Eine Oase in der Nähe von Ubud. Ruhig mit unglaublichen Sonnenaufgängen, dem Blick in je Weite und einem tollen Pool und Garten. Familie Odin sind herzensliebe Menschen. Und immer hilfsbereit, erreichbar! Zum Valentinstag gab es von ihnen Blumen, selbstgebasteltes und Räucherstäbchen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar gut! Alles sehr familiär. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Zustand des Bades und der Küche. Leider sehr verkalkt und etwas ungepflegt alles. Die Badewanne aufgrund von Löchern nicht nutzbar. Die Toilette aber sehr sauber!

Villa Palmeira was an exceptional stay and I highly recommend it. Agus looked after our needs with a smile and organised daily massages, a snorkeling tour, shopping trips and more for our group. We will absolutely be coming back! Additional information that is not in the other reviews: 1. A 10L filtered water bottle is hooked up to a machine. It is safe to drink. 2. The staff know how to prepare fruits, vegetables and salad. We ate a LOT of fresh salads and did not get sick. 3. Expect to see animals around the villa including small snakes, crabs, lizards (which sound like they are quacking), dogs and cats. 4. Agus will book with local groups – meaning you will get the most bang for your buck AND experience the greatest hospitality Bali has to offer. 5. Alcohol is expensive. Customs allows 1L per person to be brought into Bali. 6. Treat the staff well and they will treat you well! Agus loves Baileys and Whiskey. We tipped $50000 - $100000 IDR ($5AUD - $10AUD) for various services.

An exceptional time made posible by the host recommendations becote our arrival, we woent 2 weeks at the villa for a family holiday. The arrival was seamless thanks to the pick up organised by the host. The villa is terrific villa and iso is ts staff. All was as described and even better. The villa is perfect, well built and well maintained. The staff is very available and took great care of us. The villa is super quiet/private and yet located in the midlle of everything (within walking distance) and the many recommendations made by Cheryl (the host) were all very good. An exceptional experience, we will be back. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and luxurious, perfectly located—close to Ubud and Tegalalang, yet far enough to feel immersed in nature. The surroundings were stunning, offering a true nature experience. There’s also a small shop conveniently nearby. Highly recommended! Doni and the crew were amazing hosts! Special thanks to Mrs Astri who took care of us from the moment we came!

Our four week stay in Andrianto’s Nusa Dua Novotel condo was fantastic. This well decorated two bedroom two bath accommodation was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The location of the condo is close to the pool area and to the restaurants, but not that close that you’re interrupted by the activities below. Being able to use the facilities at the resort is a plus. The spa is fantastic and we found the food to be great as well and very reasonably priced. The short shuttle ride to the beach was appreciated and the beach so beautiful. There is also food/drink service at the beach as well with lots of loungers and umbrellas. There are bikes that can be rented very cheaply with beautiful bike/walking paths outside the resort. While there, Resort housekeeping came in twice a week to clean. There are several fantastic restaurants right out the back entrance to the Resort. All resort staff were the friendliest. Nasu Dua is one of the safest areas in Bali.

Since this was our visit to Bali, my wife and I wanted to experience spending time with a Balinese family. Ketut and his family were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We loved the fabulous tropical peaceful ambiance. Authentic Balinese breakfast provided was absolutely delicious. Ketut was also a tour guide, this was very helpful to us, he took us around for two days. Ketut also kept our luggage while we visited Nusa Penida and transported our luggage when we returned to our new location. He’s truly a gem! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time staying at Villa Umah. The villa is stunningly beautiful. It looks better in person and is a slice of paradise. My family of 6 had plenty of room. Ngakan welcomed us and made us feel at home instantly. His team Kadek and Julie made us an amazing breakfast every morning and the villa was cleaned every day. The Ubud area is incredibly green and natural. You can relax here or for more adventurists people you have access to ATVs white water rafting Bali swings and zip lines. The shopping is amazing also in the area and great food is everywhere. What ever your style Villa Umah is the perfect place to base yourselves for an unforgettable Bali experience.

What a treasure in the heart of Ubud! It’s near the shopping district and many wonderful restaurants. The house is exceptionally well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and the bathroom. The air on worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was perfect for a late afternoon dip to cool off or an early morning meditation. The house is equipped with filtered water on demand. It was a pity that we only stayed one night. Next year it will be more.

A lovely villa in a quiet oasis in Ubud! Made was so helpful from the very beginning of our stay to the very last minute. We wish we could have stayed longer. Delicious omelettes and fresh juices for breakfast. Rooms clean and spacious. Good value for the $. The pathway leading to the villa from the Main Street is just over 1/2 a km. (Only pedestrians and scooter access) Made and his staff help with scooters and give you a lift upon check in and also when leaving. Location is great as close to the Alchemy yoga studio and about a 20-30 min walk to Ubud palace and the Water temple. There is a taxi stand at the entrance of the pathway as well. Thank you Made and staff. We hope to return one day soon!!

I loved my stay, Bukit Sari feels as my home in Ubud. I’ve spend 24 days here and it was a treat. Loved the great energy, beautiful green garden and private beautiful and comfortable room with a private porch. A beautiful pool surrounded by nature and peace. Very peaceful place walking distance from many great (vegan) restaurants.

Where do I start ! … I literally have nothing bad to say at all!. We were welcomed in the car parking area where are bags were taken directly to our villa. Citra welcomed us on arrival and explained the gardens and grounds and showed us all the different plants . She sat us down in the restaurant and then brought out a cold drink and beautiful canopies that were delicious. We had arrived early but only sat for a short while before our room was ready… we checked in early. The villa was incredible and attention to detail was so special I actually cried. Flowers in the bath, flowers and chocolate on our bed, beautiful designs with the towels it was breath taking. Citra had also made sure we had electric mosquito plug in too. Communication was amazing , we had her direct what’s app number so we could order any food or drinks to be brought to our villa. Food and drinks were delicious , the staff were super polite and very friendly. I would 100% recommend this villa to anyone. Love it

Excellent place, love the pool and suroundings, villa very roomy and cosy, walk to shops and beach, really nice, Arjuna is fantastic hoast, organiced airport pick up which was so easy and well priced, the breakfast is a bonus and very nice, overall we loved our stay, highly recomended value for money, Thank you Arjuna we will be back :) <3

This was a very comfortable and welcoming space with boats available to answer any questions and help arrange things like transportation and laundry. It was so kind and helpful of them to set up a car pickup from the airport, and they kept the space beautiful and clean with every other day cleaning. This level of service went above and beyond and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and impeccable hospitality from our hosts. Highly recommended!!

Made und Sayu haben sich mit ihrer Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft direkt einen Weg in unsere Herzen gesichert. Eine stets schnelle, ehrliche und entgegenkommende Kommunikation, es wurden Dinge ganz selbstverständlich möglich gemacht (z.B. wurde ein Scooter direkt an die Villa geliefert, Wäsche wurde zur Reinigung abgeholt und wir durften etwas früher ohne Aufpreis anreisen). Die Umgebung bietet sehr viele schöne Restaurants und Cafés, die jede Geschmacksrichtung abdecken und nette Shops und Coworking-Spaces. Der Strand lässt sich binnen 2 Minuten Gehweg erreichen. Das Internet war arbeitstauglich (hatte einige Videocalls). Wäre nicht ausgebucht gewesen, wir wären länger geblieben. Hier gab es keine versteckten Nebenkosten oder Bereicherungsversuche vor Ort. Das Gebäude war zudem super gereinigt!

Highly recommend this place Putu and Kadek are fantastic and Kadek is a great cook . Kadek organised meals, drivers and scooters and was very fast to answer any questions Lovely family to stay with and great to get away from the hustle of the towns and into the outer parts of Ubud We will come back soon

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The villa itself was well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and all the amenities we needed. The location was peaceful and private, providing a great escape from the city. What really made our stay special was the host Stephane. He is very hands-on and approachable, always quick to respond and offer helpful tips. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great hospitality.

Babak is an excellent host. We really loved staying at the villa as a whole family of 9 pax and enjoyed the tranquility in this beautiful oasis. It is super clean, has a well equipped kitchen, a water gallon, a warm and clean clean pool etc. Grace the villa manager and Made made our stay due to their fast responses and helpful information extremely convenient. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are well-kept and always clean (they have a cleaning staff who come 6x a week). Really love the pool and the outdoor area. The housekeeper, Bli Nengah, was very helpful and very attentive. Overall, we love it!

Great little villa with a very nice pool. Really clean and beautiful! If you are not accustomed to noise bring ear plugs for sleeping. Great location near all the shops you need. Felt safe and secure too.

Eine wahre Oase des Glücks – Perfekte Gastfreundschaft im Mari Guesthouse Wir durften zwölf unvergessliche Nächte im Mari Guesthouse verbringen und können mit voller Überzeugung sagen, dass es sich hier fast wie ein kleines Paradies anfühlt. Schon beim Betreten des Anwesens wurden wir von einem traumhaft schönen Garten begrüßt, der mit einer Vielfalt an exotischen Früchten und Pflanzen verzaubert. Der kleine Swimmingpool genossen wir für tägliche Entspannung. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Karin und Made, die mit ihrer herzlichen Art unseren Aufenthalt zu einem echten Wohlfühlerlebnis gemacht haben. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit hervorragend, und wir fühlten uns rundum willkommen. Ebenso möchten wir Ketut hervorheben – eine unglaublich liebenswürdige und fürsorgliche Person. Sie stand uns stets mit wertvollen Tipps zur Seite und hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. Dieses Gästehaus ist ein wahrer Geheimtipp den ich jederzeit empfehlen darf.

Had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Ayu’s place! The villa is huge with so many activities that there were days we didn’t need to leave and were well entertained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the pool was always clean and ready for a swim. The staff is very helpful and Ayu’s breakfasts were delicious!! The location of the villa has a great cafe close by which we walked to regularly. Grab drivers could also easily find the villa for food delivery. Overall we had a fantastic stay :)

Great place to stay, we had a lovely time next to the pool, the breakfast organised was amazing, cleaned every day, host answered questions very quickly and even went and bought us a bag of ice! Fabulous
