We had such a lovely weekend at Alice’s property in Southwold. The property itself is cosy and well equipped, exactly what we wanted for our weekend away with our dog. It’s so close to the centre of the town, we enjoyed going to the brewery tour, walks along the beach and lovely meals in the local pubs and restaurants. Alice was super responsive and helpful for everything we needed. Thank you so much!

A couple of days by the seaside was what we wanted and the chalet fitted the bill perfectly. The chalet is bijou but perfect for the 3 of us. Location a stones throw away from the sprawling beach a winner and perfect for the dog. Best fish and chips over the road at Beach Fish & Chips and a lovely pint in The Sailors Home. So easy to get to both Lowestoft and Southwold. Will definitely return.

We were visiting family for the weekend and this static caravan was just the ideal place to stay. So close to all amenities, quiet, very close to the beach - but above all clean! The bedding was amazing - fresh clean white linen- better than some hotels! Paul was very responsive with messages and arrangements with check in before we arrived. We’ve had the best time and hope to visit again soon. Thanks so much for having us.

Winterton is a real find. And Dunescape was the perfect place to stay! We loved being able to walk to the beach, to the cafe, to the pub. The chalet was exactly as described, really well maintained and just what we needed. We hope to return again

Penny is a fabulous host-always responsive to any queries. The house was pristine and so welcoming -exactly like the photos. Lovely touches like fresh milk in the fridge, yummy biscuits, pretty daffodils on the table. The little extras like tea and coffee, basic provisions like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and a few others. Enough bin bags and cleaning products so I needn’t have brought any with me. Comfy linens, huge towels, fire wood in case we wanted to light a fire, loads of books, toys for children and local information guides and books. I would gladly stay here again as we felt right at home. Thank you so much Penny!

A beautifully furnished cottage in the older and quieter part of town in Caister, within easy reach of supermarkets, the beach and places to eat. It was perfect for two of us using it as a base to vist my family and old haunts from years ago. The cottage has everything you need for a stay, even including info leaflets about local activities. It has a good amount of space for eating and relaxing for three people. Having really enjoyed our stay we highly recommend it and hope to come again.

Everything was amazing the house was like the photos,a lot of toys for kids and books,5 min from the beach..Andzelika was very helpful and nice..

Debbie was a great host, very quick to respond to any messages. The property had everything we needed, lovely bathroom, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and nice outside seating space. The site has a lovely clubhouse where we enjoyed great food, we also enjoyed food at the pub and chinese which are both just across the road! Lol As is a lovely little village shop that stocks everything you could think of!

Perfect little weekend getaway. Cosy caravan in a fantastic location. The little touches of a welcome card & treats for the doggies were really lovely. Hannah was super responsive to any queries. Great host, would highly recommend 😊

we loved our stay here. we came for a girlie weekend to swim in the sea. convenient pub for drink and food across the road but we waited over an hour for our food. we did try the Chinese takeaway next door which took 10 mins. compact neat kitchen with everything you need. clean smart bathroom. three bedrooms upstairs one with a small balcony. only inconvenience was coming downstairs during the night for a wee.

Our stay at Amanda's place was brilliant! The chalet was very clean, especially with the bathroom and kitchen being spotless. The hosts Amanda and David kept us informed and we got all the required information in plenty of time. All the amenities worked and we were able to settle in very quickly. On arrival there was some tea, coffee and milk available to make a drink so that was a lovely touch. The only down side I would say is we found it a little chilly (even with the heaters on) but that is to do more with the season than anything that the hosts could do. I would definitely recommend for families as everything was there for all of our children (even our 3 month old) and the included amenities on the site are excellent.

We had a wonderful short break. Penny is a fabulous host. The chalet is a well thought out, flexible space. It is clean and comfortable, with a great kitchen. We had a lovely time exploring the local area; beaches, farm shops. We cant wait to return!

A lovely location walking distance to Great Yarmouth. The house was clean and very spacious for a big family. I highly recommend.

I booked The Retreat at short notice because the weather was good for the weekend. I paid a reasonable price and was extremely happy with the location and the facilities which are great for a short break. I will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The accommodation was great. Very close to the lovely clean beach and overlooking the nature reserve. Great spot for a relaxing family get away!

I surprised my Mother for Mother’s Day and booked the beach hut, we all loved it! Great location to get to, unload and park. Johnathan’s cafe ‘The Dip’ is only yards away which is lovely, and a toilet block. The hut is decorated really well, with lots of things to look at from decor, to books, to nostalgic board games and so on. Great facilities too, to make a cuppa, have a glass of fizz, plates, cutlery, utensils, blankets, comfy seating with cushions, outdoor seats, table and parasol, the list goes on! Lovely spot to sit outside or be cosy in the hut. We will definitely be booking again! Love it!

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at Terry’s mobile home. The mobile home was dog friendly with a nice enclosed decking area perfect for sitting in the sunshine whilst knowing our dog was safe! The mobile home had everything you could need, including a dishwasher and washing machine, Nice comfortable sofas and beds. The only thing we could suggest to improve the stay would be black out binds or curtains in the bedrooms, but that’s us being really picky and liking a little lie in! The mobile home was spotless on arrival, and Terry was excellent at communicating with us. We will definitely be back :)

Perfect stay for what we needed. Spotless and had all the necessities. Would absolutely stay again if we needed to go to that area. Plus only 20 minutes to great yarmouth if you wanted a more kid friendly beach!

We absolutely loved this place. It was cosy, well equipped, very organised with lovely extra touches Every was spotless. You can see a lot of thought and pride is taken in the place. Location is brilliant. So close to the beach and costal walk. Mike and Vicky were very helpful with local recommendations for restaurants etc. we will definitely be back to stay again. It was a much welcomed peaceful break in the sunshine for myself and my best friend

This is our second visit. We love the bungalow and the area. Great Yarmouth is only 10 minute drive. The bungalow has a seaview and beach is a 2 minute walk down the cliff. Hemsby beach to the left and calorfornia and caister to the right. Nice walks along the beach.
