We were pleasantly surprised by how great this location turned out to be. After a night off the Zócalo, we were happy to move to a quieter neighborhood. Not only was it walkable to a lot of the places we wanted to visit in Roma Norte, it's also just a block off Ave Amsterdam, which circles Parque Mexico, and is a beautiful option for a morning walk and visiting many cafes. We found great food, shopping, and even a gym within a few blocks. The apartment itself is as advertised. The floorplan is unique, but not an issue as long as you expect it. We loved spending time on the patio upstairs. The apartment is off the street, so pretty quiet, but the courtyard is open-air, so you will hear some street noise and birds in the morning. It was a bit cold at night, but Nadezda made sure we had heaters, which completely solved the problem. The beds were comfortable and had extra blankets.

We enjoyed our stay at Ricardo's home. We loved the spaciousness, giving us lots of common space together, yet allowing us plenty of privacy. The neighborhood is lovely. It's pretty quiet, with plenty of trees, and close to restaurants, shops, and a great bakery right around the corner. We loved having a living room and outside patio to spend time together as a family. The kitchen was relatively well-stocked, but isn't really set up for serious cooking for a group. Finally, Ricardo was an extremely responsive host, which we really appreciated.

Nuestra estancia en este Airbnb fue absolutamente perfecta. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa. La casa es hermosa, impecable y muy bien equipada. La decoración era de buen gusto y creaba un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Las camas eran muy cómodas y dormimos de maravilla. La cocina estaba completamente equipada, lo que nos permitió preparar nuestras propias comidas cuando lo deseamos. En general, tuvimos una estancia maravillosa y no dudaríamos en volver a reservar este Airbnb. Lo recomendamos encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque un lugar cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado para alojarse.

This was an amazing stay. We were a group of 8 and still had plenty of beds left over. The area was peaceful and felt safe. There was an oxxo down the street. It was walkable to Polanco area and easy enough to grab Ubers to further locations. We felt right at home! Would definitely stay again. The host were very responsive if any questions came up. One thing to keep in mind is the house comes with 1 key and we had to communicate as a group regarding managing the key. The house even had a filtered water station which helped save on bottled water! The roof top is a gem and get spot to hang and chat with a group. The WiFi was great and I was able to work from home and plenty of hot water.

I loved staying in Gina's Tiny House (which doesn't actually feel tiny at all)! Every inch of it is thoughtfully designed with so much character and comfort. The house is on a private street, so it's safe and quiet, despite being centrally located within walking distance or a quick Uber to everything you'd want in the city. There's a great Sushi spot right at the end of the block. I unfortunately had to change my plans at the last minute and Gina was incredibly nice and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a cooler spot or a better host!

Our family of nine— 2 grandparents, 2 couples, and 3 young children —stayed for a lovely weekend in two of Enrico's apartments, connected by a short stairway. The common areas were exceptionally spacious: We were able to prepare and eat dinners together. The location is fantastic for walking around in a vibrant and interesting part of Mexico City. It's a short walk to many restaurants and beautiful parks, many with playgrounds. The two apartments were perfectly cleaned and ready, including filtered water, some treats in the fridge, and a bowl of candies . There were some negatives, to be expected from apartments at such a reasonable rate: The water pressure in both apartments was a weak drizzle, making it hard to take a shower or wash the dishes. The wifi signal was weak and unreliable. The lockbox system is a minor bother. But the apartments certainly served the needs of our large multigenerational family.

Charming apartment in a great location close to cafés and restaurants. Very walkable safe area. Demian was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my questions and a problem with one of the appliances. The balcony was a real plus.

Great location! The neighborhood felt safe and walkable day or night. We were also surprised at how quiet it was at night. We spent a lot of time on the private rooftop patio. Luis is a great host and excellent communicator. We would def stay here again!

What a great apartment! It's in a nice neighborhood that is very walkable and has lots of stores and restaurants right nearby. Although there is lots of activity until pretty late at night, the street with the apartment is quiet and we didn't hear much street noise. Carla provided a very helpful list of recommendations on a Google map. The apartment itself is very comfortable and there is a small balcony off the bedroom, and a huge terrace on the roof, accessed by the stairway inside the apartment. One thing to consider is that the apartment is a 4th floor walkup so be mindful if you can't handle stairs. (And the stairway to the terrace would be tricky for a person who is not so steady.) Would be delighted to stay there again!

Amazing visit! Beautiful apartment in a great location close to everything. You can hear traffic noise from the outer bedroom, so I recommend ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Note that the terrace opens at 10:00am and the only way to avoid a reservation fee is if you take no food or drinks up (I.e. you’re only going to see the view or read) and must be reserved in advance. Claudia was very responsive and extremely nice. Little touches made the stay even more incredible. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Excellent host, apartment, and location!Victoria and her cohost we very communicative and the home was beautiful. My husband and I would sit on the patio to listen to the birds and watch the sunset. It was peaceful, comfortable, and the safety of the building was superb! 10/10 would stay again!!!

As first time travelers to CDMX, Jude & Philippe’s apartment was perfect! Not only were they clear and proactive with their communication/instructions but the space itself was even more beautiful than the photos. Notably, the apartment is in a peaceful, quiet area by CDMX standards, is a fabulous central point for walkability, and is very secure with a doorman operated front gate 24/7. Incredible stay for the value- highly recommend!

We enjoyed our time in CDMX - what a beautiful city! We specifically loved La Condesa, at Esther’s beautiful space. It was in the ideal, safest location - close to fantastic restaurants, shops, parks etc. All the while, the space was wonderful - comfortable, clean and spacious. Esther is a great host! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Andre’s place was a great home away from home in the city! Well appointed, clean and spacious enough for three couples.

We had a fantastic stay at Luis’ apartment in Condesa, Mexico City. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of life, with amazing restaurants, parks, and plenty of things to explore, making it a great spot for both families and solo travelers. We traveled with our 3.5-year-old son, and Luis and his assistant, Gina, went above and beyond to accommodate us by providing a crib and high chair, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable, well-equipped, and spotless. We loved the amenities, and everything felt very homey. The only slight downside was that we could hear some noise from the neighbors, so the soundproofing of the windows could be improved. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Mexico City!

Overall 5/5 experience, highly recommend this space for 2 couples or small family. Amenities 5/5: the patio is a fantastic space to come back and relax in after spending the day wandering around. Wi-Fi was solid, showers and toilets worked well. Extra pillows/blankets available. Would be nice if a couple extra towels were provided rather than just 1/person. Plenty of space and hangers for clothing which was great. Washer and dyer worked with no issues. Having easy access to filtered water in CDMX, instead of running out to buy bottles, was also so so nice. Will definitely look for this feature in future trips. Location 5/5: couldn't ask for a better location if you want to access Roma Norte, Roma Sur, Condessa. It is a busier area, but as mentioned, very quiet. The apartment is also located on a one-way street, which calms things down a bit. A small market is steps away, and a larger supermarket a couple of blocks. Thanks Rene!

What a fantastic place to stay to explore Mexico City! The location is perfect, putting all of Condesa and Roma Norte in easy walking distance. The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and includes a lovely enclosed, private outdoor courtyard. There's a wonderful library, of everything from CDMX guide books, to classic novels in English and Spanish. Oswaldo and Alan were terrific hosts, quickly and generously responsive to our every request. We can't wait to return and stay here again!
