This was our first trip to Mexico in a long time and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Anthony and Kim are truly wonderful people and incredible hosts. The place was amazing from the pool to the hot tub to being able to go relax in the hammocks to watching the sun set from the top floor. The beach is only a block away and they provide everything you need to truly be able to just go and relax. Anything else you could want is within walking distance from stores to amazing restaurants to live music and much more. The area was incredibly safe and the people were wonderful. If you are thinking about going to Mexico I can’t recommend this place enough. Anthony and Kim are truly special people and their place is amazing. We can’t wait until we are able to go back again hopefully for even longer next time.

I’ve stayed in many places in Playa and Daniela’s penthouse is one of the best! There is so much space, in the apartment and on the roof. The covering over the plunge pool with jets helped keep you cool from the Playa sun. The BBQ and kitchen sink upstairs is a perfect touch. The rooms, and everything else, were super clean and comfortable. The ACs were strong, the washer and dryer useful, and was well stoked in the kitchen and plenty of extra linens and towels. It’s close to Playacar and the ADO turística and Cozumel ferry. Would definitely stay here again with friends and/or family. Daniela is also very responsive.

Toller Aufenthalt – gerne wieder! Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt! Ursprünglich hatten wir eine andere Wohnung gebucht, doch aufgrund von Bauarbeiten wurden wir in eine andere Unterkunft umquartiert – und wir waren damit mehr als zufrieden. Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hat sich gut um alles gekümmert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Alejandro is a fantastic host, he is very responsive, helpful, and friendly; all qualities a host needs to make you feel comfortable! The place in reality is just as advertised in the pictures and in the description, located in a fine spot where you can reach anywhere in Playa Del Carmen by walking. Only one small issue to mention is that during my stay there was a bad odour that I had to deal with and I did not know what caused it, but it was nothing major once I used air fresheners. Thank you very much again Alejandro!

Excelente dpto, lo básico para armar una comida o calentar. El dpto es muy agradable y como se ve en las fotos. En la cuadra hay minimercado, frutería, restaurant y puestos en la plaza. El dpto está a unos minutos de la terminal del ADO.

Matteo and Sabina had a wonderful Airbnb and were incredibly gracious hosts. The Airbnb is a great one bedroom that is immaculately clean and prepared with all the necessary items you need. We stayed for a month and had no issues and we’re lucky to have the host clean our apartment once a week in the cleaning was done incredibly well, and the house was spotless. The neighborhood is great and it’s two blocks from CTM and only about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach would highly recommend for any digital nomads or people needing a good homebase to work from. There is two dedicated dedicated work desk and great Wi-Fi.

This is one of the most beautiful airbnbs I stayed at. Each room has its own bathroom and deck access and then there are 2 additional small bathrooms- 5 bathrooms wow. Decorations beautiful. Beautiful views from patio. Security and locked community makes you feel safe. We appreciated the crib, baby bath, and high chair provided. Restaurant on site served the best meals we had while in Playa Del Carmen. The pool is enormous. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. There is a small store after you enter community on right that you can buy some necessities. It's nice you can park a car for free- we rented a car. It was generous of host to grocery shop for us so we had things we needed on arrival after flight with baby. It was also helpful that they assisted in setting up transport to and from airport. I would love to come back and I am recommending this airbnb to family and friends.

Absolutely beautiful condo and great accommodation. We loved the location and beach club access. We also enjoyed having access to cook meals for our family of 4. We loved the gym and it was overall a beautiful location. We highly recommend!

Todo bien para grupos y familias q busquen una estadía en el centro y cerca de playa. Con facilidades para hacer vida de casa también.

Muy bonita casa, cómoda, me agradó mucho y la zona está bien y muy bien vigilada. Y me encantó que todo el tiempo pendiente de uno gracias, hacen sentir como en casa.

Era mi primera vez en Mexico, fue una experiencia increible ,la casa es acogedora, espaciosa, apenas para una familia, Alejandro siempre esta al tanto de lo que se requiera, por mensaje o llamada ,es amistoso, amable, te orienta si quieres ir a conocer algun lugar, me parecio un lugar seguro, sin duda volveria a rentar su casa 😃

My family and I had a great time at Oswaldo’s home! Angie was very helpful during the entire trip and gave us many suggestions and recommendations. We felt very safe and comfortable in the gated community the house is located in! Would definitely come back again! (:

Muy cómoda la estancia, estuvimos 5 personas y estuvo muy cómoda y muy bien el lugar, tienen su propio cajón de estacionamiento, es un lugar tranquilo y sin ruido, los cuartos limpios y cómodos, cocina ya equipada, todo lo que dice en la descripción es tal cual el lugar (incluyendo sus aires acondicionados)tal cual vienen en las fotos, muy buena internet, 100% recomendable para pasar unas vacaciones en familia y sin duda volvería a rentar este lugar, el alfitrion estuvo al tanto de cualquier duda o inconveniente que teníamos y muy amable.

la communication avec l'hôte ainsi que son homme de confiance était parfaite. Etant un habitué de PDC j'avais choisi cet apt pour son emplacement idealement situé. le rooftop était sublime. En matinée, en après-midi ou en soirée pour un bon repas avec vue sur la mer et Cozumel...magique. les salles de bain impeccable et l'eau chaude abondante, comme a la maison. une cuisine fonctionnel pour y preparer les repas, rien ne manque. El alojamiento de Luz está en excelentes condiciones , en una zona clave para disfrutar caminando de restaurantes, súper cercano y sobre todo tranquilidad y alberca climatizada.

Alejandro was very kind and responsive. The apartment is small but had everything I needed. All areas of the apartment were clean and all appliances were in good working order. The area is secured and a short distance from the main tourist area. The apartment complex is quiet and has a working lift. Overall I enjoyed staying at Maria’s apartment. Thank you Alejandro for your responsiveness.

Todo super bien, acordé a lo que vi en el anuncio, la atención del anfitrión fue super buena, el dpto estaba súper bonito y amplio, el único detalle era una vecina que fue más de tres veces a tocar la puerta en distintos horarios ( 1 pm, 5 pm etc ) porque " supuestamente le molestaba el ruido hasta del inodoro" . Pero de ahí en fuera lo recomiendo ampliamente!!

we stayed in this condo for 25 weeks! Great for long stay great water pressure and hot water. Wifi was extremely dependable and fast for videos and working. Safe, quiet, excellent staff on premises. Well stocked, good air conditioning. Roof top pool was a great addition with nice breezes to cool off. We watched many sunsets and sunrises! We would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for making this our home away from home!

We had an enjoyable stay! Haley was extremely responsive and provided very thorough instructions. Communication with Halex was quick, always responded in a timely manner. It is a bit of a drive to get to 5th Avenue and all that is in that area, however, it is quiet and peaceful when it comes to winding down in the evening. Also, in the evening a lot of outdoor food tents pop up just a short walk from the condo becoming quite a busy and living area.

Mariana is a wonderful host who is very quick to respond and is very helpful. The apartment is in a fantastic location and was spotlessly clean. The beds in the bedrooms are comfy.
