The most wonderful place to stay. Francesca is the most welcoming, thoughtful, kind, friendly and helpful host and it has been an absolute delight staying in her apartment. The apartment is perfect. The balcony overlooks the sea, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect as it’s next to the sea and the city centre. The local restaurants are so close and there are many to choose from. We hired bikes from shop round the corner and rode to Montesilvano which was a flat rode along the seafront, so would recommend if you like that type of thing. There are lovely shops in the city centre and after a long day out either at the beach or shopping or exploring, the apartment is the most relaxing place to come home to. It’s spotless, modern, bright and the bed is very comfortable. Would highly recommend and thank you again Francesca for being the most delightful host ❤️

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico a Pescara, tutto perfetto! La casa era pulitissima, accogliente e in un'ottima posizione. Bruno è stato un host eccezionale, super gentile e disponibile. Non avremmo potuto desiderare un'esperienza migliore!

Giorgia ed Emanuele due persone squisite ed amichevoli. Fanno di tutto per metterti nelle condizioni di sentirsi a proprio agio nel loro alloggio. Consigliatissimo.

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

Federica was a great and supportive host that was always available for any questions. We enjoyed a great stay at the lovely apartment that. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and we all felt right at home. Thank you!

Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold hos Kristy og James. De var meget imødekommende og venlige, havde en masse gode forslag til hvad man kunne se og lave i området samt var yderst hjælpsomme og fleksible. Huset lå flot med udsigt som det ses på billederne, dvs på landet men ganske tæt på den hyggelige lille by Mogliano. Swimmingpoolen var et stort plus for vores børn der brugte den næsten hver dag. Lejligheden var, som billederne viser, hyggeligt og autentisk indrettet og med veludstyret køkken. Et plus for vores familie var også deres dejlige og meget børnevenlige hund, Bandit. Vi håber selv at komme igen en anden gang og kan kun anbefale andre et ophold hos Kristy og James.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso questa struttura una settimana e la signora Leondina ci ha accolta con grande calore e gentilezza, rispondendo ad ogni nostro bisogno. L’appartamento ha ampi spazi, moderni e puliti, con tutto l’occorrente e il suo punto di forza e l’estrema vicinanza alla spiaggia. Ottima esperienza, torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Leondina :)

Facile da arrivarci dall'uscita autostradale, ottima location pulita, moderna e soprattutto fronte mare! Da ritornarci al prossimo Viaggio, consigliatissimo!
