Sicilia: soggiorni in alloggi al lago

Joseph’s place was great for us as two couples seeking a quiet villa with a pool just outside of town (and there was plenty of room, including beds and chairs, for many more people). Amenities were as listed, the top terrace and pool areas are amazing, check-in was very easy, and communication with Joseph was great too. The villa is secure and in a residential area with few shops, but there are plenty of nice places to eat and drink in Mazara del Vallo - including a couple of nice places just 10 minutes walk away at the seafront. We needed to hire a car as it became clear upon arrival that the local buses into town were not running as advertised, there was no regular taxi firm (only airport transfer taxis), and the walk into town or to a supermarket was around 45-60 mins - make sure to get charcoal for the barbecue!

La struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ma la disponibilità di Michele e della sua famiglia va ben oltre un mero discorso economico. Ci hanno fornito tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Casa con ottima posizione, vicino ha tutti i servizi che possono servire dura te un soggiorno di vacanza o per lavoro. Una chicca, la casa tiene perfettamente il fresco, cosa che in estate fa la differenza. Consigliatissimo sia per la zona che per la professionalità di Michele e famiglia.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances chez Giorgio et sa femme. Merci d'ailleurs pour le gâteau typique qui nous attendait à notre arrivée. Le logement était parfait avec tous les équipements pour se sentir comme chez soi. Le jardin et la piscine parfaitement entretenus. Giorgio est même venu après le passage du nuage de cendres (éruption de l'etna) pour nettoyer la piscine. Rien à dire au niveau de la propreté du logement. Un garage disponible pour la voiture ! En plus, Giorgio nous a indiqué les bons restaurants et les visites à faire en Sicile. Il nous a même apporté un "produit miracle" pour notre fils qui avait un énorme coup de soleil (encore merci). Il aime son île et ça se voit 😉 Je ne peux que recommander le Sud de la Sicile et le logement de Giorgio au sein de la nature. L'endroit parfait pour visiter toute la Sicile tout en étant loin des "parcs à touristes" que l'on trouve dans les grandes villes. Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous y passerez des vacances idylliques !

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Ein warmer privater großer Pool, der Strand daneben, alles was man braucht vorhanden, vom Grill bis zum Kinderspielzeug. Perfekte Betreuung durch die Gastgeber die sich aber immer sehr dezent zurückgezogen haben so dass wir perfekte 2 Wochen mit drei Kindern zu einem fairen Preis genießen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder

La casa si trova in un posto meraviglioso, immersa nella natura dell isola a pochissima distanza dal mare. La casa è arredata con un gusto estremamente semplice ed elegante e ha tutte le comodità che si possano cercare. Punto forte della casa è sicuramente il meraviglioso terrazzo con affaccio sul mare dove si possono organizzare cene meravigliose e ammirare un Alba mozzafiato. Nota di merito ad Ariane eccellente proprietaria di casa che ci ha fatto sentire da subito dei veri isolani !

We stayed at Villa Paola for the entire month of August. Ennio and Salvatore are very welcoming, super quick in their communication and also very accommodating to our needs. The house is huge with all the amenities we needed for our staying. The position it’s of total isolation, with a perfect silence at night. You can stay there only if you have a car, since the closest beach it’s around 30 mins away. But still, if you are looking for a sacred place of solitude and tranquility, that’s the perfect place for you

la maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle, tout est pensé pour passer un très bon séjour. La vue sur la mer est magnifique et chaque soir un coucher de soleil différent... Les plages sont sympas et Cefalu et Castelnuovo sont des villes très agréables pour passer une bonne soirée. Voiture conseillée pour profiter au maximum du sejour. Merci à Alessandro qui est un hôte très gentil et qui répond rapidement aux demandes de renseignements.

Francesca ist eine super aufmerksame, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Top! Das Haus hat eine herausragende Lage direkt am Meer in den Klippen aus Tuffstein. Es ist geschickt, schön und praktisch eingerichtet und nutzt die 70qm perfekt aus. Fazit: Für dieses Haus und diese Gastgeberin würden wir wiederkommen. Viele überzeugende Details wie die Jalousien und die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Viele Sitzplätze im Freien auf der Sonnenterrasse oder im Schatten. Reichlich Kissen und Decken. Umfangreiches Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen. Dank der Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion haben wir einen Backofen nicht vermisst. Alles gut zu beleuchten. Im Sommer kann jeder Raum einzeln klimatisiert werden. Das Doppelbett im zweiten, mit eigenem Eingang und Bad abgetrennten Schlafzimmer ist ein französisches Bett, sollte man einkalkulieren. Schwimmen direkt am Haus ist nur bei ruhigem Meer möglich. Plemmirio ist öde, aber Syrakus nur etwa 25 Autominuten entfernt.

I dammusi di Luke sono confortevoli, arredati con gusto e in un contesto di pace e tranquillità speciali. La vista dell’alba riempie il cuore e le maioliche e i dettagli della proprietà rendono il soggiorno veramente gradevole. Luke e la sua famiglia si sono dimostrati gentili, disponibili ed enormemente utili senza mai essere invadenti. Mi sono sentita a casa e consiglio assolutamente un soggiorno nei dammusi di Luke. Ammetto che la location imponga parecchia auto per raggiungere centri o spiagge ma ne vale la pena senza ombra di dubbio. L’isola è comunque piuttosto piccola quindi o tutto facilmente raggiungibile

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Ruhiges Dorf und ein langer langer Strand :) Die Kommunikation mit Irina war sehr gut und schnell.

Nice small apartment in the historic center with great view over the ocean from the private balcony. Basic furnishings. Centrally located in a busy bar/restaurant street. Still quiet at night. Only a short walk to the ocean and other sights. Would stay again!

L'appartamento e' delizioso ed arredato con molta cura, in una posizione tranquillissima (5 min in auto) ma molto vicina alla contrada di Scauri dove si trova tutto il necessario. Nonostante si trovi in un complesso di molti appartamenti regna il silenzio, e la vista del mare dalla terrazza e' impagabile. L'appartamento e' davvero piccolino, ideale per due forse un po' limitato per 3, ma nonostante cio' e' molto bene organizzato e fornito di tutto cio' che serve.

Donatella was an extremely kind, friendly and helpful host. Easy to contact, fast to reply, answered all the questions we had. She even did some research on her own time to help us get where we wanted to go in Sicily. Extremely helpful! The apartment was perfect. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Stocked with everything we could ever need (coffee, sugar, clean towels - even some fresh fruit and cold water in the fridge!). Located in a very nice and safe part of Palermo, only a few minutes to the city center by bus. Would recommend!

Super nice welcome by Alberto and his parents! The apartment and pool were both super clean. We slept very well as it was very peaceful and quite and there are mosquito nets on all windows and doors. We could easily wash our clothes which was very kind and helpful. Very recommendable accommodation! Thank you for the lovely stay, Alberto.

We had a very nice time at the Tenuta Carabollace, enjoying the beautiful place where each corner is carefully arranged, the great view and magical sand beach with very clean water 5 min from the house. Everything you need as a family with kids is offered at the place -from beach /pool toys to a washing machine and beautiful domestic animals. Can highly recommend the place and hope to be able to come back another time.

Die Unterkunft bot einen hervorragenden, sehr schönen Ausgangspunkt bei der Erkundung der vielseitigen Umgebung. Pools und insgesamt eine sehr schöne geplegte Anlage luden zum Verweilen an. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen.

Vi var 3 vuxna och ett spädbarn 5 månader gammal. Otroligt nöjda med vår vistelse. Hade bokat ett mindre hus men valde det största huset med 3 sovrum istället eftersom vi blev 3 istället för 2 vuxna. Ignazio var supertrevlig. Informerade väl vid ankomst angående området och huset. Fick en hembakat välkomsttårta. Ignazio hjälpte oss under vistelsen med olika tips när vi bad om hjälp. Även hans far var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Området är fantastiskt. Välskött trädgård, pool och fina bänkar, statyer och belysning. Olivlundar runtom. De har ett ställe man kan hämta rent dricksvatten vilket var guld värt. Huset hade 3 bra sovrum, 2 badrum, stort trevligt vardagsrum med öppet kök. Väldigt rymligt. Fina intedningsdetaljer. Fantastisk vacker terass med loungemöbel och matbord. Det var väldigt trevligt med andra familjer i andra hus. Härligt med djuren. Närhet till fina stränder! Vi kommer definitivt återvända. Rekommenderas verkligen!

Die Familie von Antonio mit Francesca und Ignatio sind sehr freundliche und liebevolle Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit frischem Wasser und Zitronenkuchen willkommen geheißen. Die Anlage ist familiär, privat und sehr schön mit Pflanzen, Bäumen, Blumen, frischen Küchenkräutern, vielen gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, Aussenküche, Pool, Tischtennis, Tischfußball, …….angelegt. Der freie Blick über die Landschaft mit Olivenhainen, Sonnenuntergang, Meer, Konvent auf den Felsen über Sciagga ist wunderbar. Wir haben 6 schöne Tage dort verbracht und die Umgebung mit Erice, Marsala, Trapani und Selinunte verbracht. Zum Meer ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang und die Farmtiere erfreuen sicher nicht nur jedes Kinderherz, sehr gerne wieder!
