Torrevieja: soggiorni in case vacanze

Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

La vivienda es tal y como se ve en las fotos. La ubicación es un poco liosa si te fías de google maps. Aunque es el número 80, en google maps debes poner el 74. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Es cierto que la tasa de limpieza es muy alta pero el resultado es sobresaliente. La cocina tiene DE TODO. Infinidad de utensilios para lo que necesites. La casa en general está muy bien equipada con todo tipo de comodidades. Sin duda hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa, de la tranquilidad de la zona y de lo bonita que es España.

Our family had a great time in this amazing villa! Check-in was easy with Sergio meeting us there and showing us around. He was also very helpful and responsive with anything we wanted to ask during our stay. The villa was very clean and luxurious with comfortable beds. Bedding and towels provided and lovely furniture throughout the whole building. Plenty of comfy seating outdoors too. The street and neighbourhood were very quiet and the views from the villa towards the mountains were incredible! The pool is massive and being heated was so nice to use. We had an issue with the heater but it was sorted out quickly. The villa had heaters/AC which was great just to take the chill off the evenings. The smart TV was useful with apps providing plenty of choice for our family to watch TV when we were chilling out. Perfectly located as it's close to restaurants, supermarkets, parks, shops etc but out the way enough to feel tranquil. We really hope to be back soon as it's an incredible place!

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Villa Sunshine ! Gezellig en smaakvol ingericht wat een huiselijk gevoel geeft. Er is gelet op kleine details wat een comfortabel en gastvrij effect heeft. De woonomgeving is erg rustig en stil waardoor je helemaal tot rust komt. Ook onze hond had het prima naar zijn zin en hij kon vrij en veilig in de tuin rondlopen omdat het helemaal afgezet is. Veel dank aan Barbara dat ze dit huis beschikbaar heeft gesteld. We voelden ons helemaal welkom. Barbara is heel vriendelijk en gericht op een goede en snelle communicatie wat een professionele indruk achterlaat. Hopelijk tot ziens Villa Sunshine :) ! Great villa, lovely heated pool. The villa was as described and the communication was really good. Plenty of towels, great choice of channels on the tvs. There was lots of seating inside and out. We had a lovely time.

Stayed at this villa in August 2024 and have to say, it has everything you’ll need for a nice and peaceful break. The pool was excellent as was the whole accommodation which was bigger than we thought and the website photos don’t do it justice as it was all amazing! Communication up to the holiday and check in was so easy and even though our arrival was after midnight we were met at the property as promised. You might want to hire a car, or taxi if you want to go to the beach and busier nightlife, although we were happy to be at the villa most days, it was so comfortable. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away which was perfect and had everything we needed. We were 4 adults and 3 children and had loads of room, with this villa having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect! I’d definitely recommend this villa as it is nice and quiet just away from busy areas and a chance to relax and unwind.

This is our second time staying in this villa, and we as a family love it, the hosts are friendly and are genuinely lovely people, it’s centrally located to visit many different areas, if you know where you want to head too and don’t mind driving (which we did and I don’t) a car is essential to get around! I can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely return.

Great host, very accommodating, made sure all needs were met, very friendly and will stay again.

Beautiful house, clean, easy check-in and check-out. Also great communication with prompt and polite replies. There were a few things that needed to be sorted out like something wrong with the curtains and a missing supportive leg for one of the beds but we are very happy with how it was sorted out Thank you!

The Villa and the Stay was very Good and relaxed. I can only recommend that.

Solo puedo super recomendar la casa de Óscar, la limpieza más que un 10, muchimls detalles que se agradecen y por el precio que tiene me parece que es muy de valorar, nos esperaba un cartel de bienvenida con una botella de lambrusco. La casa está equivocada con absolutamente todo, cocina completa y todo los utensilios que te hagan falta, baño con gel champú, pasta de dientes, papel, un botiquín, secador. Las habitaciones con sábanas limpias y diría que nuevas, mantas buenas almohadas, un espejo grande y ambientadores. La verdad que nos sentimos muy agusto y nos libero de llevar toallas etc... En la maleta. Gracias Óscar muy buena casa, la próxima usaremos la BBQ

Parfait ! Très bien situé, facile d’accès, et permet de se garer devant le logement. Le logement est très propre, et très bien équipé. J’y reviendrais avec plaisir et le recommande ! Natalia qui s’est occupée de nous sur place est un amour, gentille et très douce. Merci !

Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse i Victors fina hus, det var precis som i beskrivningen: lugnt och skönt område, privat och ostört, säkert och bekvämt. Victor var tydlig med instruktioner och väldigt hjälpsam när vi hade frågor, svarade alltid snabbt. Vi kan varmt rekommendera, och vi kommer mer än gärna tillbaka!

Mann konnte sich wir zuhause fühlen und die Wohnung hatte alles was man gebraucht hat !!! Toller Gastgeber immer erreichbar!! Aufjedenfall empfehlenswert und immer wieder gern

We had a wonderful time in Guardamar del Segura – The house was well presented - it’s compact but has a lot of extra spaces both inside and outside - it’s situated in a very quiet area – has a good heating system – it was winter and a little chilly in the evening The hosts were very responsive – they organised someone to drive us from Alicante airport to the house – and Jana (the driver) was incredibly helpful - explaining where the local supermarket was – about 10-15 minute walk – and how to get to the town of Guardamar del Segura – maybe a 25-30 minute walk – there is a local bus service – and it is possible to rent car - They also organised to have the internet fixed very quickly which we appreciated We spent a fair bit of time in the swimming pool – relaxing generally – and - when we did go into the t own – the food at the restaurant we chose was wonderful and the beach must be incredible in the summer So all in all we felt we got a great deal for our winter break

We had a brilliant stay house was lovely everything was spot on comfortable lovely fire place which was needed in dec plenty of cooking pots pans great oven used washing machine few times all great walk down hill to villiage but walking bk up was a killer car is useful. But thanks for great stay we will be bk x

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en este alojamiento. Ilona ha contestado súper rápido a mis dudas y nos ha ayudado. Dejó en la casa 2 botellas de vino y agua para nosotros, muy buen detalle. Repetiríamos sin duda

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely. The pool would have been amazing if the weather was better. But a nice quiet area.With a big super market within walking distance. Our hosts were available at the end of the phone and replied swiftly if needed.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at the house. The property is spacious, incredibly comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The air conditioning kept the house cool and comfortable. The two pools were a highlight for us, especially for the kids who had an amazing time. The location is ideal—close to the beach and just a short drive from Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja, offering plenty of options for dining and entertainment. The hosts were fantastic, making sure our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this house for families looking for a great vacation spot!

We had the most incredible 5-day stay at this beautiful villa From the moment we booked, Nikolina was an absolute gem. Handing the keys back to Phil at the end of our stay was bittersweet because we truly didn’t want to leave! The villa was immaculate, extremely clean and stylishly decorated. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from towels and beach towels to a kitchen stocked with every utensil, pot, pan, plate, and glass. Even the little things that are often missing in rental properties, like chopping boards and other essentials, were there! The layout of the villa was fantastic, with plenty of space and lots of light, shutters on all the windows allowed us to block out both heat and light. The outdoor area was fab, with a fully loaded outdoor bar/kitchen & BBQ . There was ample space to sun bath next to the private pool. we chose this villa for peace and quiet it totally delivered! Service was first class too!

Vi bodde här i början av oktober en vecka. Vi trivdes jättebra, lugnt område. Rent och fint boende och fantastiskt med poolen som vi nyttjade mycket. Trevligt också med en takterrass där man kunde se solnedgångar och ett fyrverkeri från grannbyn som var två av kvällarna vi var där. Gångavstånd till både mataffär och flera restauranger och barer. Våra favorit restauranger under veckan blev Mullberrys och The Grill house. Det var också lätt att få kontakt med värdarna som svarande snabbt om man hade frågor eller ville ha tips om omgivningarna. Vi upplevde sängarna som lite för hårda, men detta är ju något som är väldigt individuellt. Men som sagt annars hade vi en toppen vistelse i detta hus.
