Our stay at Eriks' place was great. The house was very spacious (there is actually a bigger couch than the one in the photos), had a well- equipped kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect for walking. The was a grocery store a few blocks away. The bus to Venice was nearby as well (tap your credit card when you get on and that is your ticket). Restaurants were nearby as well. we found parking quite easily on the street, which is not the busy. We had a great stay!

You won’t meet a more kind and wonderful host! The apartment is spacious and great for a long or short-term stay. The location is very convenient for travelling to and from Venice. Would recommend to anyone! We loved our stay and would go back again.

Il soggiorno per la nostra famiglia di 5 persone è stato più che buono. Ottima la posizione, defilata rispetto al flusso turistico, ma baricentrica rispetto ai siti principali. Comodissimo il vaporetto e le attività commerciali limitrofe che permettono di utilizzare la casa come base di appoggio con estrema flessibilità. La casa è comoda e pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario sia per la zona giorno che per la zona notte. Molto interessante la collana di libri su Venezia che è a disposizione negli scaffali! Purtroppo al nostro rientro abbiamo ricevuto una richiesta di risarcimento danni per un problema idraulico, che ci ha lasciato del tutto basiti e per la quale siamo in attesa di chiarimenti. La richiesta non è stata motivata nè documentata, ad eccezione di un generico ''doccia intasata''. Speriamo si tratti di un errore. Appartamento comunque consigliabile.

It was a pleasant experience—the apartment is cozy and authentic. :-) The neighborhood is quiet, yet just about 200 meters away you’ll find lively bars, bistros, and restaurants. I’d say it’s a great place to stay in Venice: easy to reach from Piazzale Roma (around a 15-minute walk) and away from the crowds, in a neighborhood where, from what I could tell, many locals live.

Great stay in a great location with a phenomenal host. Davide went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Great spot near everything, yet quite.

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans le logement de Rosa et c'était parfait. Facilement accessible, très bonne communication avec Rosa, logement grand, propre, fonctionnel et pratique. Il est très bien situé. Très calme et à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la place Saint Marc. De très bons restaurants à proximité. Proche d'un arrêt vaporetto. Bref, l'idéal pour un bon séjour à Venise. Je recommande totalement cette hôte et ce logement. A réserver les yeux fermés.

This place was a dream! Enrico had plenty of information to make check in and check out as easy as possible! The location is convenient and easy to navigate to and tucked away enough to not be in the hustle and busle of Venice! I would only come back to Venice just to stay at this Airbnb.

Muy comodo el departamento, estaba todo super limpio y ordenada, el espacio super amplio. Muy bueno todo!

Elly’s place is great and in a central location with great amenities.
