Merci à Laura pour son sympathique accueil. Logement de style local ancien, propre et bien agréable. La terrasse est bien clôturé ce qui était important pour nous avec nos 3 petits chiens. Laura est disponible, elle nous a donné de bonnes informations touristiques. Nous espérons revenir, la proximité de la plage de Bellaria-Igea à pied nous a séduit A 2 min à pied nous avons pu profiter des commerces dans la rue piétonne et son ambiance. It was a nice stay, the apartment was clean and at a very calm location. Annamaria was very helpful and ensured we had our stay as nice as possible. The neighbors can be a bit complicated, but as long as you keep it within the rules and follow the guidelines of Annamaria, there shouldn't be any problems. Would definitely recommend to people who like to explore the area during the day!

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und vor allem auch der Lage der Wohnung. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe, sonst paar Minuten entfernt Parkplatz für 2 Euro am Tag. Die Wohnung liegt zwar zur Hauptstraße mit tollen Essens Möglichkeiten, aber trotzdem etwas privat, weil sie sich in einer Art Hinterhof befindet. Alessandro war stehts top erreichbar und konnte gute Empfehlungen geben, check in und check out total einfach mit code. Alles da, was man braucht für den Urlaub. Das einzige, was man beachten muss ist, dass das Wlan Signal schwach ist, weil man es sich teilt und man kann nicht mehrere Haushaltsgeräte gleichzeitig bedienen (z.b. Waschmaschine und Herd).

La dimora è molto spaziosa, dalla struttura particolare. Molto disponibili i proprietari. Pochi minuti a piedi e si è in spiaggia. Il lido san Giuliano è tranquillo e adatto a famiglie con bambini. Poco oltre, la spiaggia e il centro di Rimini. Vicinissimi alla casa supermarket e ortofrutta, poco oltre pizzerie e ristorantini. Benvenuti nella nostra bella Italia.

This place is absolutely stunning. Each light fixture is a piece of art. It is just a short walk to the ocean and about a 20 minute walk to the pier. Roberto was extremely helpful and kind. We had some issues on our arrival and we later than anticipated and he was very understanding and accommodating.

Appartamento in centro a Cattolica di facile accesso, ampio, spazioso, funzionale, pulito. Ottimo l’ampio terrazzo, fruibile per cenare o pranzare all’aperto. Due balconi e l’esposizione su tre lati garantiscono un’ottima ventilazione dell’appartamento che permette di utilizzare il condizionatore al minimo. La disponibilità di quattro biciclette è stato un plus molto gradito. La cucina funziona egregiamente. Unico lato negativo, non legato all’ appartamento in sé, è il rumore dei motorini che sfrecciano nella via sottostante. Non posso che lasciare un’ottima recensione, un posto da tenere a mente per le prossime escursioni in riviera romagnola.

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso nel borgo più bello di Rimini. Curata dentro e fuori, è la casa dei sogni per giornate di riposo e di turismo in una città che offre tutto quello che si possa desiderare

Io e le mie amiche siamo state una notte in questo bellissimo appartamento. Ci ha accolto Diana che ci ha offerto l’acqua e dato qualche consiglio su dove andare. L’appartamento oltre ad essere bellissimo, molto curato e pulito è collegato bene con il centro (a piedi sono circa 10 minuti) e con le varie discoteche in zona (Peter Pan e Cocoricó). Noi non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

Haus ist in einem gute Lage. Zu Fuß 25-35 Minuten weit weg von Strände. Nicoletta war immer erreichbar und hat geholfen. Nur Wasserdruck in obere Badezimmer war nicht genug. Sonst alles war echt super. Vielen lieben Dank Nicoletta für deine Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft. Liebe Grüße aus Tirol Engin

logement conforme à la description ( la climatisation a été très agréable) - parking privé et fermé ( tout peut se faire à pied ), terrasse couverte Pierluigi a pris des nouvelles régulièrement pendant le séjour ce qui est très appréciable.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, direkt beim arco di augusto und somit sehr nah an der stadt gelegen, ca 5 Minuten. Dort gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants. Man konnte dort zu fuss alles sehr schnell erreichen. Auch ist der parco alcide cervi direkt vor der haustür. Das war perfekt für unseren Hund. Dem park folgend erreichte man den Strand und die Promenade. Zu fuss waren es zum Strand etwa 20 minuten. Die unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber, es gab alles was man gebraucht hat. Die terasse war umzäunt (perfekt für einen hund). Eine apotheke, restaurants und einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in höchstens 5 min abstand. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und gut erreichbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke :)
