Edo is by far the best host we‘ve ever had on Airbnb. He simply makes you feel welcome and at home. It‘s more like meeting an old friend than a host. House and garden are super in a location from where you can reach beautiful sights without problems. What should be kept in mind before booking is that you share kitchen and living-room with Edo and his family. We loved that and got well-along with each other but also had some days complete privacy in house and garden.

I highly recommend a stay at this 17th-century villa in Carfagnò. The incredible interiors transport you to another era, and the peace and privacy of having the entire property to yourself is unmatched. There are many tourist attractions nearby, and within an hour’s drive, you can find yourself at the foot of picturesque mountains. Well-stocked stores, like Supermarket Famila, are just 5 minutes away by car, and there are great pizzerias in the surrounding towns and in Belluno itself – I particularly recommend the fantastic BELLA NAPOLI. If you’re into lakes, Lago di Santa Croce is perfect for swimming and sailing, while Lago di Santa Maria and Lago di Lago offer beautiful hiking trails. Don’t miss the stunning serpentine roads through the valleys on your way there. A must-do is a walk to Brent del Art (park near the cemetery, then a 20-minute walk to the canyon), or exploring the trails around Lago del Mis. Casa fantastica. Estremamente confortevole e con tutti i servizi di cui si possa aver bisogno. Il giardino è uno spettacolo e se avete animali saranno decisamente soddisfatti di poter correre in totale sicurezza essendo totalmente recintato. In più, se si vuole un po’ staccare dalla città è esattamente il posto che si cerca.

I have no words to say about the house! The location is very good, the house was cleaned, organised, warm and we felt very comfortable there. The house remains you about the culture of Italy and we were very happy there! Also, the host was very friendly and we definitely want to stay there again if travel to Belluno!

This house is a gem! It is located in an amazing location, at walking distance to Lake of Braies. We enjoyed every single minute we stayed there. That was a perfect stay! Federico and Luca were amazing hosts, always responsive and helpful. The place itself is a dream - very private and calm, with a huge garden and spectacular views of the Dolomites. The local Italian dinner arranged by the hosts at the villa was the highlight of our trip - highly recommended. Its 10 out of 10, with no doubts an amazing villa, location and hosts.

Villa Brisia ha rispettato tutte le nostre aspettative se non le ha superate, sia dal punto di vista dei servizi offerti che dalle bellezze naturali dei dintorni facilmente raggiungibili. Lorenzo è stato sempre puntuale e disponibile dimostrando flessibilità anche nella situazione particolare (intensa nevicata) in cui ci siamo trovati. Speriamo di poter tornare presto nell’accogliente villa Brisia!

Beautiful apartment and view. Building work next door did not bother us at all. Very responsive and helpful host who helped enormously with electric car charging Be aware it is a fair walk up/down a steep hill to main town and although ski buses stop relatively nearby getting to them was still several minutes of walking (and they didn't always come as per timetable...). I was glad we had car for shopping etc. We loved the skiing !

Visited Alessio's place over a week around New Years Eve. Had a beautiful stay, everything worked smoothly. The house is conveniently located ~1.5h from skiing in the Dolomites, ~1.5h from Venice and ~1h from Verona. Selection of grocery stores are ~10min drive away and Garage has charger for electric vehicles. Each room has its own bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. We all loved our stay! We had a great stay. The property is very suitable for family and friend gatherings. There are many beautiful nature experiences within walking distance, so you have the best mix of relaxation and activity. The only really minor criticism is that the kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped with crockery and cutlery.
