San Giorgio di Piano: soggiorni in case vacanze

La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Traumhaft schönes Landhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Großer Pool. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage mit hüfthohen, duftenden Rosmarinstauden. Innen geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Einziger Nachteil: viele Stechmücken.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Merci à Antonio et Manuela pour leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et leur accueil chaleureux. Nous nous sommes trouvés comme à la maison. Le logement était impeccable, très propre, avec des équipements au-delà de nos attentes, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Nous avions la piscine en exclusivité car nos hôtes étaient très discrets et attentionnés ( Merci Antonio pour tes conseils et attentions lors du problème médical d'Aurélie 🙏). Le logement et est même plus grand que sur les photos, avec beaucoup d'espace et de confidentialité. Nous avons pu visiter Padoue, Vérone, Ravenne, Bologne, Venise, Vincense, Ferrare , le lac de garde, le tout à 1h/1h30 maxi, idéalement placé pour découvrir le région, au calme à la campagne. Nous avons pu manger tous les soirs dehors, pas embêtés par les moustiques. Ravis de notre séjour et aussi de la belle rencontre avec Antonio et Manuela qui sont de belles personnes. Nous reviendrons et recommandons +++👍Ciao

The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

Very good place we were rarely there but its beautiful peaceful place, highly recommended the Hosts were amazing and very helpful and the place was Great and exceptionally clean they left us snacks and breakfast which was amazing, overall Highly recommended.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. I really appreciated the coffee machine—it was nice to start the day with a fresh cup. It was also convenient to have parking available at the house. Unfortunately, we were a bit unlucky with the weather, as it rained quite often. But we made the most of it by staying in and watching Netflix and YouTube on the big TV, which was a nice bonus. The host, Andrea, was very friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. If you're looking for a quiet place in the mountains, or even a spot close to skiing, this is a great choice!

We had a wonderful peaceful week at this lovely country house. Giacomo and Julia are lovely hosts, helping us with all our queries and needs, also recommendation for restaurants in the area. It's only 5 minutes drive from Calindero, supermarkets and so. and about 20 min from Bologna. It was a perfect place to stay outside the city and still be close enough. We will definitely be happy to come back!

L’appartamento è perfetto per chi vuole visitare il centro di Forlì, ma anche i dintorni. Silenzioso, ordinato, confortevole. Il proprietario è stato gentile e proattivo nel propormi un pass ZTL che ha favorito i miei spostamenti in auto e il parcheggio nel centro storico. Ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Caldamente consigliato

Wir hatten schöne 3 Tage im Haus (mit Hund Max) und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Tommaso ist ein super Gastgeber und sehr nett. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

We absolutely loved Claudio’s house! It was such a warm and cosy home. It was so spacious and everything was well cleaned and maintained. The area is so peaceful and quiet, and had everything we needed close by. Also very central for day trips to places like Venice and Modena. Claudio is a fantastic host, very warm and inviting and so helpful. We will never forget our enjoyable stay here. Thanks again for having us in your beautiful home 🥰

Appartamento molto spazioso, curato e pulito, in ottima posizione per muoversi a piedi per Ferrara. Cristina è stata molto carina e disponibilissima già da prima del nostro arrivo e fino al termine del nostro soggiorno dandoci suggerimenti su dove andare a mangiare e cosa visitare. Grazie mille ancora!

Super host educato e disponibile. B&B molto accogliente e pulito. È stata una bella esperienza, posto consigliato se si cerca qualcosa di tranquillo con la comodità di un bar di fronte. Consigliato anche per chi vuole visitare il museo Ferrari.

This is a lovely little house within easy walking distance of everywhere you want to go. It’s less than a 15 min walk from the train station, and 5-7 mins from Neptunes Fountain. We travelled with 2 teenagers and it was a great, safe area to walk around at night. There are some comments about the house being small but it is exactly as described - 2 bedrooms upstairs (good sizes), a kitchen and bathroom, and a lounge which we used as a sofa bed room. Lovely garden which is a nice quiet outdoor space in a city. Would stay here again if we returned to Bologna.

Je conseille à 100% ! L’appartement est magnifique et entièrement neuf. Nous avons apprécié la décoration soignée. Les lits étaient très confortables. Tout était hyper propre. En plus, il est super bien situé, en plein centre historique : nous avons tout fait à pied. Merci pour votre accueil.

La casa è esattamente come in foto e da descrizione. Spaziosa, pulitissima e attrezzata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno senza stress. La zona è tranquilla e a due passi da tutto, perfetta sia per rilassarsi che come base di partenza per esplorare i dintorni. Diana è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e flessibile con gli orari in base alle nostre esigenze. Decisamente consigliata! :)

Appartamento bellissimo, curato nei dettagli e con uno spazio esterno fantastico! Elena è stata gentilissima e superdisponibile!! Pulizia impeccabile e piccole coccole come biscottini per la colazione, caffè e acqua in frigo, sono dettagli che non passano inosservati!! Grazie Elena per aver reso il mio breve soggiorno a Ferrara una bella esperienza!! È stato un piacere conoscerti! 🤩

Aneta‘s flat was a perfect place for us to stay with our dogs, during a dog show weekend at the Bologna Fiera. Her directions shared the day before made it easy to find and access. Reserved private parking space was perfect for our large SVU. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well decorated and spotless bathroom. There was a lovely small yards for our dogs to enjoy. A bakery, train station, and grocery store were all in walking distance. We recommend this flat and would stay here again.
