Sutri: soggiorni in alloggi con piscina

cosa dire, dire che siamo stati bene è poco. post a dir poco meraviglioso in mezz alla natura tra galline e asinelli, spettacolare. la stanza è molto carina curata nei minimi dettagli a parer mio. la piscina non ha prole per descriverla assolutamente bellissima, filo con il paesaggio e quando il sole tramonta la vista è fiabesca. e infine devo lasciare delle parole per i proprietari Luca, Anna e Michele...che dire di loro ti fanno sentire a casa in ogni senso, siamo stati a pranzo li e sembrava che ci fosse mia mamma a cucinare ma poi il livello di amicizia...che dire, di post del genere ce ne sono veramente pochi nel mondo e soprattutto d persone speciali e socievoli come loro ancora meno e siamo stati veramente contenti di essere venuti a conoscenza di quest posto. SIETE MERAVIGLIOSI! Tornerò senza ombra di dubbio

Très bon emplacement pour visiter les villages médiévaux, accéder au Lac Bolsena, aux thermes et le centre de Viterbo est à 5 min en voiture. Il est également pratique d’aller à Rome et jusqu’à Ostia Antica. Le logement est très agréable, spacieux, très propre, climatisé et la terrasse privée est bien exposée et de bonne taille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les attentions de notre hôte qui tous les matins nous portait des pâtisseries maison délicieuses. De plus, à notre arrivée le frigo avait été rempli de boissons et nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement, expérience très agréable !

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

"Il Colle" è la soluzione giusta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Gli ambienti a disposizione sono caldi, ampi e funzionali. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili, la comunicazione con Marco è stata facile e veloce. Grazie di cuore...Siamo stati davvero bene!

Donkeys & Roses est un véritable havre de paix, un endroit qui dépasse toutes les attentes. Que ce soit pour une escapade en couple ou un séjour en famille, l'atmosphère y est à la fois magique et reposante. Chaque logement offre un confort unique, avec des atouts tels qu'une piscine sublime et des panoramas incroyables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse de notre maison, offrant une vue à couper le souffle. L'accueil chaleureux et bienveillant d'Enrico, toujours disponible pour rendre notre séjour parfait, a vraiment marqué notre expérience. Ce lieu exceptionnel est un véritable joyau, et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Ce séjour a été un moment de pur bonheur, du début à la fin

Nous avons séjourné pendant plus d'un mois au sein de cette magnifique petite maison très originale et charmante qui se situe dans un quartier résidentiel très calme de Rome. Tout était parfait dans la maison, tout était fonctionnel et très pratique. Le parking se situe à quelques mètres de la maison, dans l'enceinte de la résidence. La piscine est également très belle et très bien entretenue. Nous nous déplacions le plus souvent en voiture mais nous avons également pris les transports en commun et il est vraiment très simple de rejoindre le centre-ville en bus. Il y a de très nombreux commerces, restaurants et services dans le quartier. Il est très facile et agréable de communiquer avec Ulderico. Il a régulièrement pris de nos nouvelles pour savoir si nous ne manquions de rien et si tout allait bien. Nous reviendrons sûrement et nous recommandons ce logement à 100%.

abbiamo trascorso il Natale in famiglia proprio come lo avevamo immaginato, spazio cucina comodo per la preparazione di pranzi e cene, castagne arrostite al camino acceso. spazi comuni ampi, zona notte molto confortevole ed accogliente per la privacy di ognuno. Soggiorno di 3 notti apprezzato da tutti noi giovani e meno giovani. Spazio esterno molto curato, il nostro cane ha potuto scorazzare in libertà. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Excellent séjour chez Alessandro, je mets 5 étoiles car je ne peux pas mettre plus! Nous avons adoré l’appartement, la véranda et le jardin. L’appartement est moderne et dispose de toutes les commodités, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Bonne communication avec Alessandro qui a été arrangeant, serviable et réactif. Les instructions données pour l’accès autonome à l’appartement étaient claires et faciles. On s’y sent en sécurité car l’appartement est dans une résidence fermée et tranquille. Il y a un parking en face et des bons restaurants pas loin. L’endroit est un petit havre de paix à proximité du centre de Rome. Je recommande vivement, et je reviendrai!

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

We got great instructions for check-in, complete with detailed photos. We had a problem with the hot water when we arrived, but they sent two guys over in 20 minutes and it was fixed and worked fine from then on. Parking for cars is very difficult (as in all of Italy!), but there were plenty of spaces at the metro station a short walk away. The close metro station makes it easy to get into the center of Rome (but watch out for pickpockets, my wallet was taken while on a crowded train!).

Bel condominio pulito ben curato con piscina privata e il mare pochi passi l'appartamento è molto carino con tutti i confort tra cui l aria condizionata preziosissima...bello il terrazzino con tente ideale per pranzo e cena.. Consigliatissimo.

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.

Stefano a été un hôte exceptionnel : très réactif, aimable, chaleureux et toujours disponible. Il a su répondre à toutes nos questions avec patience et bienveillance, et nous a donné d'excellents conseils pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Sa flexibilité et son attention aux détails ont vraiment fait la différence ! L'appartement était impeccablement propre et offrait tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable de 4 jours. Une bonne literie, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bain moderne, une connexion Wi-Fi rapide et stable, ainsi que des équipements pratiques comme une machine à laver et un espace de rangement suffisant. Son emplacement au calme, légèrement en dehors du centre-ville mais très bien desservi par le train, le tram et le bus, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement.

We felt very comfortable during our stay – the apartment was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. There was nothing we missed, and the connection to public transport was great. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful space and staged well! It was very warm and welcoming when we entered. Amenities were provided, such as dishes, seasonings, cold water in the refrigerator, fresh towels, etc. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Matteo was very responsive, gave clear directions on how to check in, told us how to get to the local sites, such as Vatican City, and provided public transportation options. He was also very flexible with check in - he allowed my family to check in early for our convenience. The neighborhood is nice, very safe and walkable. Within a 5-10 min walk, we found restaurants, markets, and other useful stores (Nana Sushi is AMAZING!). Inside the lobby of the apartment, there is a sitting area with vending machines that offers beverages, wine, coffee and snacks. The listing stated it was a 2 bedroom, but it is actually a 1 bedroom space. There is a bed in the bedroom and one in the living room. Overall, we were comfortable. Highly recommend this space!

Villa Valentina was a beautiful place to stay for me and my family. The backyard, pool, and kids play area was very special and made our stay wonderful. Marina was kind and went out of her way to let us check in early because we had small children with us. It was a lovely place to stay!

The house overall was great, we had the whole area gor ourselfes with a lot of fruit-trees arround with the pool as a highlight. The furniture is a bit basic but nothing to worry about. Also the communication with our host was quick and helpful. Just the access road was a bit more offroad than expected. But we would visit again!!

Wir haben uns auf dem Grundstück und in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt! Es war alles wie beschrieben. Wenn man einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub plant ist dies genau der richtige Ort. Der Host vor Ort war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Jättefint hus med fantastisk trädgård och pool! Enda anmärkningen var att det endast finns ac i ett av de fyra sovrummen så det var ganska varmt inomhus.

we had such a nice stay at this wonderful place. so much space, in the house, the garden and the pool. someone came early in the mornings and took care of the pool and the trash. we loved the kitchen the most, perfect for cooking together. filippo was a nice host and very friendly. we only had some noise around midday, maybe some field/ construction work. but all in all we had a magical time. thank you so much for this :)
