Punta Secca: appartamenti vacanze

We really enjoyed our stay at Tuccia's place. The apartment is in a perfect location for enjoying the nearby beach and visiting the surrounding area. The two terraces are a great place to enjoy a dinner in the sun or simply lounge outside. The kitchen is equipped exceptionally well for its size and is really useful for making a dinner occasionally. Finally, Tuccia and her husband Angelo are the kindest hosts we've met and really make this place stand out. We can only recommend a stay here and will surely be back when we're in Sicily again!

Good value for money apartment only 2-3 minutes walk from the main square of Avola. 20 minutes walk to the beach.

Appartamento davvero grazioso, molto curato e pulitissimo. La terrazza è stata molto utile in quanto ne abbiamo approfittato per rilassarci all'aria aperta dato che le temperature lo permettevano. Anche la zona è molto comada e non abbiamo avuto mai difficolatà a trovare parcheggio. Silvia è stata molto precisa con le indicazione e sempre disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Wij sliepen in de studio, deze was zoals omschreven. Fijn bed en schone ruimte. In de keuken was alles aanwezig. De tuin en het zwembad waren fantastisch! Prachtige aangelegd en goed vertoeven.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Robertas Wohnung. Die Lage ist ideal, der Ausblick atemberaubend und hat unseren Ausblick unvergesslich gemacht. Die Wohnung selbst war hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen (Siebträger!) und die Einrichtung war modern und geschmackvoll. Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt, sodass wir uns sofort wie zuhause fühlten. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die bequemen Matratzen, die für einen erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt haben. Die Kommunikation mit Roberta und Raffaele war ebenfalls super! Ihre Tipps haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.

Massimo ist ein toller Gastgeber, war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Als es ein Problem mit dem Wasser gab, war es 15 Minuten später gelöst - an einem Sonntagmorgen um 7! Die Unterkunft ist vor allem aufgrund der Lage toll - man kann morgens über dem Meer den Sonnenaufgang sehen und dann den ganzen Tag zwischen Terrasse und Strand pendeln. In der Umgebung gibt es so viel zu entdecken (Noto, Siracusa, Modica…), dass einem auch an Tagen ohne Strandwetter nicht langweilig wird. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

La casa rispetta completamente la descrizione dell'annuncio ed è molto pulita. Salvatore e i suoi familiari sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili nel consigliarci e aiutarci. L'alloggio è ben fornito e ben posizionato. Con 5-10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono spiagge, servizi e centro di Pozzallo. All'occorrenza vengono messe a disposizione anche bici. Pozzallo è perfetta per i bambini con spiagge ampie e livello dell'acqua che sale molto lentamente.

Il nostro soggiorno di tre settimane nella casa di Gabriele è stato ottimo. La casa è molto bella, pulita e provvista di tutto. Si trova in un'ottima posizione che consente di andare al mare in cinque minuti. Un posto tranquillo, silenzioso, davvero confortevole. La presenza dell'aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti ci ha permesso di affrontare i giorni più caldi senza stress. Gabriele e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.

A wonderful stay in Sicily with the host Mario. The place was exactly as described, very functionally furnished and clean, the garden and terrace were perfect for relaxation. Private parking space provided. There was everything you needed to spend a nice and pleasant holiday. Including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and an outdoor shower :) About 200m to the sandy and clean beach, often windy, so an ideal place for water sports (a few houses away there is a kate surfing school). Quiet and peaceful place, many farms in the area. A good starting point for visiting Syracuse and Catania. The only downside is the weak wi-fi radio internet, but this is not Mario's fault but the local operator's. If you plan to work remotely, you need to prepare a plan B and use mobile internet :). Apart from this small downside, our stay was great - many thanks Mario for your hospitality :) The place is definitely worth visiting again :)

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in Toplage. Ottavia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, in der Wohnung wartet Wein und andere Getränke & Obst, Kaffee, einfach Toll.Alles in der Nähe was man braucht und auch das Meer nur ein paar Schritte.Komplette Ausstattung der Küche und wir haben seht gut in den Betten geschlafen. Danke Ottavia.

One of the best places we have been.. The villa is super cozy and you feel right at home! Also, Federico is a great host, he was always responsive and helpful, and gave us useful recommendations on the dining and things to do in the area. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Die Lage der Wohnung direkt am feinen Sandstrand ist einmalig. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich eingerichtet (sehr bequeme Betten) und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das große Angebot an Mobiliar auf der Terrasse (Esstisch mit zusätzliche Loungeecke, 3 Liegestühle, 5 kleine Klappstühle zum Sitzen am Strand). Die direkte Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, aber in 3-4 Autominuten gibt es kleine und größere Geschäfte, Restaurants, Eisdiele etc. Ein Spaziergang am Strand entlang bis in den Ort ist in ca. 15 Minuten gut möglich. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr schnell und freundlich. Es gab klare Wegbeschreibungen und hilfreiche Informationen für den Check-in. Zur Begrüßung gab es Kaffee, Wasser und Mandelgebäck :) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Der Empfang bei der Anreise und die Kommunikation generell waren sehr zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat ein hohes Niveau. Wir haben besonders genossen, dass man auf dem Balkon in der Morgensonne frühstücken kann. Und dass die Lage der Wohnung nicht besser sein könnte, um Modica zu erkunden.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very beautiful apartment and was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The garden was amazing with a nice view of the church and we enjoyed our time outside. Lorenzo was very helpful and gave us great instructions and local recommendations. The beds were super comfortable too. The location was great for walking into town and we walked everywhere. Lots of convenient parking nearby on the main road. A superb Airbnb.

A very big WOW. This house and the whole place is just amazing. The pool is beautiful and the kitchen located next to it outside is just a blessing. Honestly the place is way better then the photos could tell. Thank you Floriana for being so friendly and hospitable. You and your family are amazing and we felt very comfortable. Even tho their apartment is on the same property, they never gave us the feeling of being controlled. Everything just perfect. I know it might sound like im being paid for saying all this, but let me tell you: Every word is sincere! If you need a place to stay near Syracuse, you should definitely consider this one. Thank you Floriana!!!

We had an outstanding experience here. Was excellent. Giuseppe was so welcoming and oriented us to the area and gave us recommendations. He really took pride in his and had a great personal touch. The space is very large and airy, I would say here without hesitation in the future.

È stata un’esperienza meravigliosa, la dimora è curata sapientemente nei minimi dettagli, nulla è lasciato al caso. Ci siamo rilassati nella splendida jacuzzi dopo una giornata passata ad immergerci tra le delizie enogastronomiche e culturali di questo angolo di Sicilia. Henry ha risposto prontamente ad ogni nostra domanda. L’assistenza è stata eccellente, consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa stupenda dimora e, data l’esperienza ci tornerò sicuramente!

Das Haus hat zwei Wohnungen. Die obere Wohnung welche wir, hatten war etwas knapp für 4 Personen. Nur den einen Spiegel im Bad für 3 Frauen und 1 Mann ist nicht optimal. Sonst alles wirklich super!

We had a fantastic stay at Francescas place. The host was extremely helpful in recommending places to eat and visit and always quick to respond to any questions. The villa is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need for a holiday stay. The bedrooms are all equal size with air-conditioning and comfortable beds. The location of the villa was slightly further away from the attractions of Fontane Bianche than expected, but still walkable distance to get to the beach and restaurants, even in 35° heat! Plenty of parking space even for a big vehicle and the location is very handy for getting to the motorway to visit near by towns. Would highly recommend a stay at Francescas place and would definitely be back if we visit the area again.

Alfio molto socievole, paziente e super disponibile. La zona scomoda se non si è muniti di macchina ma area molto sicura e tranquilla. Casa pulita e spaziosa come da foto.
