Super cute studio with a great design! Two people move easily and the beds are comfortable! Great location close to everything!

My stay at La Botanica Hotel was simply amazing. The atmosphere there is very calming. Upon entering nto the space with beautiful greenery and sounds of wind chimes, one is transported to an oasis, in the middle of the city. The team members are all very amiable and willing to answer what ever questions I may have had. The room was basic but very comfortable with everything necessary including beach towels, beach mat and cooler bag. I looked forward to the morning yoga practices followed by a vegan breakfast…..the food was definitely a high point with such presentation, flavour and variety! The chefs are awesome, make sure you have Solange’s mole made with pure love! The beach is a mere 5 minute walk away and the water was very warm and enticing.. La Botánica is the perfect unpretentious spot for a reset of mind, body and soul.

Staying at Melody's place for my first week in San Juan was the absolute BEST decision I could have made. I just moved to PR, and Melody made me feel right at home when I arrived. During the week, she invited me to a holiday dinner, introduced me to some of her friends and another guest on the property, and even drove me and the other guest to Guavate to eat at a local restaurant and shop at an authentic, hand-made souvenir shop there. She gave me many recommendations for San Juan and her neighborhood (which, by the way, is AWESOME - go to El Boricua for fantastic live music!). The Wi-Fi was super fast, laundry was easy to access, and everything was comfy and clean. 10/10 would recommend any of Melody's places!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood with good parking. House was very cute. Everything was neat and clean. Anything we needed was already there . Host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Get on island time! Super chill location tucked away in a local village with lots of amazing nature, day and night water fun and local food stands. The host is warm, inviting and very helpful. Sunny, immaculate and spacious apartment, much bigger than pictures show. Very comfortable bed, large shower, great AC. Take advantage of the vast backyard oasis, grill and picnic table with a natural tropical backdrop. 10-minute walk to best beaches in PR, 10 ecosystems in the nature reserve up the street. Only grocery store in Las Croabas is 100 steps away. 5-minute drive to one of the best restaurants in PR, but don’t pass up all the local ones in between that serve delicious authentic food; none of the restaurants have walls. 30 min drive to El Yunque.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! Everything was super clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—including beach chairs, towels, a hair dryer, and even a washer/dryer, which were such a helpful touch. The house itself was incredibly comfortable, and the quiet, peaceful surroundings made for a truly relaxing getaway. It was also conveniently located, which made exploring the area and getting around so easy. The host’s quick responsiveness to any questions or messages was also super helpful, and made our stay even smoother. What really made our stay extra special was meeting Aida—she was nothing but kind and hospitable, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would absolutely love to return. A fantastic experience all around!

Joseph and Amber are so nice and understanding,, they have a beautiful place,, this was my first time in puerto rico and joseph was very helpful pointed out some good spots gave me some good drivers ,, i'd definitely recommend to book with them.🩷

Welcoming and pleasing aesthetic. Host was responsive but it took awhile. Host was accommodating with luggage drop off when I had an early flight. The only thing that I wish was clear was that it's a guest house to the house shown, so entrance is on the side. Also hot water was more like warm but it wasn't too much of a problem. Other than that it was a safe, quiet neighborhood! Would stay again and definitely recommend. Very clean and modern.

Andrea was a great hostess! Always responsive and attentive to our questions. The setting was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed preparing meals in the outdoor kitchen. We were extremely happy that there were no mosquitoes or gnats and enjoyed being outdoors for meals and evening card games. Appreciated the beach items and towels. Laundry access was a great plus. We look for safety, cleanliness and comfort when traveling and this met our expectations 100%. Would highly recommend this Airbnb to others.

This place felt right at home! The pictures capture this space perfectly. Gabriel was very responsive and if needed will call from his personal number for faster assistance! Neighbors and neighborhood is quite but also around plenty of food places as well and a supermarket, bakery and no more than 7 minutes from the airport! This place is perfect for a little couples get away!

If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, look no further. Yes, there are nature sounds(chickens and coqui frogs) but I actually enjoyed them immensely. I wanted a place away from the hustle and bustle and this place was perfect for that. It was only 10-15 minutes from the ferry in Ceiba, and still close enough to all locations on the east side. The view was spectacular and I found myself sitting in the rocking chairs on the lanai taking it all in many times throughout my stay. The space was clean and set up nicely. I enjoyed having luggage racks for my suitcase. It was very serene and everything I needed was taken care of. Aida and Jose were great hosts and very responsive to any questions I had. They were friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely stay again. Thank you for having me!

Todo super ordenado y limpio. El alrededor fue bastante tranquilo. Tienes entrada privada. Facil de encontrar ya que esta rotulado. Hay muchos lugares de comida y tiendas cerca.

Was the perfect stay for my partner and I! The space was quaint and neat, we didn’t need much else. They were extremely responsive if we had any questions or needed anything at all. Also, the location was nice as it was close to the beach and tons of great restaurants. Had a lovely time for our first trip to Puerto Rico!

From check in to check out Kristina was an amazing help! She set everything up perfectly and even decorated for my birthday. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed! It was so nice being steps away from the house after a long beach day. Will definitely be back!

Very clean and comfortable apartment, we enjoyed our stay! It's close to Ocean Park beach but because it's a gated community, you have to exit via the front entrance of the gated community which added on 10-15 mins.

I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is great, and the place has everything you could need. It’s cozy, charming, and offers plenty of privacy. Plus, it’s conveniently close to everything, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The perfect place!

This was a truly amazing place to stay! As soon as my family and I walked in we were in awe of how beautiful the home looked! From the Entrance to the decorations, the balcony to the super cozy rooms, the living room area and the kitchen, everything was A plus! The Bathrooms had everything you needed although we brought our own stuff, and the same with the kitchen! They even had coffee grounds and sugar ready for you to enjoy! It is super close to Isla de Cabras, and the Cataño ferry to get to Old San Juan in just 10 minutes! Great location! I cannot wait to come back with my family! The Hosts were great and attentive. I will be referring others to this home and to Jeannette and Armando! Definitely recommend!

Karin was a great host and was responsive and helpful. The location was convenient for our day trips. She brought us extra beach towels and had a cooler we used for our beach trips.

Lissette has a great, cozy and convenient place! The bed is soft. The kitchenette has everything you might need. It has a cool Volky theme. It is well equipped and nice spaces for a small apartment.

Outstanding host, property and location. Beds were very comfortable, home was exceptionally clean and the neighborhood was lovely. Highly recommended.
