We had a wonderful time and the townhouse was perfect. Our only issue was we did not have coffee filters. They did provide coffee packets but we wanted to brew our own coffee. The top floor was a welcome surprise as it was a beautiful bedroom with lots of space that we were not expecting. Walkable to south slope and downtown. Would highly recommend!

A beautiful home with incredible views! It was well equipped with everything we needed and more. As someone who enjoys cooking, I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. The home was listed as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but we were pleasantly surprised to find it was 2 1/2 baths. This home provided a serene view of Lake Lure and mountains with an added bonus of being able to see Chimney Rock right outside the window. The Italian restaurant within walking distance had kind service and great food. The close proximity to parks, quaint boutiques, and The Flowering Bridge were a bonus! We enjoyed this property so much over New Years, we can only imagine how great it will be during the Summer.

Great location for exploring all that downtown has to offer. The townhouse is spacious, so our group of seven never felt cramped. We would definitely stay again on a future visit

Our third stay at Melinda and Peter's over the past 5 years, and we're signed up for next year already. Set just outside the Falls Park area, the location cannot be beat for walking our pup through the park and beyond, going into town for a tasty treat, or going to concerts/shows at the Peace Center. Their townhouse is our home away from home...getting out of northern New York mud season, I even brought my sewing machine and completed a few projects...there is a quilt store too. And a good dog park not too far away. Altogether, highly recommend!

These town houses were just right for 4 families. It was a great location for the plans we had for the three days we were there. Biltmore House in Ashville; Luminaries in Dillsboro; shopping in Bryson City and Waynesville. Kitchens were very well equipped. Very nice!

Sundrop Community is secluded and peaceful. Met the neighbors, everybody was super nice. Townhouse was perfect for what I needed. I was there to fly fish Caney Fork and the access to 2000’ of riverfront property was great. Two wood burning fireplaces were awesome (bring your own wood). Sundog were amazing and very helpful. The only negative I would say (it is not really negative), the listing indicates it is good for up to 6 people-I would disagree. Although there were 2 mobile air mattresses this place IMO is suitable for 4 people. Would definitely stay again.

Curtis is an Excellent Host! Condo was incredibly clean and well appointed. Stocked with everything we needed for cooking, dining and comfort. We will be back again.

Excellent place to stay, right off main street and across from the brewery. TJ was super responsive and the place was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This townhouse cottage was perfect for our family of 5. Loved the Mountain View’s, local hiking, and amenities available through Curtis. Thank you again looking forward to visiting again.

We absolutely loved the condo!! It was perfect for us and it had everything we needed. The entire complex is just beautiful and it was a great central location for all the things we wanted to do. Hope we can visit again soon!

The place was clean and comfortable, easy to find and the area amenities are just a short drive away. We were very satisfied yet we would come back to stay within walking distance to the recreational facilities next time.

I can’t say enough wonderful comments about the Sapphire Jewel. The condo is quiet, well appointed, with beautiful, comfortable furniture and everything you need. It was a perfect home away from home for us for our almost 3 week stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, WiFi is fast, and the community is very friendly. When you sit out in the screened in porch, it feels like you are floating in the trees. Our family was able to work, relax and use the condo as a peaceful home base. The amenities were great, we loved taking advantage of the gym and fishing daily in the private lake. Elizabeth is very responsive and makes sure you have everything you need. If you want to explore this beautiful area, you will be very happy if you choose to stay at the Sapphire Jewel.
