thank you again Leo and Maria! 😊

Чисте, охайне помешкання. Хоча за розміром не таке вже велике, але для нашої сім’ї з п’ятьох чоловік було цілком достатньо. Всі зручності помешканні присутні — пральна машина, великий холодильник, духова плита, Кондиціонер, велика кількість посуди. Рекомендую !!!

Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο του νησιού, σε ήσυχο και πανέμορφο περιβάλλον. Εξαιρετικές οι εντυπώσεις μας.

Marilena is an excellent hostess and the house is a real dream. Communication with her was always super fast and helpful. She welcomed us personally and showed us the house and the property and explained everything to us. The house is gorgeous and everything was prepared beautifully for us. The house was lovingly furnished. But our highlight was the beautifully furnished terrace, from which you have a fantastic view directly onto the sea. Several steps lead from the terrace to the private jetty, which is a great place to linger. Here too, nothing was missing. We had two SUPs, some water toys and, above all, water shoes that made it very easy to get onto the shallow pebble beach. We were there at a time when there are lots of mosquitoes, but Marilena had taken excellent precautions both indoors and outdoors! We would recommend considering a rental car for the 35 minute drive from the airport. We would like to thank Marilena for an enchanting vacation and can only warmly recommend.

Wir haben fünf Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir liebten die riesengroße Terrasse von der aus man die Weite des Meeres bestaunen konnte. :-)

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le logement était très propre et ressemblait aux photos. Nous avons été accueillis avec une bouteille de vin blanc et un paquet de chips, très appréciable. Il y avait même 6 bouteilles d’eau plate déjà sur place. Dans le logement, tout le nécessaire était présent, même parfois plus (boites de cotons tiges, de lingettes pour le visage ou encore des cotons démaquillants). Concernant l’hôte, il est très réactif ! Nous avons eu un problème avec la clim, et dans l’heure qui a suivi, une personne est arrivée pour la réparer. La vue du logement était également super! Je recommande à 100%. Le seul petit bémol est que les lits ne sont pas super confortables. Mais à part ce petit détail, tout était parfait ! Un grand merci!

This house was serene, rustic and lovely. A real get-away and yet just a 10-15 minute walk to the small village of Magazia with good restaurants and a small market. Highly recommend renting a car -- we feel like it was necessary for this location. Loved our stay here!

Wir hatten einen Tollen Aufenthalt bei Eleni. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Weg dorthin ist gut beschildert. Man hat seine Ruhe. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Unterkunft macht einen neuen renovierten Eindruck. Eleni ist sehr freundlich und hat uns einige nützliche Tipps (Restaurants, Strände) gegeben. Sie war immer schnell erreichbar. 10/10
