Great location. The host was very friendly and helpful. The place felt roomy and modern. We would love to return.

Eine tolle Wohnung. Sehr schön und geschmackvoll renoviert. Fantastische Aussicht über den Strand. Mitte April auch sehr ruhig. Trotzdem waren einige Restaurants in der Umgebung geöffnet. Auch das Ortszentum ist in 10 - 12 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Italiano: Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento di lusso a Rimini e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta. L’alloggio è spazioso, arredato con grande gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort possibili. Ogni angolo della casa era perfettamente pulito, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il vero punto di forza, però, è stato l’host. Non solo è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile, ma mi ha anche fornito preziose informazioni su come raggiungere la destinazione nel modo più veloce, economico e comodo possibile. Grazie ai suoi consigli, il viaggio è stato molto più semplice di quanto mi aspettassi. Se cercate un posto elegante, confortevole e con un servizio impeccabile, questo appartamento è la scelta perfetta. Ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio!

We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

It was an amazing apartament. It was a first apartament building to the sea. So the sea was like 15 meters away. The balcony has an amazing view of the sea, mountains and the beach. Overall the accommodation and the apartament itself, was very impressive. I would definitely recommend spending time there!

Una splendida esperienza a Fano! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento a Fano, che si è rivelato perfetto sotto ogni aspetto! La posizione è davvero strategica: in pochi minuti si raggiungono sia il centro storico che la spiaggia, permettendoci di godere al massimo di tutto ciò che la città ha da offrire. L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto e mostrato nelle foto: pulito, curato nei minimi dettagli e dotato di ogni comfort necessario. Un ambiente accogliente che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host Stefano, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, pronto a offrire consigli e assistenza per qualsiasi esigenza. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l’accoglienza riservata ai nostri amici a quattro zampe: non solo sono stati i benvenuti, ma si è percepito un vero entusiasmo nel riceverli! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare e consigliamo questo appartamento a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno indimenticabile a Fano!

Un beau séjour en famille, appartement très sympathique avec deux terrasses qui assurent l’ombre en tout moment du jour, cuisine entièrement équipée, café, condiments et même un cadeau de bienvenue dans les placards. Pareils soins pour le bien-être du voyageur dans la salle de bain dotée avec force savon, shampoo, serviettes, tout impeccablement neuf et brillant de propreté. Le Barbecue neuf, mis à disposition dans la cour arrière, invite a prendre les repas a l’ombre des oliviers tandis que sur la terrasse devant l’on peut s’asseoir pour prendre le café en guettant le passage d’un train dans la gare tout près. Et pourquoi pas? On peut prendre un bain a la lumière des étoiles, la plage commune est a quelques pas, on s’y sent libre et joyeux comme au temps de l’enfance.

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Hôtes très accueillant, serviable, à l'écoute et réactif. Maison bien agencé et bien placé; partie extérieur complète (salon de jardin / table de jardin / transats) mais attention aux moustiques le soir. Plage à 5 minutes à pied mais accès uniquement en journée et plage avec digue de cailloux. Les villes proches sont animée et les possibilités d'activité sont diverses. On a passé d'excellentes vacances, le logement correspondait a nos attentes et nous remercions nos hôtes pour tout 🥰

piccoli appartamenti accoglienti, lontani dalle strade rumorose e allo stesso tempo tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Questo è l'appartamento meglio attrezzato che abbia mai visto in zona mare, c’e proprio tutto.

Giorgia was friendly & welcoming & offered local advice for getting the the Moto GP, booking restaurants & accessing bike tracks. Giorgia allowed us to rent some bikes from her which provided great fun throughout our stay. The beach was an easy 7-10 minute stroll & 5 minute bike ride from the house. The apartment was large & roomy & having two bathrooms was helpful when travelling with friends. We would definitely recommend Giorgia's apartment as a great place to stay!

Great host ,very helpful , fast communication, place is great just by beach with great views , very clean, an amazing surrounding , i would highly recommend the host and place , see you next time we are in Rimini, and thank you very much for everything

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal mare e filobus ad alta velocità. Facilmente accesso a Richone e Rimini . Mare in 3 minuti a piedi. Dietro l'angolo c'è un bar, lo consiglio, le colazioni sono ottime. Appartamento con ingresso privato, c'è una piccola area. Adatto per 4,5 persone.Tutto sembra nella foto. I proprietari sono persone gentili che rispondono molto molto rapidamente. amichevole

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Federico’s property is situated nicely beside the beach. My partner and I enjoyed the property a lot. It was a shame that we weren’t able to use the jacuzzi due to the weather otherwise I believe we would have enjoyed the terrace a lot! Federico was helpful for the whole duration. My partner and I loved our stay and would definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.
