Province of Terni: soggiorni in agriturismo

La casa di Silvia è stata la nostra base per una settimana, scelta azzeccata perché la posizione si è rivelata strategica e ci ha permesso di raggiungere moltissime località in poco tempo. Silvia e la sua famiglia sono stati molto disponibili e discreti e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli. L’appartamento è disposto bene ed è ben curato, la cucina ha tutto quel che serve per poter cucinare, il bagno è una piccola chicca arredata con gusto e la camera è spaziosa e fresca. Infine la casa ha a disposizione un giardino privato con una vista meravigliosa che ci ha dato modo di godere delle belle giornate. Torneremo in Umbria e torneremo da Silvia! Grazie di tutto!

Casale molto ben curato, completo di tutto. Ideale per due famiglie con bambini grazie anche allo spazio esterno. Pulizia impeccabile. Silvia e il marito gentili e disponibili. Una chicca è stata la degustazione in cantina da loro offerta. Sicuramente da ritornarci in estate per usufruire della piscina. 🤩

We were a group of 8 (plus toddler) visiting Umbria for a wedding and had the pleasure of staying at beautiful Eremo Delle Fate. There are a few apartments on the same ground and we stayed in the largest one. Our apartment was spacious, well decorated, super clean and had beautiful views of the Umbrian hillsides. Although the kitchen is not huge, it was very well equipped for making delicious Italian dinners. The grounds were incredible- 2 beautiful pools and tons of space for exploring (great for a 2yr old) and relaxing, it really was an oasis of peace. Ginevra lives on site, so is there to assist with any questions or problems- our hot water stopped working briefly and she quickly fixed it for us. Her communication was all good and we had a smooth check in and check out. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be recommending Eremo Delle Fate to any of our friends visiting Umbria.

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

Il casale è in una posizione perfetta: immerso nella natura ma allo stesso tempo in un punto strategico per visitare i meravigliosi borghi della zona. L’appartamento è spazioso e arredato con gusto, dispone di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, ospitali e molto discreti, hanno avuto tante piccole attenzioni nei nostri confronti che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Darcy è stata super disponibile ad accompagnarci a vedere gli animali: mucche, pecore, tacchini, oche e galline, tutti tenuti benissimo e rispettati a pieno. Ci ha incluso nella loro routine serale spiegando il senso di ogni suo gesto, dando a nostra figlia di 3 anni la possibilità di interagire con gli animali e prendersene cura. Per chi come noi vive in città, non è stato un qualsiasi soggiorno in una casa di campagna, ma un’occasione per riscoprire insieme a Darcy e alla sua famiglia la vita VERA, quella fatta di terra, di piante e di animali. Sicuramente da rifare!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die gesamte Anlage ist einfach perfekt. Gaspare, Raquel und Cristoforo waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen!!

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans la villa de Virginia et nous avons adoré l’endroit! Un véritable havre de paix, le domaine est magnifique et la piscine superbe. Une vue magnifique et en pleine nature. Des hôtes discrets mais disponibles quand vous en avez besoin, très réactifs. Je recommande sans hésiter !

We had the perfect holiday in Orvieto at Nicoletta’s house- it perfectly suited our group of six, which included two children and a disabled adult. The house is handicap accessible, especially the ground floor bedroom! It was stormy and cool during our stay and we stayed cozy with the radiant floor heating and comfortable beds. There were even things for the kids to play with, like games and lego’s. I cooked 4 dinners in the kitchen and can confirm it has everything you need and more. The view is beautiful and it’s close enough to town but far enough to feel like you’re really out in nature- beautiful birdsong every morning. We saw deer, rabbits, a wild boar, and a fox. I hope we can come back someday in the summer!

Wow, what a beautiful place to experience the Umbrian lifestyle! Jo, Tony and Nicole were wonderful hosts. From our first night, Jo offered to book us into a great local restaurant to supplying us with a welcome pack of their olive oil, fig jam some bread and butter for breakfast, after our long travel day! The kitchen is high standard and is stocked with utensils and a few basic needs. The beds are comfy and very nice linen. It’s small but works well, no clutter, 4 adults stayed. We followed their recommendations for day trips from their booklet, which were perfect and saved us time working it out ourselves. Jo was always one step ahead of assisting us with any queries. Casale Zeno is a must when booking a trip to Umbria. We stayed 5 nights and did not see everything.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum alles war perfekt, das einzige war der Weg dort hin sehr enger und steiler Feldweg, aber sonst war sonst war alles top 😍👍🏻

Prachtig ruim huis. Mooi ingericht. Door verwarming en houtkachel in de winter goed warm. Alleen de keukeninventaris behoeft nog wat aandacht 😉. De omgeving is prachtig en super rustig. Heerlijke terrassen. En veel interessante uitstapjes in de omgeving mogelijk. Super om naar het hoge stadje te lopen (ruim een half uur).

Spoleto and the surrounding cities are absolutely spectacular, ranking among the finest destinations in Italy. Giardino di Tosca was the ideal setting for our family reunion during Christmas vacations. I must note how clean the place was, this level of hygiene was a rare find and greatly appreciated. The careful attention given to every aspect of the property truly enhanced its charm

Erwartungen übertroffen ✨ Anette und ihr Haus haben komplett unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es mangelte an nichts und bei Fragen konnte Anette sofort helfen. ☺️ Das Haus, der Garten und die Gegend sind atemberaubend schön! Wir hatten den tollsten Urlaub, den wir uns je hätten vorstellen können. 🗺️🌞 Rom und andere kleinere Städte sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und der Lago di Bolsena ist wunderschön. Wir haben uns ein Boot für einen halben Tag gemietet, um die Inseln zu erkunden - wirklich eine riesige Empfehlung! 🚤🪸 Wer hier nicht zuschlägt, verpasst definitiv einen tollen Urlaub! 🧳💕

Ernesta e Filippo sono stati molto disponibili sia nel venirci incontro durante un pomeriggio di pioggia sia nel darci le indicazioni per raggiungere i ristoranti più vicini e le aree di interesse nei dintorni. La casa ha una posizione strategica che domina la vallata ed offre tutti i comfort necessari. ultra consigliato, anche, per chi come noi, fa il cammino di San Francesco.

It‘s a beautiful place with an awesome view. The house, garden and pool area are great. We really enjoyed the stay.

We were able to make a very last-minute reservation to stay at Terry's Airbnb earlier this month. The space was absolutely wonderful! It's in a very peaceful setting and the apartment is extremely well appointed and very clean. Terry made us feel very much at home. She even had AMAZING home baked bread and incredible olive oil waiting for us when we checked in. She also had the home stocked with cereal, milk, coffee, etc. It was just perfect. The home is extremely spacious with a living/dining/kitchen area, as well as a bedroom and bathroom. On site laundry was also available for a very small fee. The home is also stocked with books and games. Terry is a truly amazing and welcoming host and we love the opportunity to stay at her home in the future.

Loved staying at Andrea’s place. It was beautiful and peaceful, and so clean! The dinner was wonderful as well! One thing to be aware of if you don’t have a car on your trip is that taxis can be difficult between the house and town of Orvieto which is about 15-20 minutes, especially in the evening after 4p. So you will need to coordinate to make sure you’re able to get back to the house. Andrea kindly helped me out when I have trouble. He is a very generous, welcoming host!

Very nice and classic villa. Great for big family or group of friends who want to spend time together and also have privacy. The yard is amazing. The hot tub is great for cold days. The location is in the middle of the hills wineries which is beautiful but do take in mind every ride to any town is at least 20-30 minutes down and up the hills.

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

We felt mesmerized by the beauty of the location. The surroundings were very beautiful and also the inside of the house was so well taken care of. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures and clean. Also for kids there was enough to do. Our 10y/o son could enjoy the swimming pool, lay in the hammock and play with the 2 cutest dogs. The host Monika was very friendly. She explained about where to visit, what restaurants were good, etc. She also was helpful in making reservations for us. Pomantello lays quite remote, but we loved it so much. It was definitely a place where we could relax. There was so much to explore in the near surroundings like Orvieto, the Bolsena lake and it's nearby cities and villages. The medieval cities on the tuff mountains are so beautiful and the views are stunning. Also the locals are very friendly and helpful. We definitely like to come back one day!

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

Cet endroit est le paradis sur terre ! Cette région est une magnifique découverte ! Le lieu est paisible, agréable et fabuleux ! La maison est confortable et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La vue est merveilleuse et le coucher du soleil sur la piscine est extraordinaire ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, nous n’avions vraiment pas envie de partir. Perdu en pleine nature, ce lieu est époustouflant! Nous avons été accueillis par Paolo qui a toujours été très réactif et de bons conseils. Souriant et serviable, c’est agréable d’être reçu aussi bien. Merci pour ce moment hors du temps 😉☀️🇮🇹

Das Haus ist wirklich toll. Ein großer Wohnbereich, gut aufgeteilte Zimmer, ein eigenes kleines Haus mit Tischtennisplatte und Kicker, Pizzaofen und schöner Pool. Dazu sind die beiden Gastgeber:innnen total lieb und wir konnten sogar bei der Weinernte mithelfen. Ein insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
