Hemos pasado un fin de semana con amigos perfecto, la casa cumple con todo lo que describe, además nos ha salido un tiempo perfecto y hemos disfrutado hasta de la piscina! Es perfecta, amplia y sobretodo con un ambiente natural perfecto para desconectar. Nuestro anfitrión muy amable y muy atento.

Blasi und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist schön ruhig. Empfehle aber einen Mietwagen um in die Innenstadt und einkaufen zu können. Im groß und ganzen war es ein schönes Haus was ich aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen kann.

Pasamos un fin de año excelente (Lunes a Viernes). Tres familias (6 adultos y 6 chicos). Las fotografías concuerdan. La atención de Lucía desde el inicio fue excelente. La villa es sumamente espaciosa y sus camas cómodas y sensación de limpieza. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Sus distintos espacios permitió el disfrute de los chicos y de los adultos. La barbacoa la usamos en varios momentos. Si bien no usamos la piscina está cuenta con servicio externo de limpieza semanal. La villa requiere un poco mantenimiento, pero no afectó lo bien que lo pasamos. Gracias Lucía.

Increíble lugar! Lo alquilé para celebrar mi cumpleaños y fue una experiencia hermosa. Una paella increíble, los hosts son excelentes. Muchísimas gracias por su hospitalidad, el lugar recomendable 100% hermoso 🤩.

We enjoyed our short stay in this cozy country home. Loved the yard, terrace and beautiful landscaping. The beach is right across the street. Great place if you like nature and quiet.

Wij hadden een topverblijf in de woning van Joan Andreu. Beetje buiten het centrum maar toch maar paar minuutjes rijden van de actie. Perfect voor twee gezinnen met alles te samen vijf kinderen tussen 9 - 14 jaar. Joan was zeer bereikbaar en hulpvaardig. De woning nodigt uit tot zalig nietsdoen!

We stayed at Mery's airbnb as a family holiday - ages ranging from 5 to 82! We really enjoyed Mery's place - the rooms were spacious and the house was great. The kids especially loved the pool and we spent most of our time either by the pool or at the front of the house on the verandah. We had hire car which made getting too and from the house to visit Valencia, beaches and to get groceries easy. I enjoyed the tranquility and peace and quiet being outside of the city. We throughly enjoyed our time and Mery was a great host - recommending good restuarants and places to visit during our stay. Thanks agian Mery!

This is a beautiful Villa. We were a group of 8 and each of us had a room, the garden and pool area are lovely. Villa is in a quiet residential area but it is a short walk from the tram and taxi are easily booked to get into Alicante town centre. There are several supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Angel was a very attentive host, we were missing some things from the kitchen and within the hour he had them replaced with a nice gift, he gave us recommendations for restaurants which was very good. I would recommend this Villa to large groups

Fuen and her team were incredible, fabulous hosts. They went above and beyond to make our family Christmas stay truly memorable, from helping us find an organic turkey farm for Christmas lunch, to incredible restaurants, and local markets and their favourite family fish shop with the draw droppingly gorgeous produce. We arrived to the welcome of festive decorations in the garden and living room, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch, and an indication of how much care they took. The house is incredible, spacious and eclectic. It really felt like an honour to call it our home for 10 days. We watched the sunrise every morning from the front garden, by the swimming pool, or the beach, a short walk! The spacious living and dining areas meant that our family of 8 could comfortably relax together and enjoy some well needed family time. The house is cozy and well-equipped, with a beautiful outdoor area that is a pleasure to spend time in. It has a great location for a peaceful getaway and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was prompt and polite. An excellent option for a relaxing stay.

Hemos estado fenomenal en la casa de Nadine. Cuenta con todas las comodidades para tener una estancia inolvidable. La cocina es la joya de la casa, está bien equipada, con cubertería, vajilla y menaje, hay cafetera Nespresso y Thermomix. Además, cuenta con productos y utensilios de limpieza. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias y el jardín tiene una piscina cuidada y muy agradable tanto para pequeños como para mayores. Nadine ha sido una anfitriona estupenda, pendiente desde el primer momento de que estuviéramos a gusto y dándonos recomendaciones sobre la zona. Volveremos seguro!

Absolutely stunning place to stay! You really feel great being there with wonderful views and luxury around, furthermore, for a really great price too! Host was nice and polite as well, gave recommendations and explained everything we needed to know. Very nice place for holiday with family. Best to have a car if you stay there, but we actually had very exciting walks around the cliffs too :) to sum up, it was worth every cent and we really enjoyed it!

Cheryl nous attendait et nous a ouvert les portes du parking. Eclairage d'ambiance solaire magnifique le soir autour de la piscine. Chauffage suffisant et électricité inclus. Litterie impeccable . Merci pour le cadeau surprise dans le frigidaire et les citrons du jardin. Linges et essuie de plage fournis. Nous avons passé 12 jours au soleil et au calme dans un environnement merveilleux. nous y reviendrons.

Vacaciones geniales!! David es un anfitrión de diez ,muy amigable y estuvo pendiente dándonos todo tipo de indicaciones . La casa de David una maravilla,en una urbanización tranquila con piscina y a dos minutos andando de una playa impresionante de arena fina . Al ser ya temporada baja ,no todos los restaurantes estaban abiertos pero hay opciones para elegir.Gran acierto nuestra elección y totalmente recomendable.Seguro que volveremos.

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

Hier hat das Gesamtpaket unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Johan ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber. Er steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn man Fragen hat. Seine sympathische Art und Hilfsbereitschaft sind absolut vorbildlich. Das Haus ist eine echte Wohlfühl-Oase! Alles sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail hochwertig eingerichtet. Nicht nur der Pool ist ein Highlight, sondern auch die vielen unterschiedlichen Rückzugsbereiche, in denen man entspannen kann. Der kilometerlange, sehr schöne Strand ist nur wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Hier haben wir ausgiebige Spaziergänge unternommen. Fazit: Ein Haus, bei dem wir ins schwärmen geraten sind. Wir wüssten nichts, was man verbessern kann!

Andres and Manuela are really great hosts. The house was all we expected- a cosy place by the sea at a calm and beautiful Spanish Mediterranean cost at its best - off season. We had our own car which I would recommend to have since the place is a couple of km away from the center of the town. However that’s was also the idea of our vacation. The house is very clean with all possible amenities at your disposal. There are 4 different places to sit and sip a glass of cava in the yard. The very own direct access to the beach and the view of the sea are priceless. We did not have a chance to meet Andres since he was busy but we met his sister Manuela who was very kind and helpful. We stayed for two weeks and felt ourselves at home and already longing back. We will definitely try come back next year. Thank you Andres and Manuela!

Estancia muy acogedora, la casa es increíble, con todo tipo de detalles y muy espaciosa. El lugar muy tranquilo y con naturaleza. Repetiremos!

We stayed for a week over New Year. Andrea was very friendly and welcoming. The house is situated in a prime location overlooking the sea with lovely coastal walks outside. The house is exactly as described - well equipped, clean and modern. The garden was fantastic for us to relax in and for our two dogs to play in. There is a driveway and private parking for a car inside the property which was really liked. We had a lovely relaxing week by the sea and it was the perfect start to 2025. Thank you Andrea !

Tere est vraiment l’hôte parfaite Je n’exagère pas du tout mais elle a été au top pendant tout notre séjour Très réactive très attentionnée très gentille Elle nous a même proposé de décaler notre départ en raisons des intempéries qui se sont abattues sur Valence et de loger autant de temps que nous souhaiterions sans frais. Cela nous a énormément touché. Vraiment je recommande à 1000%
