The house was clean and very spacious. The host are friendly and very accommodating. My friends and I enjoyed the stay very much.

we loved our stay up on the hill above yucca valley. the sunsets blow your mind, the night sky - epic, good birding! the house is exactly like it looks in the photos - artfully curated stuff everywhere - amazing vinyl collection, and a kitchen has nice quality knives pans that makes you feel like someone actually lives in it. great communication with the hosts - everything about our stay was excellent. hope to be back in the future.

One of the best and cleanest stays! The house was exactly what we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend Kris and his property. My only regret was not staying another day or two :)

We had a girls weekend here and the house was perfect for our stay; super peaceful with gorgeous views and yet conveniently close to Joshua Tree town and on the way to the west park entrance. The kitchen had most of the basics including coffee and tea. Host was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. We used the hot tub and admired the starry sky. Would definitely come back.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as described—a true desert oasis with stunning scenery and a well-kept interior. The Star Wars references added a fun and unique touch, making the space even more special. Check-in was seamless, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location couldn’t be better—just a short drive to the Joshua Tree National Park entrance, making it super convenient for exploring. If you’re looking for a tranquil and beautiful getaway in Joshua Tree, I highly recommend this spot!

We had an amazing stay at Allens place! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. About 15 mins to the West entrance of Joshua Tree. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and the entire stay seamless. I especially loved the outdoor space. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Tracy and Colleen's place is comfortable and functional. The bed and pillows are also very comfortable + the place had everything you need for short and long term stays. The outdoor space is also delightful. We loved watching the sunset everyday from the front porch with the birds and the occasional bunny or desert squirrel. The location is great. We loved how close it is to the National park. We stayed for almost 3 months and enjoyed our stay. Tracy and Colleen were responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a couple concerns upon check-in and they were prompt in answering and handling our concern. We both work from home and they were kind to leave a desk for us which was super helpful. Thank you again.

Audrey was adorable and accommodating. Great vibes! The place is definitely rustic, that's worth noting. We had a great time watching the stars by the fire. Very close to all the oddities that make it Joshua Tree!

Most excellent - beautiful peaceful spot with incredible sunrises and sunsets. Really enjoyed the view from the porch. Tonelise was very responsive and provides a unique cozy place with tasteful fun 70s eclectic style. Loved the vibe!

Stayed late Jan. 2025. A perfectly located duplex home in Joshua Tree. I felt safe walking to the main streets of town at night which were a 15 minute or less walk, & 15 minutes drive to a Joshua tree park. Essential needs like heating for winter, clean accomodations includ. nice towels & sheets, cooking supplies like pots/pans for stove/oven were provided along with some yummy snack foods. There's a rooster close by that crows but there were ear plugs that did the trick. Note, this is a duplex, so you have a direct bedroom wall shared with a next door neighbor if someone is renting that unit out. My neighbors were incredibly quiet and we saw each other once over 4 days, but results may vary (if you're looking for real solitude). A small caveat is that the showerhead in the bathroom is very low flow w/ the prickly/spiky kind of water setting. The stream hurts and it's low flow w/ large pockets of no water at all, so if you have long or thick hair, you'll be in there much longer.

The studio was very cozy! It was what we needed for our Joshua Tree trip- comfortable beds, AC, kitchen, and we loved the added amenities of the pool after a long day of hiking and the deck for stargazing (the skies were clear and incredible). Thank you for hosting!

Such a wonderful stay in such a beautiful place! Tonelise was very responsive and helpful, gave excellent restaurant recs, and overall we felt welcomed and at home. Would without a doubt recommend this rental to anyone! We hope to return soon :)
