Santa Margherita Ligure: appartamenti vacanze

abitare a Boccadasse è un vero privilegio. abbiamo approfittato della posizione per passare del tempo sul mare, splendido sotto il cielo limpido. la casa, in un gradevole stile art deco, è veramente comoda e ampia, con una dotazione più che sufficiente. Il collegamento con il centro è assicurato da bus molto comodi, ma noi siamo andati anche a piedi: da casa al centro basta un'ora, tutta lungo il mare, una bella passeggiata. Maurizias appartment is peefect if you want to spoil yourself with some comfortable days at the beach! We enjoyed the sea view, the well equipped kitchen and the location. The place is located just perfectly close to restaurants, shops and, of course, the two bays of Sestri Levante. Maurizia and her husbad were very nice hosts - they offered to pick us up at the station because of the heavy rain and the communication during our stay was quick and helpful when we needed it.

The place was clean and tidy with everything you might need for a short stay. Claudio communicated great and made everything easy. Good location too.

We can not believe our luck with this place. I actually thought I was booking in Portofino. I am so glad we didn’t. Bianca’s place was quiet and over the top beautiful. Easy walk (not quite a mile) to Rapallo or Santa Margherita. We did walk to Portofino - about 4 1/2 miles fun but a bustling beach town with lots of high end shops. Bianca’s was a lovely place to relax and We swam right out front . The water is right below the balcony. You can watch the sunrise from your bed. Bianca was helpful with recommendations but also let us have our privacy. The perfect spot for us.

A estadia foi ótima, e o Rolf é ótimo! Ele nos acompanha no check-in e no check-out, além de dar todas as informações necessárias. Foi excelente, e tem um estacionamento grande dentro da propriedade que é excelente para quem viaja de carro. O Local é perto do centro histórico e tem ótima localização, sendo que todo passeio pode ser feito à pé para quem gosta de caminhar. Adorei a estadia.

Appartamento funzionale e situato perfettamente nel centro, a due passi da tutto. Calmo e fresco nonostante la temperatura esterna. Marco e Valentina sono stati perfetti e adorabili.

Picked this apartment to stay because it looked like it had a very convenient location. For me it turned out to be a great location and a very comfortable place! Just as per the photos, with nice views from every room! Lots of light and air. Very good internet. There are nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and all kind of shops. Chiara and her husband were very responsive and helpful. Keep in mind that like in most of the older buildings in Genova, you take the elevator from the 1st floor - not the ground floor, you will need to walk up a flight of stairs.

Andrea is an incredible host, and the apartment is beautiful too. There's everything you need in the apartment, it's in a friendly neighborhood with lots of amenities (which Andrea was also very kind to recommend). We'll definitely stay here again when we're next in Genova! ☺️

Federica est une hôte très réactive. Elle nous a donné des recommandations utiles pour agrémenter notre voyage. Elle avait pris soin de faire des petites courses afin que rien ne nous manque. Son appartement situé en périphérie de la petite ville de Rapallo, au dernier étage d'un immeuble, est fonctionnel et d'une propreté irréprochable. C'est une très bonne base pour découvrir les nombreux charmes de la Ligurie. Merci Federica.

Perfect location, stones throw from the sea right in the midst of everything. Everything you could need within walking distance. Eleanor was extremely helpful, taking the time to give a quick tour of the area and highlights, giving some of her personal recommendations. The stairs to the property are indeed a challenge, however the stairs to the bedroom and balcony are worse, really challenging for any, but more so for people with perception difficulties. (leave the kitchen light on, it helps!) Having said that it was worth it for the space and views which the photographs do not do justice. We really enjoyed being in the centre of the old town. A special thank you for the sunbed specially provided. Spectacular!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Teresa, l'appartement est très agréable. Il y a tout le confort nécéssaire. L'appartement semble plus grand en vrai que sur les photos! La literie est confortable. L'emplacement est très bien pour visiter la ville ou explorer la côte à pied. A l'écart du centre touristique, 10 min de la station Brignole et 5 min du bord de mer.

Un appartement idéal pour une grande famille. Parfaitement équipé et ultra propre et dont l'orientation permet de ne pas trop subir la chaleur. Pas besoin de véhicule pour trouver plages, restaurants et autres commerces. Parking privé bien appréciable dans un secteur où les places sont payantes partout. Un balcon qui permet de profiter de la fraîcheur le soir. Nicola est a la fois discret mais très réactif si besoin, un hôte au top!

Great location, air conditioned accommodation. It would be nice if access to the kitchen and other facilities would be advertised and included.

Host gentilissimo , foto perfette e coerenti con l'ambiente , posto super pulito ed ordinato ! Posizione perfetta anche per parcheggio e giri a piedi per Chiavari , super consigliato !

Fantastic 3 nights! Arrived late our first night and had a little trouble in the dark even though Sarah. sent helpful vidoes on how to find it. In our defense we had been up 24 hours but Sarah responded immediately and guided us in. The terrace and nighttime views were a perfect place to sit and catch our breathe! The home was better than expected and THE VIEWS! Easily took the train into Genoa for the day but we couldn't wait to get back to that terrace! Fiore helped us with a reservation for dinner in Pieve and what a meal! All in all they communicated as we traveled there even suggesting where we could stop and eat on the way from airport. Their responsiveness and helpfulness was unmatched!! Would love to return with my adult kids!!

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

El departamento estaba impecable , limpio y muy lindo decorado, todo funcionaba a la perfección. Camas cómodas , cocina equipada y un hermoso living para descansar al regresar. Cerca de todo , buena ubicación Solo para destacar que la zona quizás de noche resulta un poco insegura. Por lo demás , es muy recomendable .

Emplacement au top au chœur du centre historique. Facile d'accès. Communication rapide et efficace de la part de Zoé. On peut tout faire à pied. Le parking privé est vraiment un plus. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour à Gênes Merci Zoé

Un super séjour de deux nuits. L'hôte s'est montrée très réactive, disponible et intéressée. L'appartement est très bien décoré, l'accès à la piscine un vrai plus. En revanche, l'accès au parking est une petite aventure : il faut s'armer de patience et hop ça continue 😊 Merci à Tetiana pour son accueil !

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per due notti durante il Salone Nautico di Genova, e non avrei potuto chiedere una posizione migliore! A pochi minuti dal Salone, la posizione è stata perfetta per i miei spostamenti. L'appartamento è davvero spazioso, estremamente pulito e arredato con gusto. Mi sono sentito subito a casa. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi comfort e praticità. Tornerò sicuramente!
