I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to explored The vibes of the place were so welcoming and cozy, making it a truly relaxing getaway. I especially loved that the space was child-friendly, with plenty of games and resources to keep the kids entertained. The only suggestion I’d have is that the shower could use a little update, but overall, it didn't take away from the great experience. Highly recommend this place!

Very lovely home - highly recommend! Beautiful space with lots of fun extras...pool, table hockey, pingpong, PS4, and more! ....even some heated toilet seats! 😍 We had a lovely stay and Naomi was a fantastic host :)

We loved our stay at The Reef. It was a great set up for our family of 6. Everything was super clean and communication with Jaymie was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Jordan is a fantastic host- responsive and accommodating. He even allowed us to stay an extra night at a reasonable price. He made our stay very smooth. The house was perfectly located. Very close to amenities and attractions. The pool was lovely. It was great to be woken by bird song! The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and condiments. It’s a quick stroll to Dutchie’s Beach, which is beautiful especially at sunset. The table tennis table was a hit. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the kayak but will definitely try to next time. The bedroom and bathroom spaces were generous. I highly recommend Jordan’s place! I would like to go back next year.

Another wonderful week of holiday relaxation at this Hawks Nest property. Our family of 4 plus dog have been back a number of times, and the property never disappoints. It’s a great spot, walkable to shops and beaches, yet secluded and private. The pool makes it a rare find.

The home was beautiful and peaceful—especially the pool area. Mel was so helpful and communicative. The best part is the short 15 min little hike down to Wreck Beach. We had it all to ourselves, like you had washed up on a deserted island. It was magical and pristine. Exactly the escape we were looking for.

Clare was very friendly, helpful & always quickly responded to my messages. Great location : we ( inc dogs ) loved the morning & evening beach walk. When visiting Nelson Bay we will stay again at Clair’s ☺️

We loved every minute at this Airbnb. Beautifully decorated and peaceful surroundings! Great for big families or group of friends and so close to the beaches and restaurants.

Great spot just up the road from the beach. Large TV and couch space for relaxing with group and close walking distance to restaurants and a pub.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Nelson Bay! The location is absolutely perfect – just a 15-minute walk to the marina and a short drive to all the main attractions in the area. The house itself was spacious, modern, and exceptionally well-equipped, offering great value for our group of 14. The heated pool was a standout feature – perfectly maintained with just the right amount of chlorine, making it a delightful spot to relax and unwind. Brian and Sue were phenomenal hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even welcomed us with two bottles of wine – such a thoughtful touch! The amenities were modern and well-kept, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience for everyone. This property truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again. Highly recommended for large groups or families looking for a fantastic getaway in Nelson Bay!

We had a lovely few nights at Sundance. The view obviously being the standout though the kitchen and bathrooms all lovely, well-appointed and clean, WiFi etc all good. The apartment looked like the web page. Only drawbacks were dining chairs and out-door furniture were a bit hard and ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have been good. Otherwise, beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s place and were blown away by the property, location and of course the view. Check in was a breeze and all instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again :)

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. I went with a group of friends, and we all kept saying how it had everything we could possibly need—and more. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re planning to visit the Port Stephens/Sand Dune area. The outdoor space was stunning and perfect for a larger group!

The house was fantastic. All bedrooms were very big and comfortable. The living areas were great The house was very very clean. An easy walk to restaurants. Very accommodating on a later check out.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Anna Bay! The split-level layout was perfect, giving us and the kids our own spaces while still having plenty of room to come together. The pool was absolutely incredible – we all spent so much time in it that we didn’t even make it to the beach! The house has a wonderful tropical feel, making it the perfect retreat. The location was great, close to everything, but honestly, we were so happy relaxing at the house that we barely wanted to leave. We’re already planning a return stay– highly recommend!

We stayed at the property for a family Christmas and the house was so perfect! It had everything you would need, was clean and in a good location. Marc and Dee were so helpful with any questions and requests. Would highly recommend this property!

My family and our dog stayed in this beautiful home. Unfortunately, we had the most terrible weather, and lost electricity for a day and a half. Our hosts Shaun and Shona were most attentive and helpful when this happened ( the whole region was affected). Shaun gave us an esky full of ice and plenty of torches, candles and a phone charger power pack. They felt so bad for us, even though the weather can’t be controlled, we received $100 for a takeaway and to come back for a free weekend. This is something we never expected. We did get some lovely weather and were able to enjoy the beach down the road, and walks around the harbour. To Shaun and Shona, you were outstanding hosts and we are grateful for your generosity and kindness. Can’t wait to come back for a weekend. Can’t recommend this place enough, you will be taken care of and the house is beautifully situated, looking at the Pacific Ocean out the windows upstairs is breathtaking.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage und die Ventilatoren funktionieren einwandfrei und geräuschlos. Es war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Sehr geeignet für Familien mit Kinder.

I recently stayed at the holiday home with my family and my little dog. It had breathtaking views. The price was fantastic, and the host was amazing—quick responses and incredibly accommodating. I absolutely loved my time there; it's a perfect getaway!
