Our tour is ideal for everyone who wants to get to know Madrid in a short time but in a relaxed way. Conducted in English. Private tours in English, Dutch, Spanish, French if available and Portuguese if available. In about 3 hours and 11 km biking, you will more or less see and hear everything of the old center while riding a very comfortable bicycle. The “must see” places as well as the hidden corners away from the typical touristic paths. We will ride mainly on cycling paths, pedestrian zones and parks. Of course there will be various stops to take pictures. When we stop, we will tell you about the stories behind what you see and tell our personal experiences of our time in Madrid. After the tour you have an idea which places you want to visit in your own time and in which restaurants and tapas bars you want to have your meal. After a welcome coffee to our XV century old house, we'll go downstairs to the stables to brush and saddle up the horses, and then we'll ride for about two hours across the silent, ancient landscape of Segarra, the Catalan Tuscany, on our way to some small medieval Catalan village. Wheat and barley fields, organic wineyards, old almond and olive trees, hills and slopes furrowed by ancient dry stone walls and incredible views will melt before your sight. Don’t worry if you’ve never ridden before, you'll be a small group so we will be on hand to help, instruct and support you. After riding you can explore our small village and go up to the XI century watchtower to see the amazing views. Then we'll jump to the kitchen and put our hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, "mettere le mani in pasta". I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma. We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade tagliatelle accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine and finally the amazing tiramisù. First, we will start our trip in Chefchaoun walking through the historic blue houses by foot. Our trip starts from Chefchaoun to Akshour. Here we have a number of options to get to the national park area of Akshour, roughly 15km away. Option 1- We can take a local shared taxi which you pay individually per seat in the taxi. This costs roughly 25 dirham. Option 2- For any adventurous and thrill seeking people we can hire quad bikes from Chefchaoun and ride the quads through the moutains having oppoutunites to stop and take incredible pictures along the route. For prices and enquiries please ask for more information and note that this isn't included in the price stated on the current link. Option 3- If you have your own car then you are more than welcome to use this and we can travel freely together through the mountains stopping where you please for pictures and views along the way. When we arrive to Akshour we will have the option of visitng the waterfalls, Bridge of god, and have the oppourtunity to relax and take in the spectactular views. Tra le sue bancarelle piene di prodotti freschi e persone impareremo insieme a Ramon, la guida ufficiale della città, come acquistare i prodotti migliori per la nostra paella. LaLlarga si trova a soli 3 minuti a piedi in una piacevole passeggiata tra le strade del quartiere più bohémien di Valencia. Il posto era un ex macellaio convertito in uno dei luoghi più iconici del quartiere, presente a Lonely Planet, Guide AD , Tripadvisor e in molti altri post, LaLlarga sarà un luogo straordinario per stare insieme per le ore della nostra lezione.
