We love staying here! Jay and the other hosts are all very welcoming and responsive. The bar and restaurant under the Airbnb is great too!

This is a superbly located property- just off I 25 across the street from Safeway. Modern double pane windows keep out the sound and the dust. the rooms are spacious and the mattress comfortable. The bathroom showerhead was high enough for a tall person to stand under. The Laundry facilities are on the same floor It is an historic building and it smells it. The kitchen has utensils but no basic spices as I’ve experienced at other stays in the area.

This place was the perfect getaway sanctuary from the big city hustle and bustle for a quiet weekend trip in the beautiful mountain scenery. The condo is well-appointed, matches the description, and just steps away from the trails of San Isabel National Forest, which was so serene to walk through with my spouse and furbaby. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy getaway! Hosts were super responsive, informative and easy to deal with as well to reduce the travel angst. :-)

Very friendly and helpful host. Be prepared to adjust the hot water when someone else uses it while you’re in the shower. It was a shock, but it only added to the memory of my stay in a charming old building. I had a delicious breakfast at Las Animas. I stayed so long and felt so at home, I forgot to pay my tab! Luckily, Jay and his lovely wife own the cafe. He called. We had a good laugh. And I came back inside to settle up. 😳 I would definitely stay here again!

Eloy’s place was a great deal and was able to accommodate a last minute reservation. He provided clear check in instructions and great food recommendations in the area.

Will definitely be staying there again! It was close to everything ! It was super clean and very comfy!

Beth was a responsive and friendly host. She went above and beyond by providing little thoughtful items like beverages and cookies for her guest. (My family loved them) Her place was very clean and honestly we spent a lot more time there than planned it was that homey:) I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Trinidad!

Joey’s place is clean, cute and comfortable. It provided a very comfortable base for us to explore from in Trinidad. If you have the time we highly recommend driving the “Highway of Legends Scenic Byway” which heads West out of Trinidad and curves North just after Stonewall through Monument Park to Cuchara and La Veta, the road really lives up to the name. Thanks Joey for providing comfortable beds with plenty of clean linens, and a fully equipped kitchen for us to enjoy. Much appreciated!

This is a lovely, little peace of heaven!! Nicole, allowed us to book this cozy place for a last minute girls trip. It was a surprise for my sister’s birthday! Check in was a breeze and we walked all over town. I would recommend her place to anyone looking to be close to all the cute and tasty shops and eateries!! Another terrific stay at Joey's place! I love staying here. Check in is super easy. Love having a designated parking spot. The apartment was exceedingly well- kept and appointed. So appreciated the coffee and snacks, too! View from the back yard of Fischer's Peak is outstanding. The area is quiet, but the location is 2 minutes from all the shops and restaurants. Definitely will be back!

Perfect for an overnight stay in downtown Trinidad, exactly as described and what we needed. Will definitely book again if we are back in the area.

Spring break start off and it was amazing. Just enough snow to keep the kids happy and content. Inside was comfortable and felt right at home. Kids can’t stop taking about it.
