The place was really great! 1 night is not enough. The host is very responsive as well and the caretakers were very helpful. All rooms are clean, the AC was good, the bathtub was fantastic, the architecture aesthetically beautiful and overall amazing! Will definitely recommend this place! 😉

Jenny is a very sweet and attentive host. For over a month, she asked me if I had any inconveniences or needed anything. Thanks to the information she gave me, I was able to visit delicious restaurants and teahouses and watch New Year's events. The room was exactly what I saw in the picture and was convenient with a water purifier inside. The windows were soundproofed well, but there was some noise because they were along the main street. I didn't feel any inconvenience, but if you are sensitive, please refer to it.

we had an excellent time at this place. the house is large and comfortable as well as beautiful and very tastefully decorated. the kitchen has everything you might need. the sauna was an excellent addition and we enjoyed using it very much. all in all this is a great place to stay with a great host and very highly recommended.

Everything was great about this place. There is a 7-Eleven close by and also D&A Food Outlet restaurant that delivers free to all the buildings nearby. Access to great swimming pools and basketball court. The parking is first come first serve in front of the building however it’s nice outside most days so having to walk a little bit to the visitor parking no problem. Don’t hesitate to book this place. I’ll be back again. This is my third time.

Eunice and Kit were very responsive and helpful as host. The room was as described, the apartment itself stands out in BGC area, just opposite of Uptown Mall. The room was clean, we needed to stay on the floor and the arrangement for that was adequate, had no problem. The wifi and TV works nicely. The kitchen was clean. It was a great stay!

I had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment is quiet, well-designed, and has great lighting - especially the LED lights behind the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and relatively clean, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. A few things to keep in mind: Netflix access only worked once, despite being advertised. Some towels were a bit worn, and there were food leftovers from previous guests, which wasn’t ideal. The bedroom has no air conditioning, and the living room AC unit wasn’t enough to cool the whole space, especially at night. Also, when I arrived late at night, there was no drinking water available, which made things difficult after a long trip (even a small drinking water bottle could be helpful). These small issues aside, I enjoyed the stay and would consider coming back. With a few improvements, it could be excellent.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Toshi/Maricar’s condo unit, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The space is not only clean and well-maintained but also thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. The unit is tastefully decorated, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials I needed for our stay. I also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection, which made it easy to work and stay connected during my time there. One of the highlights of the unit is its excellent location. It’s conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Maricar was also an exceptional host—very responsive.
