si on parle de logement c'est vraiment plus que parfait toute nickel toute propre c'est beaucoup mieux que les photos et vraiment on était bien bien content excellent de tous les sens hygiène équipement et une vie sur jardin et piscine magnifique c'est accessible pour les gens âgés et jeunes moi personnellement je les donne 20 sur 10 tellement tout super et tout est propre merci pour l'accueil et pour le séjour

Localisé dans un quartier paisible, entouré de belles demeures toutes avec des jardins superbes l’appartement offre le calme, le réveil au bruit des petits oiseaux et le parfum des fleurs. Un citronnier distribue généreusement ses fruits (merci pour cette cure detox 🍋😁). La terrasse est quasi toujours sous le soleil. On marche sur le marbre, on trouve tout à proximité. À quelques petites minutes de pâtisseries locales de haute qualité et de maisons internationales. Le peuple tunisien est joyeux. Poli. Accueillant. La sortie du lycée flaubert un peu plus loin donne une idée de la joie de la jeunesse tunisienne et expatriée. Mais aussi de sa gourmandise (les salons de thé sont bondés sortie des classes). À 15 min à pied de la plage de la marsa. Et son glacier Tunisien (le petit selim) et le marché de la marsa qui montre par son offre que la Tunisie est un pays de saveurs. Location très recommandée. Logement très sympa , dans un quartier calme , garage privatif fermé avec telecommande ce qui est appréciable , tv avec un maximum de chaines top top , l'hôte Mehdi est super gentil et serviable , je recommande vivement le logement de Mehdi a tout ceux qui ont une voiture et qui veulent être a deux pas de la Marsa et de Tunis .

We really enjoyed staying at Adnane's and I highly recommend it. The place is large and very nice plus it was clean and tidy. Adnane was very responsive and helpful, from the day I reserved the place until we left. He, and his Brother Tahar, really made us feel at home away from home. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and safe. It was my birthday week and Adnane made a really sweet gesture of sending a nice bouquet on the day of our arrival. He also had a lemonade and some sweets for us the day we left. Like I mentioned earlier, I really recommend the place and Adnane as a great host.

Non possiamo che raccomandare questo magnifico posto! La villa si trova in un quartiere decisamente popolare, ma non c’è da temere! Una volta passato il portico si presenta un luogo da mille e una notte di un gusto eccezionale con un’attenzione ai dettagli estrema! La posizione della villa è estremamente strategica, vicina all’aeroporto, a Cartagine, al centro di Tunisi e Gammarth. Vicini ci sono supermercati e benzinaio . Albert merita moltissimi complimenti sia per la gentilezza che per l’organizzazione. Inoltre ci ha dato moltissimi suggerimenti azzeccatissimi! Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di stare nella suite topaze che dà sulla piscina, assolutamente splendida. Piccolissima pecca, essendo fuori stagione la stanza era pulita ma un pochino polverosa e con qualche insettino! Noi abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno e ringraziamo tanto Albert! Speriamo di tornare presto!

The place was absolutely perfect—ideally located within walking distance of everything you might need. Lamaane was incredibly helpful, always responsive, and attentive. The amenities were excellent, and the place featured high-end finishes. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tunisia!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Malek. L'appartement est joli, calme et sécurisé. L'accueil de la maman de Malek était chaleureux et attentionné. En tant que Tunisienne d'origine, je peux confirmer que l'appartement est idéalement situé dans un bon quartier.

Great Apartment at the beach la marsa. The place was well equipped with everything you need and had charme as well. Location is great: 50m from the marsa beach, 5 min to la marsa corniche with restaurants, shops and cafes. Moncef is a a really great host. Very easy to communicate, extremely responsive and he gave us excellent tipps for restaurants, bars and cultural events.

The apartment is very nice and cosy. Fully equipped and very comfortable, feels warm and heating was great. Appliances are comfy and bathrooms are squeaky clean. Rooms are comfy and you can sleep in because the blinds are great no street noise can be heard really. Beds are also extremely comfy and cosy. Living room is very nice with a great TV and a nice balcony. The elevators use an NFC chip so no one can get to the floor without having that chip which was nice. We had a parking spot for the car, but everything is so close, from bakeries, hair salons, groceries, etc. The location is great with access to a great selection of shops next to each other, so forgetting to get something is not a problem. Overall would select that same apartment again, and feel it was a great factor to the success of the trip overall. Great hosting!
